Negative experience: MOST PATHETIC FLORAL ARRANGEMENT I HAVE SEEN!!! Most embarrassing moment of my life!!! I called and asked for 2 dozen red roses (supplemented with large-leafed greens) to be delivered to a friend who is in the hospital. I did not order something off your site. I called with a very specific request which did NOT include scrawny eucalyptus and small cheap pink flowers randomly stuffed in this so-called 'arrangement.' When I called to voice my dismay, the only 'remedy' offered was that you could go PICK THEM UP from the recipient's hospital room and refund the $280?! The fact that you are not embarrassed as a "professional" florist is perhaps the most troubling thing of all. And then you implied that 'this is what you get' when you call "last minute"?!! Seriously?! I called at 10:30am for a same-day local delivery of the most basic flower in the plant kingdom. The implication that 'last minute' orders will look like a dumpster fire is shocking. This is nothing but absolute highway robbery disguised as a fraudulent flower shop. I paid $280 for this floral arrangement and delivery ($25). Think about that! Almost $300 for what I could have muddled together from Kroger with a blindfold on.

Fantastic experience: We’ve consistently had nothing but outstanding experiences with Buckhead Blooms. Most recently, I ordered flowers (a “designer’s choice” arrangement) for my wife to be delivered last while I was away on business. She was absolutely over the moon when she received what she described as “the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen”. You simply can’t go wrong here.
