Fantastic experience: Tricky ordering flowers online when you're over 10,000km (not American, won't use miles!) away, but I decided upon Allen's Flowers after looking at 3/4 other websites. The website was easy to navigate and the bouquets made it difficult to choose because they were all gorgeous! Placed an order on Monday evening Singapore time, and I was notified it was delivered the next morning to my recipient. I chose the bold and beautiful and the bouquet exceeded my expectations. It is stunning, and my recipient loved it! Thank you to the team who put this together.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience buying flowers here for Valentine’s Day. The had single stem options that were reasonably priced $2-3 a flower and you could custom make a bouquet or pick one of their premade ones that are very beautiful. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. Will be back for sure!

Eventually, if not immediately, they disappoint. Since finding Allen's Flowers, it is the ONLY place I will order flowers. Fantastic experience: I googled Best Florist in Escondido and found Allen's. I placed an online order around 9am, for the same day, and it was delivered by 2:30pm. Best of all, It was actually as beautiful as the website picture. That is VERY unusual. They emailed me when the order was received, and sent a text and email when it was delivered. The recipient was thrilled. I will use them again and highly recommend them. Note: I see they have other locations in San Diego County too.

Fantastic experience: At the last minute, I ordered flowers for a friend’s birthday. Since I ordered after 12:00 PM, I feared they would not be delivered that day but to my delight, she got them that evening. The bouquet was bright, colorful and in great shape. My past experience has been that the arrangements hold up well and last longer than other sources I’ve used. Kudos to the arrangers and staff at Allen’s.

I ordered sympathy flowers and they looked exactly like the photo if not better! Just beautiful. And the recipient loved them. Be mindful if you choose the option “deliver at anytime” on the date of your choice, they will deliver on that promised date but it may be in the evening depending how busy they are. Which was fine, but I was worried for sec that they forgot about my delivery since I got an email around 8pm that they were delivered. BUT I was happy to know that they don’t stop their day till all their promised deliveries are made. GREAT SERVICE! I will definitely be using their delivery service again! Their customer service was prompt in responding within business hours as well and addressing my concern. GO HERE!!!

Positive experience: It can be pretty hit or miss depending on how many peeps want bouquets. For houseplants, better off visiting the farmers market on Saturdays before noon or going to Nostalgia flowers on island. I sometimes leave if they are too busy with bouquets. The people are always amazing and so nice here though!!!

Negative experience: 1st Picture: Allen’s Flowers // 2nd Picture: Everbloom Flowers This is my first time receiving flowers from Allen’s Flowers. My husband usually buys me flowers every 2-3 weeks. Since we just moved to San Diego, he sends me flowers from different shops each time. He usually sends me long-stemmed red roses. The ones I got from here are probably my least favorite ones so far. The arrangement just seemed thrown together and the roses weren’t the best quality compared to others I’ve received. They’re also shorter than other ‘long-stemmed roses’. The 2nd picture I’ve uploaded (with baby’s breath) are the last roses I’ve received from Everbloom Flower Shop and they were the same price, but arranged much nicer, with better quality roses, and taller. I also had issues with delivery - they never called me to say they delivered my flowers other than receiving an email hours later. It was also a hassle trying to call them because they don’t allow you to leave voicemails, so if no one answers after a minute, the call will automatically hang up. Red roses wise - they’re ok. But I don’t think it’s worth it for the price from this place when you can get better ones at other shops. Their other arrangements are probably much better. But I’d personally look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: First I want to say I went into the physical store and made a custom bouquet and this is my second time using them. The shop was very helpful and the staff was super friendly. I was buying flowers for a friend's wife as a thank you for welcoming me into their home. They helped make sure I was sending the right message and knew what the color of the flowers meant so as not to accidentally send a romantic message. I picked the flowers and then they fluffed them up and added some extra leaves and plants to make it look more full. The staff also didn't groan when they said yellow flowers are a golden choice (completely on accident) and I said "I see what you did there." I'd definitely reccomend this shop. If you think their premade bouquets are pricey, you can go into the shop and make your own. The bouquet I made came out to around $16.

Negative experience: This review rating is only about my most recent order from Allen's Flowers. I have ordered flowers from Allen's Flowers 6 previous times in the past couple of years and things went well as they should have. This time, I placed an order (days before) for roses to be delivered to my fiancé at her work on Valentine's day and the flowers were not delivered. I did not receive an automatic delivery notice that the order was completed, but when I logged in to my account online, it said the order had been completed. I tried contacting them via phone and I was hung up on several times by the system. I was finally able to get through and the lady I spoke with was nice and said she was going to transfer me to dispatch. She transferred the call, I was sent to a voicemail and then the system hung up, because the voicemail was not set up. I was able to leave a message in the online Customer Support portal, but even that system which shows they normally answer questions in 3 mins, didn't respond for over an hour. Then I received a message that they will cancel this order and send me a full refund, which should be back in my account in the next 7-10 days. When you pay $21.99 delivery fee and leave a $10 tip, it isn't unreasonable to expect someone to contact you, or the person the delivery is going to, if there are issues with the delivery/order. Then I wasted so much time trying get in touch with them to get a refund and it will still take over a week to issue the refund. The status for the order now says Cancelled, but it was only cancelled because they never delivered. The customer service this time was unacceptable and I will be ordering from another shop for my future orders.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this shop. I just ordered flowers at Allen's for the first time and I am blown away! They delivered same day, and the flowers were GORGEOUS.

Negative experience: Unacceptable for a bouquet that costs more than $200!! Extremely disappointed. The roses I received for my birthday looked one week old. Most of them were wilting already. I also saw my boyfriend’s disappointment, but had to pretend that everything looked great. I would personally have refused those flowers. You should be ashamed.

Positive experience: Issue we had on Mother’s Day was dealt with and refund was given to us. In the past we’ve received the most beautiful arrangements we’ve ever seen. The arrangements are not inexpensive but the quality was always very high and beyond beautiful, original and creative. So in the past always worth the price. On the rare occasion there was an issue in the past it’s always been dealt with right away. We’ve used this florist dozens of times.
