Fantastic experience: My husband bought me the terrarium class for Christmas and I attended last Thursday. I went home and said “definitely in the top 3 surprise gifts he’s given me”! What a wonderful workshop and space! I feel like I learned a lot, was blown away by the beauty of the space AND get to come home with a piece I created that should last around 3 years. The owner had such a neat story I feel like I could have talked with her for hours about her history and knowledge of plants. They also number all their terrariums so you can call ask for advice and they know which one is yours and what batches of plants are in them. Truly run like a small business that CARES. I will be a life time client and hoping to do their floral class eventually

Fantastic experience: My friend and I came for their fall floral design workshop on 10/18 - we had such a phenomenal time and it was the perfect start to a Saturday morning. The team was precise and helpful during the demo and instruction time. They walked around from time to time to provide constructive criticism and feedback and assistance if needed with each of our floral arrangements, which I really appreciated because it’s one thing to love receiving and looking at flowers but it’s another to craft them into art. As mentioned all the staff was very helpful - Juliette (I hope I spelled her name right) and the three other women really went above and beyond.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful and they went the extra mile coordinating with the church and navigating a few hurdles while we coped with a difficult time. They are not only super talented but also super kind. I highly recommend them.

They helped collaborate and talk through a custom experience that was intimate, engaging, and fun. They took extra measures to work with me on cultivating a one of a kind bouquet during our time together and even provided wine and charcuterie. It made for one of the best moments of our lives as we started the next chapter of our relationship. By the time the evening was over we felt like we were family, that's how much care and trust they provided.

Fantastic experience: I called them at the last minute on a Saturday evening asking for 2 dozen roses to be delivered to a hospital. These wonderful folks accepted the order with a smile in their voice and did an EXCELLENT job. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend them and I plan on using them many more times in the future.

Fantastic experience: Every time I have sent someone flowers from this Floral Boutique; I receive great response. My husband says this is the only florist we should use.

Negative experience: Unprofessional staff. Beware if your significant other gets you a bouquet from this place, the florist might show up inside your home while you’re off at work!

Positive experience: I drove an hour to get to this shop. I bought an expensive terrarium and some large air plants. I had the terrarium less than 3 weeks and noticed the plants dying. I am an experienced gardener. I have been on 3 garden tours so I know plants. I called to let them know and they asked for pictures and pictures of where it was. The terrarium was in front of 3 windows plus a glass door so it got plenty of light. Upon receiving the pictures, they tried to say not enough light as my window are tinted. The windows are barely tinted and the door is not tinted at all as its a new door. I explained this to them. I followed all the directions for the terrarium that I was given. They said I could bring it in but I told them it was an hour each way so that wasn't really feasible. They insisted I bring it in for them to look at. I explained the distance was too far so they did not really want to do anything. Plus I had to leave it and come back. Another trip. Again too far for that. I decided to re do the terrarium myself due to that. I discovered that the plants had pretty much been butchered when planted i.e. barely any roots which is the cause of death. I was angry about this and let them know and they would not make good on this terrarium by either sending me a replacement or a refund. I planted the terrarium myself and it is THRIVING. Why? Because it was done CORRECTLY.

Negative experience: My boyfriend surprised me with peonies for my birthday this Monday and these flowers didn’t even last till Thursday (today). I honestly feel like he deserves a refund. I didn’t even get to change the water in them like the instructions said because they simply didn’t last to that point. Gorgeous flowers but this is easily the shortest amount of time I’ve ever had flowers last.

They notified me when the first delivery attempt could not be made and let me know when the second attempt was successful. The flowers are gorgeous and I highly recommend them!
