They processed my order quickly, the pricing was very reasonable, and they even allowed someone else to pick up the flowers for me if needed — which is a huge help when planning an event. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the flowers themselves. Out of the 50 I ordered, 5 were damaged or missing the bud. I followed the care instructions exactly as given and placed them in water right away, but they are not blooming as I had hoped. It has been a little less than 24 hours, and my event is this evening, so I’m feeling a bit stressed about how they will look. **Response to Owner** I find this situation very concerning, as I was given different information during my initial phone call. While I do not recall the name of the employee who assisted me, I was very clear that I needed a specific number of flowers for an event taking place the day after pickup. I was informed that orders could only be placed in increments of 50, and I was placed on hold multiple times while the employee sought answers regarding my order. At the time, I felt the customer service was good, as it appeared the employee was doing their due diligence to assist me. However, my perspective changed after my mother called regarding the flowers not blooming as expected. During that conversation, she was told that “we should have known” the flowers take 2–3 days to bloom when ordered in bulk. She was also told that the flowers are placed directly into the cooler straight from the wholesaler. I was not present for that call, but hearing how it was handled—and how it made my mother feel—was extremely disappointing. I clearly communicated that I had never purchased flowers in this manner before. I even inquired about delivery and was told it was not possible (could you please confirm this to be accurate?). Given these circumstances, I would have expected clearer guidance and transparency upfront so I could make an informed decision for my event. Thank you for responding. I truly hope this miscommunication can be resolved so that we can continue using your services. Your store is beautiful, very conveniently located, and from what I’ve seen and read, your arrangements are amazing.♥️

We’re still enjoying them 5 days later and will also be able to reuse the substantial vessels that the arrangements came in.

Positive experience: I had a great overall Valentines experience with King's. I used the website to place my order - it was very easy to use, had great descriptions, and was very clear on details of the order, delivery date, everything. I received confirmation messages and text messages on delivery status. The delivery was prompt. The actual arrangement & gift package was very well thought out and executed. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I am deducting 1 star for the extra Valentine's upcharges. Yes everybody does it but it gets a little fatiguing.

Fantastic experience: I googled "high end florist" and they were the first ones to pop up. I saw they were open, it was the day before my anniversary, so I decided to show up unannounced. In my mind, if you call ahead of time, the business will try to set up an appointment or limit what you can get on short notice. So, I decided to go and see what kind of service I would get and I must say, it was great! I walked in and was greeted with a genuine smile, not the type you would get at a chain business. She went over some of their premade options, but I wanted something a little more unique. And that's when they turned me onto their preserved roses, and I got a beautiful set of roses in a gold vase, with eight of the roses gold to signify the eighth anniversary. They also let me hand write a note in beautiful gold color on a black card. I highly recommend if you want to impress the person you're gifting to.

Negative experience: I sent an arrangement for the birth of my grandson. My son and wife recently moved to Austin so I was unfamiliar with florists in the area. I spent over $200 on the arrangement, although the flowers were nice, I have to say it was not worth it. It was a very small arrangement for the price, in addition, the flowers were wilted after 4 days. I will be looking for another florist in the Austin area.

After the initial consult, the team called me to come back and look at some accent flowers and ideas they had to make sure they understood what I wanted. I requested something less traditional, a little wild and lots of gladiolas. The arrangement was really breathtaking and beyond what I had imagined. One of the designers remembered also doing my mother's casket spray 15 years ago, which was also amazing and the reason I came back. The service was excellent and the flowers were gorgeous.

This has happened a couple times when I’ve ordered flowers for special occasions. Pretty disappointing given the price point. Update: King florist reached out to make this right and offered a store credit for a replacement bouquet due to the mishap.

Negative experience: I purchased Crestview (floral arrangement only) on May 7th, 2025. It was my second time purchasing the flowers from this place since I was very happy with their quality of flowers and work. However this time, I am very disappointed with their work. First of all, the flowers I got were not the same as the selection I made. I am aware of their substitution policy, which in the event my selection becomes unavailable, they would get me comparable quality. I wish they would have let me know in advance before they even prepare my flowers because in my eyes the flower choice they made was pretty disappointing. Some of the flowers were my least favorite. Next, they added some artificial flowers and branches. I certainly did not pay $232.74 for a mixture of artificial and actual flowers. Their substitution and quality of work disappointed me.
