Positive experience: Williams Flower & Gift delivered a beautiful Get Well bouquet to my mom that was a nice bright addition to her home while she recovers from surgery. They are friendly and have great customer service.

Negative experience: And this is supposed to be the upgraded arrangement. Can’t imagine what the original arrangement would have looked like and I also purchased the premium. Total was $345 and the flowers alone were $225. Regret wasting my money on such poor arrangement. The “upgrade” was flatter, different vase, less filled out, very standard looking (not premium). The structure doesn’t match what I paid for and definitely not an “upgrade” at all. The recent reviews are right about this establishment. How could anyone take pride in this?!

Negative experience: Supposed to be 2 dozens of roses but I only received 22. Some are very small and dark. And vase is filled with too much green, looks a lot different from the ad. My partner isn’t happy at all I got these flowers for her. So disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for a relative in the hospital, but found out, that due to policy, they could not be delivered to the floor my relative was on. I let them know and Williams Flower and Gift kindly offered to resend the flowers when my relative was moved. The second order arrived at the Hospice House in time for my relative to enjoy the smell of flowers. Both flower displays were beautiful and as described. Thank you to Williams Flower for your kindness.

Negative experience: Terrible experince with a $90 birthday bouquet. The arrangement was switched because the original flowers weren't available. When the flowers were finally delivered (probably after sitting in car for 8 hours) the water looked like sewer water in the jar. The flowers were wilting and rose petals were damaged. All chamomile looked sad and dying. When I called as the recipient of the flowers, the customer service girl was incompetent and said that it didnt warrant a replacement. The manager didnt even come to the phone to hear firsthand about the quality of the bouquet. Avoid this company as both the customer service and flowers are terrible. You can not put trust in Williams Flowers for any special occasion. I will report this business to Better Business Bureau.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers for a friend on the anniversary of a family member’s death. They assured me the bouquet would go out with the afternoon delivery on the same day, and that drivers continue delivering until all their deliveries have been made. They even sent me a photo at 1:45pm of the flower arrangement they were going to be delivering. It is now 10:30pm and no flowers have been delivered. I have not received any updates via phone, text, or email from them, and they closed at 3pm (they are not actually open 24 hours - calls go to voicemail) so I cannot call to get an update on why my order was not delivered. I spent $200 for flowers that never arrived. I will be making a fraud claim with my credit card company as this company took my money and did not deliver the product I ordered as promised.

Negative experience: I received flowers from a dear friend on the anniversary of my sisters death. It’s too bad the flowers arrived 1/2 dead as well, with no water. I called to inform the florist and talked to a man that said he would send a “sorry” bouquet the next day, they never arrived. I called the following morning and talked to a very uninterested employee that let me know there was no order to send out. I asked to speak to a manager and Karen called me back. She was very nice and apologetic. She assured me that this wasn’t typical, that there was a glitch in the system and I would receive the flowers today. It’s 8pm, must still be glitching, still no flowers. At this point the Anniversary has passed, the gesture from my friend was received and appreciated but the florist didn’t deliver all 3 times. They need to refund the money. I will be calling again in the morning. The customer service was absolutely horrible except for Karen. I believe she was sincere however, when the team is all around incompetent, there’s not much follow through. Never would I recommend this florist to anyone.

Negative experience: Very disappointing and untrustworthy experience. Do not order from here if you want to save your money and avoid the stress. I had a terrible experience with this florist. I ordered an expensive bouquet (around $300). They called to confirm the address and said they would send pictures of the bouquet before delivery, but I never received any. When I followed up, they said the driver forgot to take pictures and that they didn’t have any pictures of the bouquet at all. Later, I got an email saying the order was “delivered,” but it was never delivered to the address. Update: After following up again, I found out that the flowers were actually delivered to the wrong address. The florist tried to recover the flowers and chocolates from that incorrect location but couldn't get them back. The next day, they sent me a new bouquet instead. They also admitted that there's poor communication between the drivers and the florist because the drivers are independent contractors. They told me they would refund the express delivery fee and the chocolates since those weren't part of the re-delivery. Although they eventually tried to fix the mistake, the whole experience was extremely frustrating and showed a serious lack of coordination and accountability.

