Fantastic experience: The best arrangements that I have ever purchased! Top notch service, timely and absolutely GORGEOUS!!

Negative experience: horrendous service. next day delivery order and they said it would arrive between 11-1. then it didn’t and they said it would arrive between 2-4pm. then called and they said it would arrive by 6pm. then it didn’t and they said it would be here by 7pm… and they didn’t even offer to comp the flowers. wasn’t able to get wife her anniversary flowers before our date night. never again.

Positive experience: The flowers were beautiful, but it was my daughter’s birthday & they didn’t arrive until 9:00 PM. At that point the surprised was ruined because I asked if she received anything from me. Big bummer

This peace lily is literally the most gorgeous plant I've ever seen! It is so large! It came with at least 4 beautiful peace lilies! I'm going to transfer it to a pot so we're able to keep it longer! Fantastic experience: Years ago, after too many bad holidays from online flower services with 3 letters in their name, I was given some advice: find a local florist, give them a budget and an address, and let them cook. Coley has been that local florist for 5 or 6 years, and they have never let me down. Every bouquet is beautiful, fresh, and long lasting. Just as importantly, every bouquet has been delivered where I wanted, to who I wanted, when I wanted. I wouldn’t use anyone else in San Diego, couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Fantastic experience: Ordered two separate orders and they both turned out absolutely beautiful. One being tropical and the other being a cheery bouquet. Recipients of both orders were delighted with their orders. I've actually used Flowers by Coley for almost 20 years but have had a gap since I had ordered from them last. I went into their store to pick up one of the orders and plan on going back just to look through all of their merchandise. Quite a few cute gift ideas just from my quick walk through the store. I highly recommend Flowers by Coley from their friendly staff to their beautiful arrangements and will be ordering from them much more in the future.

The flowers arrived on time and when she received them she texted me a picture thanking me. She was both surprised and delighted. The flowers were truly beautiful and gave my friend the feeling I had hoped for, that she was a bright spot in my life. Just like the flowers. Super happy and will order again from Coleys! Negative experience: I am absolutely appalled by the experience I had with this business. My husband, who is currently deployed, ordered flowers for my birthday. What followed was not a celebration, but a terrifying and deeply inappropriate encounter. At 8:30 PM, a delivery driver arrived, shouting my name loudly enough to disturb the neighborhood. Two of my neighbors were concerned enough to check on my safety. Upon handing me the flowers, the driver said, "Happy Birthday... stripper gram!" followed by a laugh and "just kidding." As a woman home alone, I felt incredibly vulnerable and unsafe. The subsequent handling of this by the business was just as offensive: Initial Denial: When my husband contacted them, they initially did not believe him. Gaslighting: It was only after we provided Ring camera footage of the incident that they acknowledged the behavior. Inappropriate Solutions: They offered to have the same man call me to "apologize" and offered to deliver more flowers. After such an terrible experience, the last thing I wanted was speaking to this individual or further contact with this business. Hostile Customer Service: When my husband requested a refund rather than new flowers, the business called him a "bully." Calling a deployed service member a bully for demanding accountability after his wife was harassed is beyond me. This is not a "misunderstanding." This was harassment followed by a complete lack of responsibility. A business that allows this behavior, and then insults the customer when caught on camera, is not one anyone should trust. I would strongly advise everyone to take their business elsewhere.

I’ve ordered so many flowers from other places in the past that look really nice in the photo (asymmetrical, well designed) but just end up arriving as a basic dome bouquet. Not here!! Positive experience: Bouquet was nice. Delivery for a birthday, was late in day , after 5, even though ordered two days in advance. Delivery agent just left on steps, didn't even bother to ring doorbell. I know it was a Saturday, which is busy day for florists, but, bouquet, delivery and tip was over $200, so not thrilled.

Positive experience: FLOWERS BY COLEY: PLEASE END YOUR PARTNERSHIP WITH DOORDASH IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOOSE YOUR HIGH RATING. Don't expect refunds from DoorDash! Their policy is that they don't compensate after you have made previous requests. Unable to upload photo but they were dying by day 2, then dead by day 3. The driver delivered promptly but I don't known if his car was too hot. This is an excellent florist and they confirmed that these tropical flowers should last 1-2 wks and that the receiver cared for them properly. Their hands were tied since I ordered thru DoorDash. DON'T ORDER ANY ONE EXPENSIVE ITEM FROM DOORDASH SINCE THEY WON'T GIVE A REFUND. ORDER DIRECTLY FROM FLOWERS BY COLEY, THIS IS A HIGHLY RATED FLORIST YET I COULDN'T LEAVE A RATING FOR DOORDASH CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Flowers by Coley. I ordered an arrangement for a funeral as I’m out of state and unfortunately could not attend. I set it up to be delivered the day before to the chapel however when Alberto went to deliver the arrangement the chapel would not accept it a day early. He was so kind and left me a voicemail and texted me with this information. I called him back and explained I’m out of state and I don’t have the address of the others in that area. I asked if there was any way to deliver them the next morning before 10am when the funeral began. He was so nice and said he would rearrange his schedule and he would try his best to deliver them the next morning. The next day Alberto delivered the arrangement before 10am and I was so thankful. I was so sad I couldn’t attend this funeral and sending this arrangement meant a lot. Alberto went above and beyond to deliver this arrangement twice and made it on time. I am so thankful and appreciative of Alberto’s kindness, hard work, and time. I highly recommend Flowers by Coley.
