Fantastic experience: I placed an Internet order with this Flower Shop and all went well; they delivered a very nice flower setting to my mother-in-law in east Orlando and, most importantly; she was very happy with the flower arrangement, which was their "Magic Cube" deluxe setting. Since I live 2 hours away, I can't vouch for an in-store or a telephone experience but, I was pleased with the service I received; they did everything right! I also plan to use this shop in the future.

Negative experience: My husband paid $75 for this bouquet on Friday today is Saturday and they look like this. They aren’t open again until TUESDAY. Shame on you for charging so much for GARBAGE . Life is too expensive for SCAMMERS LIKE YOU!! You keep the store cold so that the flowers look pretty and people buy. These flowers were bought YESTERDAY!!

I called the number and some guy answered and said they are closed and said sorry after I told him the hours open on the Internet. Did not make my day!!!☹️

Negative experience: So my boyfriend and I have been having a rough time, so these flowers really meant a lot when he sent them. I thought that he wrote on the card and “overthinking” wasn’t spelled right, Nor was it written neatly so I got upset. Come to find out it’s the bouquet maker, who writes the messages out, and we got in a whole argument over it, kind of made things worse when it was supposed to do the opposite. I immediately apologized and we are good now but I wish they would take more time. Other than that, beautiful flowers.

Positive experience: I don't recoment them. Their service bad. The flower all almost dead. They do not know haw to arrange the flower. Irecoment stay away from thos store.

Fantastic experience: I went in to Zozo’s thinking there would be prearranged selections to choose from, but to my surprise, there were none! I was greeted by one of the ladies in the shop, who showed me what flowers they had available, and she was able to whip up an absolutely beautiful bouquet in just 20 minutes, even though they were SLAMMED with orders. I could not thank this place enough for such a beautiful arrangement (blue roses). My sister loved them! Thank you again so, so much. I really appreciate the flexibility and willingness to work with me on such short notice! I will be (ordering) from them again! Thank you! The picture posted was hours after I had picked them up, so naturally the flowers slid out of place a bit after being carried around a grad ceremony and sitting in a car during dinner. Either way, still gorgeous!

Fantastic experience: Zozo Flower Shop was an excellent choice for my Valentine’s Day flower needs and delivery. Of course, they were extremely busy on this day (likely their busiest of the year), but they were still able to deliver it to the office. I would highly suggest calling their number on a really busy holiday to ensure it will be delivered (luckily they were very responsive). Overall, great experience and would highly recommend this flower shop to others looking for a good florist.

Fantastic experience: Placed an order online on Saturday, October 8, close to 2pm, their closing time, and they are closed on Sundays. I was going to request the flower bouquet be delivered on Monday, but when I was reviewing the order AFTER I already submitted the order, I noticed it said delivery is requested for today, the Saturday! So, I immediately called because I wanted to let them know I knew I had made an error and did not expect the flowers to be delivered today/Saturday, and apologize for my error. Instead, they offered to deliver the flowers on Sunday, their CLOSED day, which was more preferable to me since I knew the recipient would be home rather than on Monday, when she would be at work. So, I really appreciated their offer to deliver the flowers on a day better for my recipient, and on a day they are normally closed. That's customer service at it's best! Thank you!
