Fantastic experience: I recently ordered flowers for my cousin from Allen Flower and Plants and I have to say, I was beyond impressed. At first, I thought the price felt a little hefty, but once I received photos of the arrangement, I was absolutely blown out of the water and so was my cousin. The flowers were stunning, even more beautiful and full than I imagined. They were also fantastic with delivery. They texted me right away and sent a photo showing exactly where the arrangement was placed, which gave me so much peace of mind. The whole experience felt thoughtful, professional, and worth every penny. I would absolutely order from them again!

Fantastic experience: Great service and beautiful flowers. As a guy ordering my partner flowers the day before valentine's day from cross country, they really saved me and did a fantastic job! So many other places were complicated, a 3rd party Indian call center, couldn't do it, felt scammy or like dealing with a comcast phone call. They were very friendly on the phone, got my order in and delivery next day early morning on valentine's day. Very easy and fast. The flowers were very elegant, nicely displayed and she loved them! Highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Buyer beware. The fact they felt leaving my order outside a closed business was appropriate is baffling to me. No common sense with these people. Will never buy from here again, I should've just used 1800 flowers. Edit: the response I got backs this behavior and sees nothing wrong with it. Like I said, no common sense

Fantastic experience: I received a dozen long stem premium roses. These are the most beautiful roses I have ever received. I could not believe how captivating and long lasting they would be. As a woman most of us appreciate flowers, and roses from anywhere... but when I received these roses the quality and presentation allowed me to realize the quality and meaning of Allen Flowers care and quality roses. Negative experience: Absolute joke of customer service. Asked for 2 sets of bouquets to be delivered to the SAME ADDRESS before 11 AM, one was delivered at 4 PM, nice and wilted. when called to see what the problem was they said that they had entreated the wrong date, couldn’t do anything else other than send the same exact day-old bouquet the next day. Fantastic experience: I am 52 years old and have been lucky to receive a lot of flowers. It's extremely rare for me to leave reviews or send feedback, but I had to write a review about this stunning arrangement I received from my parents-in-law. It is the most gorgeous arrangement I have ever received in my life. I love the look of cultivated flowers mixed with flowers that look more like wildflowers and beautiful greenery. The flowers were FRESH! The roses are opening beautifully. The floral designer is very talented with color, proportions, and flower choices...I smile every time I walk past them. There are so many florists to choose from, but I will recommend Allen's from now on. You set the bar high, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I ordered an Easter bouquet as a hostess gift for a dear friend. When I arrived at her home, I was thrilled to see the beautiful bouquet of bright flowers perched above a nest of bright Easter eggs. The blooms were grouped by type, orange tulips, blue hydrangea, pink roses, yellow roses, etc., all of the colors matching the eggs below. Fantastic experience: I made a mistake and ordered funeral flowers for the wrong date, it was a week too soon. When the delivery man tried to deliver them to the mortuary he found out the date was actually one week away. Fantastic experience: Ordered two dozen Ecuadorian roses for my wife for our 30th anniversary. Couldn’t find any other florist who would deliver to our hotel on Sunday but Allen’s was happy to do so for a nominal additional fee. These were premium flowers, they were not inexpensive but they did not disappoint! Huge bouquet in a very large vase and they were super fresh and at an optimum point of bloom. Delivery was within the agreed upon timeframe and I immediately received a detailed delivery confirmation. I am very satisfied - thank you!

And the delivery person was kind enough to call me when she didn't answer her phone though her dogs were outside (she's elderly). Rather than drive away, he called me and I told him the dogs were friendly and I worked with him to find a safe place for the flowers (so the dogs wouldn't eat them). At that point, my Mom came outside and she met the driver and had a good conversation. The driver left with a hearty "Merry Christmas"! Excellent arrangement, delivery, and truffles!!!
