The flowers were delivered right on time, the arrangement was stunning, and the price was better than any of the four other florists I compared. On top of that, they texted me a photo of the bouquet in front of the delivery address -- such a thoughtful touch that gave me peace of mind. Great value, beautiful work, and exceptional service. Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for a memorial service in SLC. I live out of state and ordered directly from a local florist, because I really wanted the flowers to be fresh and beautiful and arrive at the proper time. Twigs met and exceeded all of my hopes. Absolutely gorgeous arrangement. Arrived on time and they even sent me a photo of the arrangement at the church when they delivered it. That really put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Twigs.

Positive experience: Beautiful flowers but didn’t include my note so person didn’t know who they were from. Then I didn’t receive a delivery confirmation and when I called the company to see if flowers were delivered so I didn’t ruin the surprise, I kept getting a voicemail which was never returned. So I’m deducting 2 stars because customer service was poor all around. I feel like they can do better. And I’m only posting this review so they can see this because I never got a returned call.

Fantastic experience: I am blown away! I used to own a flower shop here in Utah and we closed due to my sisters unexpected death. I know good quality and good customer service when I see it. Fantastic experience: Oh my gosh the best service and quality!! My daughter sent me these amazing flowers from Twigs for my birthday. A lovely young woman delivered them right to my door with a smile. Yes, she parked her car, came upstairs in a condo building, knocked on my door, and handed me this gorgeous bouquet. It was not wrapped in paper - saving trees!! - simply fresh and beautiful flowers!! Highly recommend Twigs for the personal touch …. And of course amazing flowers !!

Negative experience: Wow... I was about to check out and noticed I'm being charged a $9.99 service fee. It says it's a one time fee, but I'm not paying a service fee for you to have my business. Not a great business practice when you're trying to get new customers. I can go elsewhere and not be charged this fee. If you need to charge a service fee, build it into the price of the product, otherwise it looks like you're nickel and diming your customers. I did not complete my purchase.

Fantastic experience: I stumbled upon Twigs after another company (…ProFlowers, it was ProFlowers) botched my order completely. I’m grateful I did find Twigs and I will order from them again solely due to the promptness of their responses, the beautiful arrangement, and the assured delivery of my order. Shop local! Negative experience: 80$ for the most basic flowers ever and they took literally 8 hours to arrive. Ruined the whole damn day.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. It was my wife bdays and they failed to deliver the flowers. I called before they close and said nobody will come to deliver them. They say they will refund but that doesn’t fix anything. They aren’t reliable, they ruined the day. Never again.

Negative experience: This is the second time I have bought Valentine’s Day flowers for my wife from here and both times they were not at all what they looked like online. The first photo is the flowers I ordered and the second is the flower I got. Will not be coming back here again.

Negative experience: Hubby bought me flowers and I LOVE flowers but these are dead, frozen and look like they have been through a car wreck. No attention to detail, very disappointed in the quality, style and arrangement.

Negative experience: Never text me or called me to let me know if flowers were delivered and no one picked when I called the shop. Worst service .owner is rude and hung up on me.

Negative experience: We ordered the premium version of "Sweet Notions" for some friends who recently lost a very close family member. The delivery person texted me a picture of it when it was left on the porch and it looks like a small bouquet with about six blooms. Not at all what we were expecting for over $100 with tax and delivery fee. Will not order from Twigs again.

Negative experience: My son in Virginia had a small bouquet sent for my birthday. Initially I thought it was so nice to have a photo of the bouquet sent by the driver to let me know it was on the doorstep. The problem was the flowers were NOT fresh. There was brown along the edges of some of the yellow roses, dead leaves and several dead buds. There were also too many stems squished into a very small vase which will cause flowers to die prematurely. I called to talk to someone about it and was told the driver would return to pick up the bouquet and a partial refund would be given. I asked why a partial refund and was told the driver had to be paid. I then asked if a fresh bouquet could be sent and told the gentleman that a partial refund was not acceptable. A business which sent old flowers should eat the cost of the driver or replace the flowers. He left me on the line to speak with the owner and came back to say the driver would be back to pick up the flowers and my son would get a full refund. The driver indeed returned to collect the small bouquet and after 5 days the charge was dropped. I would have much preferred him switching out a fresh bouquet with no refund but that was not an option offered me. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Who goes and picks up flowers sent for someone’s birthday without offering to replace them with a fresh bouquet? Not to mention have the common courtesy to apologize. Very disappointing.