Negative experience: This place cannot get it together! 3 days, 3 chances, 3 failures and a possible 4th failure for another woman with same first name that they checked out of the system.....My husband tried sending flowers for our anniversary to my hotel, im on a business trip for our 18th... he ordered a $250 PLUS arrangement. They called him and said they didn't have the flowers he wanted. They talked, new flowers. Then they couldn't make a monday delivery. They came tues. I get to hotel room after a 10 hour day, flowers where in my room for some other woman with a happy birthday card. Same first name not last. i was on phone with husband i started laughing saying this poor woman didnt get her flowers. He said i ordered flowers for you. I called asked that my card be delivered and wanted to make sure the other gayle gets her birthday flowers. Good luck they didn't deliver my card and they closed out the other womans order.... pretentious business

Negative experience: My experience with this company was horrific. First I got an email stating that the bouquet that I ordered was “unavailable”. However, they said they ‘upgraded’ the bouquet. Ok fine. That’s nice of them. Then the driver calls the RECIPIENT (my wife) instead of the SENDER (me) to tell her that her sender entered the wrong address. Surprise flower arrangement for my wife? Surprise ruined by the driver. The cherry on top is that her husband is an idiot for mistyping the address. I go to check the confirmation email and guess what? The address is 100% accurate. So I figure I’ll call customer service and see if they can do anything about it. The customer service rep confirms that the address they have on file is not accurate. Even though I read the order confirmation number that I received from them that shows the correct address. When I asked why they called the recipient the lady had a nasty attitude and said it’s standard protocol. Really? The note on the card says, “Surprise! Happy Anniversary!” The driver couldn’t deduce that this was meant to be a surprise? Absolutely mind boggling how little it takes to run a business efficiently and places like this make me wish they were publicly traded so I could short their stock. Yikes!

Fantastic experience: I have used Williams a couple times over the past few months and they do an amazing job. I'm in Florida, but they make sure I know what the arrangement looks like before it gets sent out and when its delivered. If they don't have what I've ordered they always do a beautiful substitute. They have become my go to, super reliable and I love using a local business.

Fantastic experience: Very nice selection of flowers for many occasions, easy to order and delivered same day. Love the fact that the flower shop sends a picture to your cell phone and an email to show you what the flowers will look like before they get delivered. Love it & would order from Williams Flower& Gift 6 again.

Fantastic experience: I would like to highly recommend Williams Flowers and Gifts. I was in desperate need of a beautiful Get Well boutique for a friend. I looked through many online florists and either they were too impersonal or too expensive. I loved Williams displays and their price point. Plus I always try to do local and family owned. Williams met all my criteria AND they met my timeline. Because they felt the online representation was not ‘perfect’, they upgraded my arrangement. They sent me a pix and it was fabulous. You do not find customer service like this often these days. You really should try this small business.

Positive experience: The flowers that I purchased were nice and fresh and the arrangement was beautiful. My only complaint is that my anniversary was almost over by the time it was delivered at 5:17PM. I did not think I would need to worry about paying for expedited delivery as I only needed them to arrive at my house by 3:30pm when my wife got home from work. Then when they had not been delivered by 3:30pm I didn't worry too much because we were not leaving for dinner till 5pm so FOR SURE it would not arrive after that.... In the end I apologized to her that the flowers I spent over $100 had not arrived yet. They arrived when we were driving to our dinner reservation at 5:17pm. If you want them to arrive by a certain time in the day, even if it is relatively late in the day I would pay the extra $10 for expedited delivery.

Fantastic experience: I got a bouquet delivery for my moms birthday and they sent an email letting me know they didn’t have the exact flowers I ordered in stock, but upgraded them for me! Super accommodating and communication was quick and smooth! Would recommend!

Negative experience: I paid $127 for a premium bouquet. The day of the delivery I received an email stating they ran out of some of the flowers and would be sending a “designers choice.” I responded 6 minutes later asking them to cancel and issue a refund. They delivered mediocre bouquet instead, one that was clearly far less quality than what I ordered. I’m reporting this business to the BBB.

Fantastic experience: Extremely impressed with the beautiful floral arrangement and quality service! I had to do an urgent same-day delivery order for a colleague that just got admitted to the hospital - placed the order around 11:30am, got communication and preview of the flower arrangement around 12:30pm, and it was delivered before 2:00pm. My colleague took the picture and said it brightened up her hospital room. Thank you for the great service!

Negative experience: If I can rate no star, I would. First of all, my husband came home last night and told me what a disappointment flowers was not delivered. But that was not the only disappointment until I received the delivery this morning. To me, it's the same as serving burnt food to customers at a restaurant. What a shame! The flowers were wilting, water is murky, arrangement looks like i can do a better job. There is no fresh smelling flowers but a sour smell. I have received flowers from my husband from various florists over 12 years and this is not what you would expect. Judging by the quality of flowers, it looks like it's been done for a few days or sitting in a vehicle for many many hours. Did not bother to change out water when failed to deliver yesterday! It's too bad my phone actually took great pictures because they really did not reflect how bad it was.

