Negative experience: I've spent a lot of money here over the years. I even had my engagement pictures taken here. Always had a lovely experience except for today. The parking attendant was extremely rude to me and yelled at me. Uncalled for. Needless to say it was so upsetting that I will not be back.

Fantastic experience: i came here wanting a house plant, but i'm new to caring for plants. i was shown to the plant i wanted, received advice on which pot to buy, and was helped with potting. prices are very reasonable and staff is super friendly! plus there's a calico kitty there, so thats worth 5 stars on its own :)

Fantastic experience: Tucked away in down Lexington underneath a canopy of trees you would drive by and never notice it was there. Michler's is the best greenhouse I have been in with a huge supply of Tropical plants, Orchids, Bonsai trees, and much more. They also have a café under the canopy that I didn't get to try but based on people standing in line, I bet it was good also. I will go back there again.

The greenery that hung around our disco balls in our reception room was PERFECT, exactly what I had envisioned. I love love LOVED my bouquet and I regret not taking more pictures with it. The plants going down the aisle and leading up to the archway were beautiful. I am so thankful we chose Michler's to support us on our wedding day. It was the best day of our life and we can't thank you enough for being a part of it! My original vision was a Disco Jungle themed wedding and they nailed every piece of it.

Fantastic experience: We had Michler's Florist put together our boutonniere for our wedding. They were incredibly kind and easy to work with given we were planning this wedding from 10 hours away without a wedding planner! I shared the colors of the wedding, wanting it to bright but earthy, aspects of wildflowers to it and of each boutonniere to be different from one another, and they delivered! They had beautiful and perfectly fresh boutonnieres ready and on time. We shared who will be picking up the items and they facilitated this and it was very simple to make the deposit and pay the balance. I was SO excited when I saw them!

Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and size of a live, plantable plant I ordered through this company to be sent to our son and his wife celebrating their new home. The two ladies to whom I spoke on the phone were helpful and knowledgeable. If I can, I will use them for all of our floral and greenhouse needs. Thank you to everyone there.

Negative experience: Ordered flowers a week ago to be delivered today. I called twice to find out the schedule. Both times they said they would call me back—they didn’t. I still don’t know anything about the delivery or non-delivery. Very poor customer service. I’ll go back to my usual florist.

Negative experience: I paid an extraordinary sum for a bouquet which was delivered, in February, with no protection whatsoever. No box. No plastic wrapping. Nothing. The flowers in the vase (which was plain as can be) were left in a doorway on a rainy windy day. It was just luck they weren’t damaged. As well the color of the flowers that were delivered is very different from that shown in the website. Overpriced and poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: I used Michler’s for my wedding day florals. I cannot speak highly enough of this florist! From the first meeting, I felt very comfortable that they understood what I was looking for and took extensive notes. I was in constant contact with Matt throughout the whole process and he ensured everything went smoothly for us! My bouquet, the bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, and table scapes were all absolutely stunning! The florals truly added such beauty to our day and I cannot thank them enough for all of the hard work they put into making our day so special!

Negative experience: I ordered a $50 corsage from Michlers for my daughters homecoming friend/date and when I picked it up I was shocked. The flowers were super tiny and they came on a bracelet that was super small and ended up being very uncomfortable and tight. This was definitely not worth $50. I had to zoom in and screenshot the picture because I didn’t get one of the corsage alone beforehand. I am definitely disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Michler's is a little garden oasis in the middle of the city. The range of plants is awesome, and they're all so healthy and well cared for. The cafe in the back is a beautiful shady spot. Made me want to sell all my possessions to buy cool plants.

Fantastic experience: I upgraded to a 100 dollar bouquet and after delivery, found the flowers looked small and no more than a 25 dollar bouquet from Kroger. Very disappointing...after talking with them they reimbursed me and asked to make another bouquet but scheduling did not work out. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Negative experience: Worst florist I’ve ever experienced. The boutique they made me was withered. It was smaller then expected. The wrapping material was cheap gift tissue. I would have been better served if I went to Kroger and made a boutique myself. Complete waste of money. $106 for complete trash.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful, spacious greenhouse! They offer a wide variety of plants, all priced reasonably. I’ve been searching for a peony to add to my backyard and found a perfect red charm variety. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you, Michler’s!

Negative experience: I have ordered many corsages from Michler’s for several events. I have always been pleased. I have paid a little more because I knew they would be quality. Today I picked up my son’s corsage for his senior prom date. I paid 50.00 for the little extra corsage and got 4 tiny roses and buds, no greenery and in a bracelet big enough for a five year old girl. When I called to ask about changing out the bracelet etc, they offered no help. All I got was we don’t have it and an ok. Now I am on my way to another florist to fix it.

Fantastic experience: Received a gorgeous Valentine rose bouquet from this florist and we will never use another florist after this! Flowers were top notch and lasted nearly 2 weeks. Thank you, MIchler's.

Fantastic experience: I live out of state and wanted to send something special to my friend in the hospital in Lexington. In a matter of three hours they coordinated with me on what I wanted, created an amazing orchid garden arrangement and delivered it to the hospital. They also texted me a photo of the finished product and verified with the hospital that she was there to ensure accurate delivery. They made a hard time very easy. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Paid way too much for a bouquet that was half wilted from the minute I picked it up. Edit: I called and they promptly fixed my order and replaced it in a timeframe that was accessable to me.

