Positive experience: The flowers and their presentation were beautiful and delivered on time as requested to two recipients. However, when I realized my first order contained payment information that included an outdated billing address I was unable to correct it online and did a second order. As a result, one recipient got two deliveries. I don't know if that payment went through or not. In any case, they were doubly welcomed.

I live/work out of state, and my online order was processed quickly and easily. Today the flowers were delivered first thing in the morning, beautifully arranged and looking great. Fantastic experience: Ordered flowers from Idaho for my daughter in Seattle. Found the Florist online and initially shopped online until I decided I would rather talk with somebody. Called them up and Bill answered and could not have been nicer or more patient with the ordering process. Told him what I was looking for and my daughter called me the next day and said the bouquet was absolutely spectacular. Negative experience: I ordered peonies, my wife’s favorite flower, for her 60th. I paid a lot of money for them. There wasn’t a single peony in the bouquet that was delivered. The bouquet was attractive in its way, but not at all what I ordered or paid for.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers from here with hand written greeting card for a birthday. I was so excited to surprise my friend, excitement didn’t last long. The greeting card was never delivered and the flowers doesn’t look like the one in the website (I wanted white theme, but they gave me green theme with more leaves). They ran out of white lily, so they recommended to substitute with pink one and that turned out to be a bad decision. Instead of celebrating, I had to call them and track things. Such a mess and ruined the celebration. Never going again.

Fantastic experience: Ordered a box planter succulent arrangement as a birthday gift. It was actually much nicer and larger than pictured on the website! We were very pleasantly surprised by that. Pricing is very similar to any other florist. Online ordering was easy enough, as long as you did it in one shot. Would definitely order from here again!

I needed flowers delivered the same day I called them, and not only were they able to do that, but also helped me find the perfect arrangement. On top of that, I had to call last-minute upon realizing the recipient had a pet, to remove any poisonous flowers to dogs, which they instantly did, replacing them with safe ones. They go above and beyond in every way, always helpful and cheerful. Absolutely the best!!

I didn’t really know what I wanted as far as certain flowers go. I just gave them a color scheme, and selected “artists choice” and gave them a budget. Negative experience: Ordered flowers for our 29th wedding anniversary and this company waited until the day before they were supposed to be delivered to call me and tell me we were outside of there delivery area! Since we were from California I had no idea of how far away we were. Why would they wait until the day before? The gentleman/owner was very rude and rushed me off of the phone. I went back to look at their reviews via yelp and yes most of the customers say that this person is rude! If you don’t believe me have a look yourself! So he basically told he me had to go rushed me off the phone and I was left to find another florist to deliver flowers to my beautiful wife!
