I looked up florists in the Orlando area (I’m in Washington, DC) to send a nice bouquet to an address near Lake Nona. I was so pleasantly surprised to find Elite Florist with so many great ratings, so I gave them a shot. The flowers delivered were GORGEOUS! I even spoke with the owner, Bandaly, to ensure his driver had the correct address. They are so very kind, friendly and helpful to make my best friend’s special day even more special! Thank you Elite Florist! You’re top notch!!

Negative experience: This florist's website does not work. When you try to select a flower setting, the website directs you to a Filter Page. This page has several check boxes so you can specify what you are looking for. However, the page does not have a "Proceed" button, so it won't show you any flowers, no matter what option boxes you have checked. Unfortunately, this website does not have any way to report website problems, including an E-mail address so, all attempts to order from this florist are blocked due to this website problem. 20 Feb 2026 update. Thank you for your reply. I did go back and found an E-mail address under the Contact Information; sorry for my error. I did go back and try to order some flowers but, encountered the same problem with the Filter Page, which you can't bypass. I attached a screenshot below, unfortunately the whole webpage is about 3 times longer than what the screenshot can capture so, I captured the best overall compromise. I am using a Windows PC using the Firefox web browser, also had the same problem using the Opera web browser. I don't know how many others have run into this problem but, it prevents the customer from placing an order.

The order came from Canada and the address was wrong, so he confirmed the correct address. He was making the bouquets fresh and I asked if he could leave out lilies due to allergies, and he agreed. I found an adorable one via the website (very easy to navigate and order there). I was surprised to receive a call from the owner, Bandaly, who wanted to make sure that I had what I wanted as I was ordering from Virginia. He even followed up with me the next day to inform me that the flowers were being delivered, and that he was adding "a few extra roses" for her. This is 10 Star service! They truly are Elite!
