Fantastic experience: I recently made an online order for flower delivery with a custom message, for some reason the online ordering software deleted my message by mistake. I called them to try and get my message attached before delivery. Unfortunately the van was already out for delivery but the staff (I dont know the name of the woman I spoke to, I’m sorry) went above and beyond for me and got the driver to come back so that my note was delivered with the flowers. They really saved the day and helped make my anniversary special, thanks guys!

Negative experience: I am disappointed in the lack of customer care and consideration from a family-run small business. Especially after having been very patient and understanding with my floral designer. While it is a beautiful store with lovely arrangements, the response to my concern was simply bad business. Accountability on behalf of the business was not taken. On a day as significant (and already stressful) as my wedding day, this was a completely avoidable inconvenience (and poor review). Sadly, as Blitz & Co clearly had no intention of keeping a local customer, I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: I rarely write reviews, but I had to come here to brag on the florists at Blitz & Co. Not only were the flowers stunning and exactly what I wanted, the customer service was impeccable. We were in Gig Harbor for my brother’s wedding so I was arranging flowers from out of state, Blitz was easy to coordinate delivery with and went above and beyond with my flower selections. I called two other florists requesting red poppies and was told they weren’t in season yet. Blitz said they would try their best but couldn’t guarantee them and then arrived with the biggest red poppies I’d ever seen (photo of my hand for comparison below). I gave them creative liberty to go for funky shapes and was so happy with what they delivered. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I had intended to meet with a few florists, but none of them answered their phones of even got back to me when I left contact info via phone or website. Carrie curated the most beautiful bouquets for my bridesmaids and me, as well as boutonnières for the guys and corsages for the moms.We also ordered bouquet arrangements and arrangements for the arbor. All of it was gorgeous!!! Our flowers were delivered on time to our venue and the delivery man got the arrangements set up for us. They were wonderful and I’m so happy they helped make our day so special.

The friendly and efficient employee (Sarah, I believe) who took my info called me the next day (day of delivery) to tell me they had gotten an orchid from their supplier but it wasn't up to their standards. She then asked if I had a second choice. I did and they had it delivered within a few hours. I would definitely recommend Blitz & Co.

Negative experience: My husband sent me these flowers for Mother’s Day. They arrived Saturday on 5/11 and were absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, they started dying by Tuesday and quickly diminishing as the week has gone on. This is extremely unfortunate considering how much he paid and for how little time they maintained.

Fantastic experience: Blitz has been our go-to for sending flowers in Tacoma for several years and they never disappoint. Particularly, this weekend... I made a typo when ordering flowers online and provided an incorrect address for my mom's Mother's Day flowers. They were to be delivered on Saturday and Blitz left her a voicemail about the address when they discovered the mistake. She didn't get the message until after they had closed so a message was left with the correct address. She received the flowers on Sunday - Mother's Day - a day that Blitz was closed, by a delivery person on her way to church. Thank you for saving the day, Blitz! My mom was over the moon with her flowers and I was the same about the exceptional service.

Fantastic experience: Valentines Day was on the 14th. On the 13th I ordered flowers to be delivered on the 15th. Realizing my mistake on the 14th, I called and asked if they could be delivered that day. I imagine things are busy for them on Valentines Day and did not expect them to be able to. The arrangement was so beautiful, and I will now be returning to Blitz & Co. Florist & Flower Delivery for all my future needs. The lilies were not blossomed. At first, I thought that was kind of a bummer but a week later and the roses still look good and the lilies are still coming in hot; the gift that keeps on giving! The 2nd picture is a few flowers we took out of the bouquet.
