Negative experience: I tried to order flowers to be delivered to my daughter. Most frustrating conversation ever!!! She could not understand me and I had to repeat myself multiple times. She does not speak English. I finally had to hang up. Don't waste your time.

Fantastic experience: The staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant to deal with. I had to change my order from delivery to pickup at the last minute, and they were accommodating. I had some concern about whether or not I would be getting my delivery fee refunded because I forgot to ask when I called to make the change. I emailed them, and they assured me that it was handled when I made the change to pickup, and asked me to let them know if my bank account didn't reflect the change in a couple of days. Thankfully, it did, so now I just have nothing but good things to say about this place. I'll have them in mind the next time I need a florist. :)

Jason and the Enchanted Florist are the most amazing customer service team!! I had such trouble locating an Austin florist to create this special gift (I’m out of town and none of the florists in the search area offered this design). I emailed the Enchanted Florist with the hope that someone there could recreate it and they totally made our day!! They immediately responded to my email and said that their lead florist would be able to make this puppy basket and they delivered this beauty within 24 hours! My daughter was so surprised and amazed, she LOVED it!!
