Fantastic experience: I contacted Precious Petals at 6:15PM on a Friday night with an emergency flower order. Not only did they jump to try and accommodate me, but they worked with me to find exactly what shades I needed. When ordering flowers for religious ceremonies, hue and variety are extremely important. While it may sound silly, asking yourself "where am I supposed to find a 14" star shaped standing spray at this time of night?" is a very real nightmare that will torment me for weeks to come. Precious Petals is absolutely worth every penny of dollar - and they won't waste a moment of your time!

They were needed for a memorial service for a very precious family member who died unexpectedly. I looked up the 10 best florists near me. Precious Petals came up so I went there. I explained that I needed something very special. Resa did an outstanding job. The vases and flowers were SECOND to NONE. They were the most beautiful arrangements I've purchased! I was a bit nervous since we live out of state and I selected the florists choice, middle tier priced option so I didn’t get to see what the finished product looked like. The flowers were delivered as scheduled and they looked beautiful from the photos I received from my family member. I was delighted to find out that my special request of colorful and fragrant were honored per the picture and my loved one’s comment on how good they smelled. This will surely be my go to for future special occasions, when we are unable to make the trip to Washington.

Fantastic experience: Ordering from a local florist in one city when you live 1,000's of miles across the US is sometimes scary but not so much this time. I love black roses and this place seemed to be known for them so I took a chance. I picked an arrangement Iiked and asked that black roses be added instead and I didn't expect the level of service I received. Lots of questions later, well, see the pics! Its amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: Timely delivery and communicative throughout! The recipient of the flowers I ordered was allergic to a flower in the first bouquet, and Precious Petals kindly remade the bouquet without that flower and delivered it the next day.

Fantastic experience: I bought a dozen for Mother's Day and my mom LOVED these flowers. They're so unique and cool looking. The fact that it was hand delivered, ready to go, was fantastic. I've ordered bouquets online before, elsewhere, and they come in a box, and you have to cut and arrange the flowers yourself, which never looks as good as when a professional does it. These were perfect. All I had to do was give them to my mom and let her enjoy them.

Fantastic experience: This company was wonderful to work with. We had a sudden passing of a family member, The flower wreath was beautiful and just as pictured. I had asked to change out some of the flowers and Teresa explained some were not in season and one of the others did not hold up well on our design, I appreciated the honesty and education. She answered every question in a timely manner and got my request done on short notice. They made a not so pleasant situation a little better. Will be using them again!