What are you doing screaming at a sweet little old lady when you're the ones falsely advertising?

Negative experience: Do not use this florist! I placed an order on their website for a pickup order on Mothers day. My order confirmation stated I would receive an email once it was ready for pickup. Mothers day comes and goes and I never received an email saying my order was ready. Found they were not even open on mothers day. Tried calling them Monday and their phone just rings, no one pickup and there's no option to leave a voice mail. Received an email later on Monday saying my order had been picked up. I certainly didn't pick it up i didn't ever receive an email saying it was ready. Tried calling again but there's still no answer. I'm going to dispute the charge on my card. I will never use this florist again.

Positive experience: I wanted to try a different local place, so I gave this place a try. I only saw a photo of the flowers sent, but they don't look like the image online which was the Hugs to You bouquet. They're quite pricey for the size and a $10 charge for a first time customer sounds like the opposite thing to do for trying to get repeat business.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with Twigs. Their pricing is competitive, my order was ready on time (a little early in fact), and the finished product was beautiful! When I picked up my order, I was told it was quite a busy day for the shop, but because of how smooth the ordering and pickup process was, I never would've known. I loved that the flowers/vase came in a nice box for easy transporting. I would definitely recommend Twigs Flower Co to anyone and everyone!

Positive experience: While it’s easy to place an order and their flower arrangements are nice (smaller in real life though), it’s another thing to try to have flowers be delivered at a specific time. I would suggest on planning to deliver flowers on your own. I had added a tip for the delivery but ended up doing it myself. Ask the flower people to send me an adjusted receipt. I had to call them to remind them (it’s end of month & have to do expenses!) and the guy says “oh you want your delivery tip back?” -_- If you ask me right now if I would go back…my answer is no only based on how their interaction with me via phone and in person. If I’m spending $60 on flowers, be nice.

Negative experience: Very disappointed customer. Back in April, I wanted to send flowers to a friend who was having a lengthy stay at the U of U burn center. I am out of state but wanted to support a local business so checked for a flower shop nearby that delivers there regularly. I ordered a cheerful arrangement with the yellow happy face mug from their website and was charged $56 dollars. Turns out that the flowers were never delivered to my friend at the hospital, they never even got to see them! This company happily took my money but never delivered!! I never got any phone call or contact to indicate if there was any sort of a problem with the delivery either. To rub insult into injury, I noticed on my emailed receipt that I was charged an ancillary fee of $10 for ‘florist support’. Complete BS since they didn’t even get the flowers that I paid for delivered. I do not recommend, and will never support them again.

Negative experience: The delivery was timely on Mother’s Day weekend, which I appreciated. And the vase/ribbon combo was a nice touch. (makes this a 2-star rather than 1-star review). I used a 3rd party company to order these flowers and am very disappointed! I’m embarrassed I spent $80 for this arrangement. I understand a 3rd party takes a cut, but these flowers look worse than a $20 arrangement from the grocery store. The roses look like they might survive the weekend. And the other flowers are cheap. We used the same 3rd party to send flowers to someone else and they were beautiful. So I’m pretty confident the issue is not the 3rd party. Apparently there was a flower shortage at the shop...I wish I had paid an Uber driver to get a $20 arrangement from Smith’s and deliver it.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers, and they were never delivered. We were home the entire day when they said it was delivered. I've called multiple times and have not gotten an answer. I've also written three emails that have not been responded. They literally just took my money.