Negative experience: They shipped something other than what I ordered without texting/calling me and than refused to do anything about it. Good if you just want expensive random flowers, horrible customer service.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed. I had ordered a bouquet for my wife birthday to be delivered BEFORE 11AM so that we could take it for our lunch party. I paid express delivery surcharge of $35 (on top of $15 standard charges). I called them first at 10.15AM and was told that driver was on way and will be delivered by 11. I again called at 11 and was kept on hold for several minutes. Then I am told that they cannot deliver before noon. I got really upset with that and asked them to cancel the order since we were about to leave. Then the person transfers me to another one who asks what is the issue and first she offered to refund the express delivery charge. But by then I had lost interest completely and asked them not to deliver at all. The order was cancelled. Its not about money but so poor experience.

Negative experience: This business is highly disorganized. If you need your flowers to arrive on time and resemble what you actually ordered, I recommend choosing a different florist. Here's the series of events: ~ 1:00pm as the website claimed same day delivery window was still open ~1:45pm reached out that they no longer have the flowers I ordered ~2:15pm notification that delivery will be delayed but still arrive same day ~8:10am the next day that the delivery was not made and that they would upgrade my bouquet (again) and send it out ~1:15pm the next day.... notification that the arrangement was not upgraded and that they sent out what was arranged yesterday This is so disappointing as I'm trying to send flowers to a friend in the hospital who is not well.

My sister shared that she now prefers Williams over them. Tessa who helped me had found the exact vase of choice when she previously said they were out. How thoughtful. She listened to my intent with the bouquet. She even sent for my approval a pic of what she anticipated sending. Very thoughtful and then exceeded that expectations w the actual bouquet. Easy to order, they listened and cared, the bouquet was perfectly arranged and all, all, flowers were fresh. This is the new high end shop. Thank you.

Negative experience: Listen here, I don't know why on God's green Earth you think it's acceptable to do business like this but I'm absolutely fuming right now. Last week, Friday the 9th, I took time out of my day to go online and order a lovely bouquet from your establishment, Williams Flower, even though I had other options in mind. However, being the gracious customer I am, I decided to go through with ordering the "Lavender Splender" that you had available at the time. What a mistake that turned out to be. So Saturday comes around, I wake up, and what do I see? An email from you folks stating that the Lavender Splender was out of stock, but don't worry, you'll do me the favor and upgrade my order for free. Great, right? Not so fast. I rang your customer service immediately to make sure my delivery would arrive that same day, because guess what? I was counting on that bouquet for Mother’s Day! But as you know, the day went on, and no flowers. At 4PM, you had the audacity to send me pictures of the bouquet, only to follow up with an email that it wouldn't be delivered that day. I was told, however, they'd be there bright and early Monday... Wonderful! Really saved the day there! The whole point of this order was to have a beautiful floral piece for Mother's Day NOT some afterthought on Monday. To make matters worse, attached to the belated bouquet was a card that read "Happy Mother's Day". What a slap in the face! But the fun doesn't stop there! Once the flowers came that evening, and they were brought out, the petals were practically raining from the bouquet. Those flowers were as far from fresh as you can get. To add insult to injury, upon inspection of your provided pictures, it was clear those flowers were withering and practically half-eaten. I can't express how bitterly disappointed I am with this experience. I paid premium prices for something I could’ve got at Safeway for a fraction of the cost. I feel utterly ripped off. You've not only ruined a special occasion but caused unfathomable frustration and disappointment in the process. A full refund does not even begin to cover the botch job that you've made of this. But guess what, it's a start.

Negative experience: I recently ordered the traditional lavender splendor bouquet for Mother’s Day. And was told I would be sent a photo and confirmation email the night before to insure I was happy with the arrangement. But was not sent a confirmation email or photo. When I went to pick it up the flowers were already wilting and for bouquet retailing over $100 was given only two flower stems and lots of foliage as filler, that didn’t not match the photos shown on the website as a sample. While I understand mother’s day is a hectic and busy day, I am disappointed in the store and florist skimping out on flowers for the arrangement and lack of communication.

Negative experience: 1 star is generous. I knew this was going to be a horrible experience when they reached out 20 minutes before the order was to be loaded on the truck, to let me know the item I purchased was out of stock and will be replaced with something else. I just received a picture of what the recipient received and I am incredibly disappointed. Not only was the basket sent with mostly filler, the teddy bear that was agreed upon to be replaced was removed, with no replacement added. This is the worst gift shop I have ever done business with. I should have paid attention to the reviews!

