Fantastic experience: My first time visiting this flower shop was for a group event. We did a flower arranging class here. This was my first time ever taking a flower arrangement class and it was so much fun! I can’t believe how much I learned! Kim, the owner, is so knowledgable and kept us entertained throughout the process with her lighthearted humor and great storytelling abilities. We went step by step with great explanations in between and ended up with a beautiful bouquet by the end of the night! Afterwards, she gave us a tour around the shop and I was very impressed by the large fridge in the store to keep all the flowers nice and fresh. The quality of the flowers in this shop is exceptional. And because Kim told us all the tips and tricks to keeping our bouquets in good shape, mine lasted me several weeks! I’ve never been able to keep a bouquet of flowers looking good for longer than a week at most. I highly recommend this place for buying flowers in general but, also if you’re looking for a fun group activity!

Lo and behold, they sent me pictures of the arrangement before delivery! I order flowers for work events around the country and I have NEVER had a florist send me a picture of the custom arrangement. Fantastic experience: A friend experienced a loss and I needed to send flowers day of. I came across La Fleur when googling florists in my friends area, and set up my order online. The prices were comparably reasonable to other sites i had looked at, and I had a great experience! I called the shop to ask if i could have my order delivered within a small window this afternoon. Kim answered the phone and was so patient with me. She offered to place the order for me right then vs. the online page i was sitting on. Took my requests, wrote the note I wanted with the flowers carefully, and was compassionate towards my situation. I had to call back and request an even smaller, and SOONER delivery window, and they made it happen. I was pleasantly surprised with my first experience here and will be using them again.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with my experience with this florist. I have used many florists in the past and every time I order the arrangement at least a week in advance of when I need them presented to the recipient and I ordered these online as I always do with other places. I always expect the arrangement to be put together the day I pick them up. This is the whole point to ordering in advance from a florist - naturally I want fresh flowers. I specified a 4pm pick up time so plenty of time. I received a notification nearly a week early saying the order was fulfilled, but I thought it just meant they received it. Turns out they created the arrangement a week early and stuck it in the refrigerator so when I picked them up they were clearly not fresh and frankly just a bit sad. Who does that?!? I will never use this florist again.

Take a look, at the proof of the product: there's one picture they sent for me to review before, BEFORE the flowers were delivered. Then, there are two I took the day of, as well as two I just took now, 4 days later. Amazing service, setup and obviously QUALITY flowers, not too mention the most important part: someone who knows how, when, which flowers to choose. They were delivered by hand to my wife on her birthday in a beautiful vase that would have cost 4 times the amount that LaFleur's charges for it as an add-on. The were not stuffed in a box somewhere and left in 104 degrees on the doorstep. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the choice that I made. So was my wife! Thank you!
