At the last minute, I called, willing to throw my credit card at them for help. They had to charge a modest fee for the rush delivery which I gladly paid. Even on Mother's day week, they made it work with little notice. . I don't want to give anyone license to do that to this crew, but I can't help but offer my thanks. I'll do better next year! Fantastic experience: Bella Blooms to the rescue! I called the morning of my son's prom in a panic. The corsage that I had ordered and picked up, from a different florist, was brown and not usable. The Bella Blooms associate that answered the phone quickly reassured me that they could make me a corsage ASAP to replace the one that was unusable. Negative experience: I normally do not post a positive review or a negative review, in fact this is the first review I have ever felt strongly enough about a situation to post, because things do happen. I ordered flowers from this florist with the intent of same day delivery for which I paid a fee of $15.00 at the completion of my online order it accepted the delivery date and immediately charged my credit card. At 7:00pm I checked with my parents to see if a delivery had been made from the florist and they indicated they had not received any flowers. The next day I contacted the florist concerning the flowers not being delivered, and I was put on the phone with the person responsible for deliveries. She indicated she had made an attempt to deliver the flowers, but no one answered the door and she attempted twice to call my parents landline with no answer, but no message was left. Also, she indicated she called my cell phone, but a message was not left, and the phone number was not recorded in the call history. (I think it is very odd to call a number and not leave a voicemail). At the end of the conversation with the delivery person, a second attempt to deliver the flowers was going to take place and while not completely satisfied with the outcome, it was going to be resolved by Noon. At approximately 11:50am, I received a phone call from Bella Blooms from a lady I assumed to be the owner, but she did not identify herself that way to confirm that the delivery had been made and she just wanted to let me know that her delivery person followed store protocol reiterating everything the driver had said previously. The only thing she accomplished with her curt tone and reiterating was to irritate me all over again. What I would suggest to Bella Blooms is they might want to add to their store protocol is that I am sorry, but we were unable to deliver your flowers. Neither her nor her delivery person ever bothered to say... Those two little words go a long way when things do not go as planned. McKensey Coleman

Positive experience: Buyer beware. Actual products are no where near what is pictured in their online options. Different flowers and less flowers than advertised. Updated review: Susan called to correct this issue. Unforeseen circumstances with suppliers created issues with fulfilling the order as expected. She is very professional and desires for all to be satisfied with the product they order.

I updated to 5 stars and would give this business a 5 PLUS!! Ordered via the phone. I love the plants they chose, not a fan of the pink daisies. I explained my brother had passed away a year ago today and I was sending this to my mom to let her know I was thinking of her. I wanted silver or light purple. The pink leave me a little flat. I feel like white would have looked better in the basket or something that matched the bow. Arrangement was $50 and delivery $12. The lady was very nice when I called and was willing to text me a picture lol f the arrangement. She told me to have a nice day or something like that when the call ended. I probably would have said something less cheery given the circumstances of why I called, but she likely reverted to the standard goodbye she used. When ordering from a different location I always read the reviews and look at pictures and try to make decisions on what folks write. This location had a lot of glowing reviews.

Fantastic experience: I ordered over the phone from out of town and was very pleased with the staff's accommodating a same-day delivery, ordered mid-afternoon. They were very helpful in my purple flower color selection, and even sent a photo before delivery! The recipient was thrilled, and the purple butterfly was a special treat! As a side-note, we had traveled to the shop in the past, after confirming availability of very large, imprinted wind chimes that weren't available at our local florists. The staff was very friendly and helpful at that time also. They decorated the wind chimes with a beautiful bow for presentation, instead of just handing us a box. It's nice to be treated as a valued customer. I'll be back!
