Fantastic experience: The flowers were beautiful. Delivered on time.

Negative experience: I ordered from a company called sammysfloraldesign (which never listed a physical address) but when I saw the charge from my Amex it showed this flower shop address listed. Needless to say the flowers I ordered vs the ones my friend received were completely different is size. Such a scam. Save yourself the money and go to a better, LOCAL flower shop who won’t scam you.

Crystal at William Paul Design is the exception - absolutely beautiful, luxurious, gooey floral designs. Friends just sent us some for Christmas (pic attached). Negative experience: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST !!!!!!!!! They sent half dead flowers to my house and I called them the same day to let them know. They gave me the run around not answering the phone for three days and then quire rudely refused to replace them, even though the flowers WERE FOR MY MOTHERs FUNERAL ... I would not every treat a grieving customer this way !!!!!!

Negative experience: I received a sad looking bouquet today as a Thanksgiving gift from my grandma. The majority of the arrangement was a variety of leaf branches with some old flowers tossed in at the end. The flowers were already past their prime by the time they got to my home as petals were already falling off.

Negative experience: Spent alot of money nd received roses that were not fresh and they were aged already. I called the store and they told me to go on the internet for being un happy with their product. I have never had a bad delivery of flowers in 50 years nor such bad customer service.

Fantastic experience: I ordered online from Arkansas for my daughter in Atlanta they were so nice and friendly and answered all my calls promptly. I have already referred several others to them I also ordered from them last year and the flowers are so beautiful!!! 10/10!!!

Positive experience: Spent 200 for a centerpiece that felt like I could have gotten at Kroger. Roses and greenery. Just felt a little ordinary.

Negative experience: Paid $40 for a small box of chocolates that were majority melted and a mess and clearly old- not summertime so regular heat is not the explanation. Understand damage happens, but this was just a mess plus the chocolates were stale. Reached out for a refund, and they said my handicapped mom would have to drive to their store herself to return for a refund or there was nothing they could do.

Fantastic experience: Our company ordered flowers for the arrival of a new baby boy! We're outside of downtown Atlanta, so we had never used this florist before. We ordered "Something Blue" in the Premium size. It was absolutely beautiful - very large, vibrant, flowers in just the right colors. While usually I prefer to actually talk to the florists that we use, I wasn't able to get through by phone, and went ahead and ordered online. No issues at all and they filled my special request as well! All in all, a wonderful experience, and the flowers were gorgeous! Thanks so much!

I told him I wanted to order a bouquet for my mother who had an extremely bad day at work the day before and I don’t know a thing about flowers or what she likes, but I trust your judgement. He said he would take of it and made the most beautiful arrangement. I brought it to my mother at Emory and she started balling in tears. She kept repeating over and over again that these were the most beautiful flowers she had ever seen. Her colleagues saw the flowers and they got emotional over the beauty. Negative experience: AVOID--all headache, no flowers. The store is extremely unprofessional, and the delivery is a scam. For our order to a 24/7 office building, the driver tried a locked side door, ignored the unlocked main set of doors, and left without calling the contact number, using the main doors, or knocking so the concierge right inside the lobby could assist. The store won't attempt redelivery despite the error being on their end, and they won't refund the exorbitant delivery fees or my voluntary prepaid tip. A waste of time and money.

Negative experience: WARNING: Do NOT order from William Paul Floral Design for Mother’s Day or any special occasion. I had a terrible experience sending flowers to a new mom who had just undergone an emergency C-section. The arrangement delivered looked nothing like what was advertised—aside from having similar colors, it was completely different. When I contacted the shop for a resolution, they shockingly asked the recovering mom to return the flowers within 24 hours. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Despite being located in an affluent part of Atlanta, they do not stand behind their product. We ordered from out of state (California), and this experience was a major disappointment. Avoid this business—unreliable service, poor quality, and zero accountability. First picture is what’s on the site. Second picture is what they sent. Nothing is similar of theme or esthetic other than color.

Negative experience: I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with William Paul Floral Design was beyond disappointing. The customer service was absolutely abysmal, marked by unreturned calls, delayed responses, and a complete lack of communication at every step of the process. I was left guessing about the status of my order, and when I finally got a response, it was curt and unhelpful. In particular, Christian, the florist I interacted with, was extremely unprofessional. He was dismissive, unresponsive, and made no effort to resolve the issues or even acknowledge the inconvenience caused. What should have been a special and meaningful gesture turned into a frustrating ordeal. Despite multiple follow-ups, no one—including Christian—seemed willing to take accountability or provide even the most basic customer service. For a business in the floral industry—where timing, presentation, and communication are everything—this level of service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you value professionalism and reliability. This was a disappointing experience I won’t forget.

Fantastic experience: When the recipients of our gift of flowers received them, they were so exited. They called us immediately to say that the bouquet was just gorgeous and that they need to find out about this florist and want to use them! The arrangement was ordered in the afternoon and delivered on the same day! Now that is service!

The morning after delivery half the bouquet had died, which seemed very unusual. Immediately went to put in fresh water, flower food, and trim the stems. It was then we realized that half the stems were no longer than 3 inches long and had not been in water this entire time, including how it was received when delivered. Some of the stems would not even reach the water when we filled it to the brim of the vase. My husband reached out to the owner through email and left two voicemails that went unanswered. Finally he got an email back basically saying flowers are perishable though luck. I thought for sure the owner would be understanding given the reason was not by care of mishandling on our part and we had time stamped photos to show this at 6am the morning after delivery. I wrote a second email to which the response was again. Flowers are perishable. Very disappointing for such an expensive bouquet and mostly the rude and uncaring response from the owner. A friend told me that the same thing happened to him and he realized that they buy the rotten flowers in the wholesalers because they are cheaper and fill them with those of Trader Joes that is next to their establishment. It’s a shame that they charge you “first class” for a terrible service. Comments on Google are paid as you can clearly read!! Will not be ordering from here again.
