Positive experience: They absolutely knocked it out of the park with my wedding flowers and gave my husband and I exactly what we wished for! The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because when I initially booked my bouquet preservation and like it states on their website it said 1-4 weeks and its been 3 months since the wedding.. They did tell me that they had a few issues with the epoxy this time which I appreciate them being honest, but I really hope that next time I get a preservation from them it comes on time! But I would highly recommend Hillside to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I came in last minute to have a corsage made for my son’s ROTC ball and they far exceeded my expectations. They went all patriotic and it was absolutely gorgeous and his date loved it! I will definitely be coming back here again for flowers. And their plant selection is beautiful as well, coming from a crazy plant lady!

Fantastic experience: We used this florist for our remote coworkers father’s funeral. Being in Atlanta I just googled local florist in midvale, and am so glad we found them . We picked out a beautiful plant and they reached out to us showing the plant option they had and color variations to make sure it was the perfect tone we were looking for. You don’t find customer service like that often. Thank you Hillside, the smallest of gestures go a long way.

Fantastic experience: We lost a very dear friend and sent a plant is for his wife. Hillside Floral's website provided an excellent selection that we could chose from. Delivery dates were offered - same day, next day, etc. Chose next day. Hillside sent email updates with the status including 'out for delivery' and 'delivered'. Ordering through to delivery was easy and automated. Very nice user experience.

Fantastic experience: Sadly, we had two very dear family friends pass away on Christmas which resulted in two funerals to attend. Based on customer reviews, I decided to give Hillside Floral a try and boy am I glad I did. Not only did they deliver absolutely gorgeous arrangements, they did so within 3-4 hours after they opened for the day. I ordered an arrangement at 1:30 am and it was delivered at noon the following day. I was blown away when I saw the arrangement in person. Their prices and delivery charges were very affordable. I very much appreciated the status updates and purchase receipts I received via email.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with this company. I have used this company for the past 17 pls years at my home and at my job ordering flowers for clients funerals, weddings, babys births etc and always very satisfactory. But this time when I ordered flowers for a special birthday they never came, according to my Email they were delivered. But they were not. I can honestly say in those past 17 years I never had one incident....untill now. I guess there is a new owner. Figures. I will never order from them again.

Fantastic experience: I came in to pick up a bouquet to give at the last minute. They had great flowers put together and ready to go. Best was when they replaced some of the flowers as they were not as fresh as they thought they should be. Wow, what a surprise!

Negative experience: I ordered a matching corsage and bouteneirre over the phone. My daughter went to pick it up and all they had was the corsage and the employee basically shrugged her shoulders and implied there wasn't much that could be done. Thankfully I had forwarded my payment receipt to my daughter and she was assertive enough to tell them to make the bouteneirre. If it wasn't for her assertiveness (which doesn't come easily for a 17 year old young lady), there wouldn't have been a bouteneirre. I've ordered from this location a couple of other times with no issues. Undetermined if I'll support them again in the future.

I received a call from the florist saying she read the obituary and read that the deceased loved hunting, fishing and everything outdoors.. She offered to do the arrangement I selected with a more rustic and outdoorsy theme. I was so touched that she took the time to read the obituary and then personalize the arrangement. Positive experience: I loved that I could order the flowers and get them delivered the same day. The picture of what I chose was beautiful. The only way it could have been better would be to receive a text picture of the actual plant when it was finished or delivered. And man, it was expensive! But worth it for my daughter in law.

Positive experience: I've been purchasing flowers for several years over the phone for delivery but this is the first time I visited the shop and selected the flower varieties. I was disappointed in the lack of guidance from the sales associate and with the final bouquet. The lone display cooler for customers to see had prearranged bouquets only. When I asked if they had anything else, she simply said, "yes we have lots." I had to pry it out of her what flowers they had in the back cooler that they could make an arrangement with. No color choices offered, no prices given for peonies, dahlias or any of the other flowers she named. I paid the $85 price point I gave her and returned an hour later to pick it up. I was a bit disappointed to see a squatty vase of 9 flowers. I worked as a florist for for seven years. I think next time I will try another shop

Fantastic experience: Hillside Floral was so great to work with for my daughter's wedding! They absolutely nailed the wildflower look she wanted and were punctual and professional! I had them stay on site and move some of the flowers we had down the aisle and the ceremony arch and they did that quickly and unobtrusively! My only tiny criticism is that the florists pinned the groomsmen boutonnieres on their jackets while they were hanging on the clothing rack and didn't ask which tux was the grooms, so one of the groomsmen ended up with the grooms boutonniere, which was not caught until after the ceremony! Such a small problem when over all everything was beautiful! I am very happy with our experience and will use them again for weddings and any other event and 100% recommend them!

Even when I’ve order more than a month out, my flowers still arrived late - like a day or more. When I called their customer service number to complain, I wasn’t given any better satisfaction. However, since using Hillside Floral I’ve never been disappointed. In fact, I feel redeemed in a lot of ways cuz their floral arrangements, prices and convenience of ordering has far surpassed my expectations. I will forever now always order from them. She even sent me a photo of the arrangement via text just so I knew what my delivery to my wife for Mother’s Day looked like. I am a lifelong customer after this experience. I made some changes after my initial consultation — they were very accommodating and got things changed same day. I’m grateful I chose Hillside to provide these arrangements! The only small thing I will say is that the initial young-person working the front counter was not very socially aware that I was ordering arrangements for a very sad occasion and was overly bubbly/energetic/unsympathetic with her customer service. Any other time, that customer service would have been wonderful. The manager took over within a couple minutes and it was great from there. However, maybe some extra training on receiving these types of orders will help the next person coming in to purchase flowers for their deceased loved one. Otherwise, wonderful experience!

Negative experience: The wreath for my fathers funeral was supposed to be delivered at 4. At 4:10 I called and they were still working on it. We were told it could be delivered in 45 minutes... after the service had started. My husband had to go pick them up. Nort only were they the wrong flowers in the wreath, the bouteneere for the widow was made for the wrist, not with a pin like had been ordered.