Negative experience: I ordered two Flower arrangements To be delivered 4-26 and 4-27 to Huntsman Cancer Institute for my sister.The first Arrangement on Monday The flowers were wilted looking when delivered pretty much dead the next day. The second Arrangement on Tuesday looked like you used all the left over flowers of the day before Didn't put anything on the card that I asked for, My sister had no idea who the second Arrangement came from. Negative experience: Would be a zero star review if it could go that low. Ordered flowers via FTD for Valentines Day 2021 for my fiancé. Twigs claimed “delivered” on day before (2/13), no flowers delivered by 2/14 Sunday night 9pm or even a late delivery 2/15. FTD couldn’t get an answer from them after multiple attempts for clarification. Beware and shop somewhere else.

Negative experience: The online order was never placed. I finally called the shop. They had no record of an order and was told the new order would be delivered the next day between 12 & 5 pm. They didn’t deliver it until the following day. I don’t know if the order was left in the delivery truck over night. A week late is not acceptable. I called and talked to the owner who was contradictory and rude. I explained that I wanted to support local florists but I won’t be using Twigs again. His reply was, “That’s proably a good idea”. 100% guarenteed isn’t the case.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much! I needed a same day floral delivery for friends that had to send their dog over the rainbow bridge. I picked florist choice for the arrangement and I’m so happy with the end result. The dogs name was Daisy and they made a beautiful bouquet full of daisies that was delicate and classy. Fantastic experience: Ray and his team did the floral design for our outdoor wedding at Tracy Aviary. It was beautiful. We had several design ideas and he took them beyond our expectations. There was a lot of uncertainty with our plans due to covid 19 and Ray was a calm reassuring presence through it all. THANKS RAY!

Negative experience: I got flowers for my friend, her brother had passed. I called and customized the bouquet adding extra of a certain darker flower that was already on the bouquet and asked to take out the light purple flowers. When she got the flowers not only was there the light purple that I asked to take out but the extra dark flowers that were supposed to come with the bouquet that I asked extra for there wasn’t ONE of those flowers. I called and they said the owner is out so there’s nothing I can do. I said there’s nothing?? And he said we will give you back your money tomorrow then I asked for his name and he hung up on me.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers (last night) to be delivered today for my wife to help her through a difficult day. I left the arrangement to Twigs and they didn’t disappoint me or my wife. The arrangement is beautiful, all the flowers look awesome. She was all smiles when she walked in the door. The delivery time was just right. Positive experience: I was impressed that they could fulfill my request on such relatively short notice, and in the middle of a pandemic. My only hesitation with giving them 5 stars is that the arrangement isn't artistic or original, nor does it appear all that fresh. It's simply a dozen roses in three colors. The listing for the arrangement says: "Choose a truly special “Thank You!” gift for Mother’s Day! Our experts will create and hand-deliver a stunning and genuinely inspired Mother’s Day design exclusively for Mom. Using only the freshest and most beautiful flowers, a masterpiece of love and thanks will be created to reflect her unique place in your life. Mom’s arrangement will include the designer’s choice of fresh blooms." I don't think the arrangement meets that criteria, and from the image, I can see that a couple of the blooms are wilted and likely won't last more than a few days.

Negative experience: Really upset with the bouquet that I received. It looks nothing like what I purchased and the bouquet that was delivered does NOT look like it was worth the money I paid. I purchased the "Sweetly Scented Pinks" bouquet, which has lambs ear, an abundance of rose's, tulips, carnations, mini-roses and other filler flowers. The bouquet that came had no lambs ear but ferns instead, maybe 5 roses at most, NO tulips, NO carnations, had daisy's and another long stemmed flower. I put a note in it for mothers day with chinese characters and the note that was delivered had just blank boxes in it!! I had to call them 13x (NOT joking) before I could get through to speak to anyone to add a few more names to the note and instead of it being typed on my original note, they were written in. Making the other names added on look like an after thought. The customer service person who picked up my phone call was very nice, but that doesn't make up for the fact that I paid $60+ for a bouquet that looks like it's worth $30. Really upset and will NEVER order from them again. Will try to post a pic of the flowers that I got vs what I ordered.
