Negative experience: Unorganized, had to wait for florist to be on the floor to help at the counter for more than 10 minutes. Then when giving her the information of what I wanted took another 20 minutes to look for it. Then told me she still had to look for the item. And still 6 of us here waiting on florist for check out and etc at the front! This is ridiculous there is literally minimal customers with no help

Fantastic experience: As a master terrible procrastinater, I went to 3 different shops prior to finding this place, and it was closing in 15 minutes to which we needed both a boutonniere and a corsage made (1 hour away from the dance starting). Negative experience: I needed to order same-day flower delivery for a colleague. Their website says orders placed by 3 o'clock are eligible for same-day delivery. I placed an order at 2:25 PM only to be called about 25 minutes later saying they could not deliver today because they had sent all their drivers home for the day. They would not be able to deliver it until Monday. What gives? Why would you send your drivers home early when you could possibly still get delivery orders? If you're not gonna honor your website offering then please do not offer it.

Negative experience: What a perfect gift when you don't want to give flowers. Super fast with my order. Placed the order in the early am and ready to go out the same day. I will be a repeat customer from now on! Thanks Flower Patch! This review was my initial impression UNTIL my daughter started opening the candy bars one day at a time. All the candy bars were old. Three musketeers, almond joy, snickers all hard as a rock and the chocolate was turning white. Super disappointed and disgusted. What was a great surprise turned into disappointment. I don't recommend ordering the candy basket at all. Total bummer.

Negative experience: I ordered a bridal bouquet for a hefty price of $250, and it didn't come anywhere close to what I had ordered. Please see the attached pictures for what I ordered and what I received. Do the two bouquets look anything alike to you? In all fairness, they told me they were out of white lilies and would need to substitute, but I expected them to at least choose flowers of the same color so the overall look would stay similar. However, their choices for substitutions left the bouquet looking nothing like what I had picked. Talk about clueless!
