Negative experience: My boyfriend purchased flowers for me to be delivered on Friday 2/20 and this is how they look on Monday 2/23. He also received a photo on 2/19 of a completely different arrangement than the one I received. Fortunately they have quick customer service that was able to issue a full refund.

I have never seen a florist that sent a picture of my order BEFORE delivering it for input on how I think it looks. JUST because of this; it sets this company so far ahead than any other florist in Seattle. Also, the flower arrangement was perfect!

Negative experience: Shady! Ordered a couple weeks in advance and ordered the full bouquet which cost $160. On delivery date I received a text photo of “my bouquet before it went out for delivery.” But the flowers had already been delivered 2.5 hours before that, and the bouquet that was delivered was about 1/3 the size of the photo I received.

Fantastic experience: I was able to get valentines day delivery the night before and the bouquet was beautiful, more beautiful than the picture they sent me to check on quality. I love that they have options that aren't the traditional red roses route. Thank you my daughter felt special receiving flowers on valentine's day!

They followed up with an email prior to creating the bouquet informing me that the particular lily I had selected may not be in stock and they were going to substitute something else. I called them directly with the number that was in the e-mail, they answered the first time and I was able to explain that this particular lily was very important to this particular occasion. They went out of their way to ensure that this bouquet did in fact have stargazer lily’s upon completion. Furthermore they provided a preview picture/text of the bouquet before releasing it for delivery. It was exactly what I had requested. I can’t thank these ladies enough, my wife is going to really enjoy this Valentine’s Day treat. Thanks again.

Negative experience: Just popped out of my office at lunch to grab flowers for my girlfriend, and my favorite local shop had a long line due to Valentines Day. No biggie! I figured I'd Google another shop near by and luckily there was one just a few blocks away, well according to Google there is, but come to find out there actually isn't. Williams Flowers isn't even a local florist here in Seattle. I called them and they have shops in Tacoma and Bremerton I don't know what they're up to, but it seems sketchy. If you're in Seattle, call a shop in Seattle. I can't trust a place that can't even be honest about their address. Posting pics to show you their listed address...

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. I paid for Sunflowers and Roses- the premium Happiness arrangement. I received 6 roses and a few dying/wilted sunflowers. I feel like I paid more not for the key flowers in the arrangement but kore greenery and filler. They sent a photo and asked me to rate it so they can adjust before delivery. I called and rated and they said they will do nothing and this is what I paid for. Like I was crazy. This is a really big day. I’m really really angry

Fantastic experience: Jennelle proactively reached out to inform me that the floral arrangement I selected was not available. They sent a picture of the replacement and asked me to respond asap if I had questions or if concerns. I was in a completely different time zone so was not able to respond quickly but I did share that I would let them know if the recipient liked the flowers. My recipient LOVED the floral arrangements and it was delivered successfully to a location that often is difficult for carriers to find. Kudos to Williams for reaching out to me, sending me a picture of the replacement bouquet, and for using a carrier service that reliably found the right location and on time! I'll definitely use Williams again in the future! Thanks to Jennelle and team for outstanding customer service.

Positive experience: The bouquet looks like the picture provided. I thought I ordered this bouquet from a store in Issaquah, so I wasn’t happy to see it came from Seattle. Delivery was after 6pm even though the bouquet seems to have been made 24 hours earlier. I’m not happy about that, but the flowers finally arrived and look very nice.

Negative experience: Listen here, I don't know why on God's green Earth you think it's acceptable to do business like this but I'm absolutely fuming right now. Last week, Friday the 9th, I took time out of my day to go online and order a lovely bouquet from your establishment, Williams Flower, even though I had other options in mind. However, being the gracious customer I am, I decided to go through with ordering the "Lavender Splender" that you had available at the time. What a mistake that turned out to be. So Saturday comes around, I wake up, and what do I see? An email from you folks stating that the Lavender Splender was out of stock, but don't worry, you'll do me the favor and upgrade my order for free. Great, right? Not so fast. I rang your customer service immediately to make sure my delivery would arrive that same day, because guess what? I was counting on that bouquet for Mother’s Day! But as you know, the day went on, and no flowers. At 4PM, you had the audacity to send me pictures of the bouquet, only to follow up with an email that it wouldn't be delivered that day. I was told, however, they'd be there bright and early Monday... Wonderful! Really saved the day there! The whole point of this order was to have a beautiful floral piece for Mother's Day NOT some afterthought on Monday. To make matters worse, attached to the belated bouquet was a card that read "Happy Mother's Day". What a slap in the face! But the fun doesn't stop there! Once the flowers came that evening, and they were brought out, the petals were practically raining from the bouquet. Those flowers were as far from fresh as you can get. To add insult to injury, upon inspection of your provided pictures, it was clear those flowers were withering and practically half-eaten. I can't express how bitterly disappointed I am with this experience. I paid premium prices for something I could’ve got at Safeway for a fraction of the cost. I feel utterly ripped off. You've not only ruined a special occasion but caused unfathomable frustration and disappointment in the process. A full refund does not even begin to cover the botch job that you've made of this. But guess what, it's a start.

We ordered a specific bouquet from their website to commemorate the anniversary of a family member's passing. Certain flowers were unavailable, which made it difficult for Williams to match the original design. Before substituting other flowers, the team at Williams both called and sent emails and text messages to be sure we were ok with the prospect of substitution, and gave us different options if we weren't. We told them we were fine with the change and trusted their judgment. We were not disappointed, as they sent us a photo of the final proposed arrangement the night before (still offering us a chance to make changes) -- and it was spectacular. In this age of faceless online transactions, the level of going "above and beyond", care, and personal connection shown by the Williams team is notable and greatly appreciated. Negative experience: If I could give negative stars I would. They lied about the order I placed. The automated system gave me a number to call "immediately" if I had any concerns (which I definitely did). Every number the provide is different, (website, Google, automated system). When you call, you're always sent directly to voicemail. It states that a "speedy response is what they strive for" but I still haven't gotten a call back after leaving 5 voicemails. I've attached a picture of the bouquet I ordered followed by the bouquet they delivered to my wife. Not even remotely close. Not to mention the main flower of the bouquet is the one that's missing.