Fantastic experience: We ordered all of our wedding flowers (bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents) through Michler's and they did not disappoint! They were easy to work with and had many suggestions based just on seeing my wedding colors. I live out of town and i couldn't browse florals or make it in to look at things in person so i put my trust in their team and i was absolutely thrilled with what they put together for me and my bridal party! I couldn't have asked for anything better!

Negative experience: Roses are not fresh and wilting on day of pick up. 2 bouquets from Michler's were the worst I've ever seen. This place is super overpriced and rips people off. Kroger does it better for less.

Fantastic experience: I just called maybe a half hour ago and I'm calling from Illinois the gentleman I spoke to Jonathan was amazing he explained all the different plants thoroughly to me and I picked up the best choice for the person's office that I was having delivered to I also asked if he could include a photo since I'm not there to see you he sent me two wonderful ones and I know they're going to love it as much as I did. What really stood out about my experience is he listened to my needs and wants and a lot of times people don't do that. Fantastic experience: Incredibly knowledgeable, extensive selection, beautiful plants, charming environment, absolutely everything you could want! Plus the local cafe on the backside of this greenhouse is the best way possible to end - or start - your day! I purchased a healthy succulent, pet and adorable garden cat, and asked a LOT of questions. Everyone was warm, inviting, and approachable. I live 8 hours away, but I'm looking forward to coming back here! I wish there were more shops like this!

Negative experience: Staff was arrogant. My wife, recovering from breast cancer, got 6 red roses in a small drinking glass for $116. Walmart and Kroger's does it better for less. Lesson learned. 01/17/22: Follow up Reply: Flowers were picked up by myself. Not delivered. So; to clarify your convoluted answer. 6 roses and a drinking glass; you charged $116. Maybe customers should ask for a picture of the finished product be sent to them before paying.

Fantastic experience: Michler's did our wedding flowers, and they were stunning! From the boutonnieres, to thecenterpieces, to bouquets, and even our flower-dog's wreath, the floral arrangements were absolutely gorgeous. We loved our initial experience with our consultant so much that we even used Michler's to purchase the succulents that I planted in thrifted teacups for our wedding favors. Our wedding flowers were so elegant, and beyond anything I could have imagined (and as a pinterest addicted bride, I imagined quite a lot). I highly recommend getting succulents incorporated into your bouquet if it fits your color pallet; I did at the suggestion of our consultant at Michler's, and I was able to plant them in soil after the wedding to have as a beautiful keepsake of our special day for years to come!

Fantastic experience: Quality plants and patient, knowledgeable people to help. I’ve purchased several plants for my home and as gifts from Michler’s. The small fiddle leaf fig I purchased over a year and a half ago has now made its way to the floor. It’s thriving!

Fantastic experience: Will never order elsewhere! Ordered standard ‘I love you’ flowers, they called 15 minutes after I did everything online and said the had to substitute lilies’ color, I mentioned how special I wanted them and didn’t see a blow it out of the water option but asked for something nicer than standard. They absolutely killed it. Well worth the premium cost if you can consider it that. Way above and beyond quality and customer service is top notch. Nicest rose bouquet I’ve ever seen.

Negative experience: So the picture in the tall vase is the arrangement that my husband ordered for our wedding anniversary. The two on the right are my redo of same arrangement. They told him that peonies were not in season even though we had peonies in our May wedding. For a place that has a stellar reputation for floral arrangements, theirs was so standard issue & lackluster that I had to redo it. The two pictures on the right, in the gold toned container, are what I did. I added a few pink ranunculus flowers because there were so few blossoms and a superfluous amount of greens. The arrangement received, as you can see lacked wow factor and could have come from any florist.

Fantastic experience: OMGOSH! I drove from Southeastern Indiana to Lexington, KY and I am so glad I did! That's 93 miles and @1.5 hr. dr. Katie is awesome and everyone was so welcoming I know I'll be back! Every thing was appropriately priced and and looked healthy and strong. I picked up some lemon and lime scented geraniums! They smell heavenly! I bought a beautiful begonia whose flower I don't remember seeing before! I also bought parsley because I had no idea that it attracts Swallowtails! And last but not least, I bought an ornamental onion called Millennium. When you go you'll meet Beans the black cat and their dog and for the life of me, I can't remember their name! But it's the sweetest dog and visited me several times as I was walking around viewing their stock. I'm excited about my next trip! In the owl pot is the Ornamental Onion 'Millenium", the pot I picked up @At Home store in Florence, Ky. The petite white bloom is the Bossa Nova Pure White Begonia. To the right of the begonia is the parsley. In back of the parsley is the Pelargonium 'Lime' geranium; and the pink flowers are the lemon geraniums: Pelargonium 'Lemon'. Take a nice drive and give them a visit!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to order some Orchids for my grandmother for her birthday. I couldn't visit her this year (because of COVID-19), but I still wanted to do something special. I originally ordered a different orchid, but within an hour of ordering I got a call from a very nice lady who asked me if it was okay if they sent a different orchid as they were out of the one I had ordered. I just told her to send the one with the most blooms. She did not disappoint! I received this picture from my grandmother this morning, thanking me for the flowers. They are so beautiful. They were delivered on time, with no hassle, and it was a fair price for the product - you can't buy a beautiful plant in January like this for cheap! Not to mention when you order from them you are supporting a local business, which is always the best decision. Thank you so much! I will definitely be ordering from you again!

The ordering process was easy, even from several states away, and there were no snags in getting them delivered to the hotel.