Negative experience: Do not do business with this company. Overpriced bad flowers and terrible management. Threatened to send me to collections from a 5+ year old order that I had no memory or record of. I just paid to not deal with anymore but will never be using again and I advice people to find another shop to give your flower business Editing due to business response- I should clarify- this company sent an invoice by mail in December of 2024 for “Invoices” from 2019. Only placed a few orders with this company via online order using payment online. They invoiced for transactions I had no recollection or record of, nor would anyone, as they are almost 6 years old. The representative at the business claimed this was due to a “glitch in the system”. Even though this was a scam that I didn’t feel I should pay- the threat of going to collections forced me to pay. Sharing this experience in reviews to hopefully prevent anyone else from being scammed by them.

I live in Denmark and was in a tough situation having to find flowers for a memorial service around Seattle. Williams Flower & Gift were so helpful and took the time to talk to me over the phone and make everything perfect even though I was very far away.

Negative experience: Although there is no disclaimer noted on their website, if you order for same day delivery, DO NOT expect the the arrangement to look like what you ordered. Apparently the flowers aren't guranteed to be in stock. I provided feedback to them about using text vs email for communication since new vendor emails go to junk mail. I had specifically ordered from this florist because of their design and unique flowers. Although they apparently 'upgraded' the arrangement due to the flowers being out of stock for my chosen order, it still wasn't an ideal experience for me overall. I wanted what I ordered (top pic) for $200+.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. I Asked for a single purple rose and they gave me pink and said that was there purple lavender…. That’s not lavender or purple. Never going back again. Their vision is hella sus if they think that’s purple/lavender

Positive experience: I placed my order with Jennelle. She was helpful and very pleasant I have ordered flowers from Williams Flowers before and the whole process, including delivery was seamless. Unfortunately this time being so close to Valentines Day, the delivery service was a mess. It wasn't Willams Flowers doing the delivery this time, but a second party carrier they were using. The delivery service took the flowers to 2 different wrong locations, and kept texting my 87 year old mother and telling her he was already back home and she would hve to go get the flowers herself. Luckily the 2nd wrong location was in her building, just the wrong apartment on the wrong floor. Fortunately a neighbor walking down the hallway knew my mother and took the flowers to her at her apartment. I called Williams Flowers and made them aware of the issue. They were nice and apologized for the issue and said they would deal with it at their end. Too much stress for my 87 year old mom. But I want to reiterate that Jennelle was great and I will use their service again, I will just request that Williams Flowers handels the delivery and not a seasonal delivery service.

From a personal phone call acknowledging and thanking me for the order to a text photo so that I can enjoy the beautiful flower arrangement. My daughter-in-law is from South Africa and the special flowers, reminiscent of her homeland are so very appreciated. I’m across the country in Pennsylvania so this service is really top shelf. Fantastic experience: I really liked the gal I talked to on the phone. She was so thorough and asked a lot of questions so I had confidence in ordering. She did tell me she would do her best to save me money since a lot of the flower arrangements were out of my price range. Good employee!

Fantastic experience: Robi did an amazing job on this bouquet I ordered for my grandmother after her surgery. I love that they send a photo to make sure it's perfect before delivering it. I've never experienced that before. Delivery fee was $25 and I ordered this morning and they had an option to deliver same day to belfair. How amazing is that? I would highly recommend!!

Negative experience: More than a little upset when I ordered a dozen roses and she said there was eleven. Plus as you can see a huge difference in what I was show to be what would be delivered and what she actually received. I’m not impressed.

Fantastic experience: This was the best experience with a flower delivery order I've ever had! They didn't have the flowers for the original arrangement I ordered. So they put one together with what they did had and upgraded the order without charge! Then sent me a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery for my input! Again, best service ever. Fantastic experience: Great experience! Excellent communication throughout the entire process which I really appreciated. They helped me come up with the best plan. Sienna sent me a note and picture before it went out for delivery which was awesome, and let me know when it had been delivered. They were beautiful!! I tried contacting another local florist first and they never got back with me. I will definitely use Williams again!

Fantastic experience: Our order was perfect...absolutely gorgeous! We phoned the order in from Canada, having no idea about Florists in Tacoma Washinton. We picked Williams because their website was attractive and so helpful. Obviously we chose the right florist because we are thrilled with the bouquet. Fantastic experience: This morning I was looking for a florist in Gig Harbor that would be able to deliver a dozen red roses to a dear friend who turned 100 today. I spoke with Sienna who helped me make this happen. She sent me a picture of the arrangement before delivering it to make sure it made my approval. I will be using them again in the future.

The arrangements that I have sent are so lovely- one of a kind. Best of all, they have multiple shops in all the areas I need flower arrangements to go.
