Fantastic experience: I received a beautiful arrangement of red roses and huge white lillies for valentine's day from my husband. The roses smell so pretty and the lillies are VERY fragrant! So fragrant in fact, that I had to take them out of the living room because it became too much to breathe it in for both of us lol They are in the dining room now, and the scent has traveled to the kitchen and foyer. They are very beautiful, as all arrangements we've bought from there in the past. Thank you.

Negative experience: The bouquet my wife received for valentines didn't have the Lilies I paid for and they were substituted for a cheaper flower. I wasn't contacted with an option to choose a substitution or cancel the order, I was just stuck with a lower quality and hastily put together product.

I usually just give them a price range and ask for something unique and they deliver exceptional arrangements every time! This year I went with a pictured arrangement and the one they sent was similar but even more beautiful. They are all incredible caring and offer superior customer service. The flowers are great quality and they are ai creative.

Negative experience: I ordered the Glorious Farewell standing spray with sash for $218 ($250) w/ taxes & delivery fee) from this local florist for my best friend’s mom’s funeral. Unfortunately, the arrangement delivered was extremely disappointing and did not resemble the spray advertised on the company’s website in either quality or fullness. The flowers did not look fresh, appeared wilted, and the overall presentation looked tired and sparse—completely unacceptable for both the price and the significance of the occasion. What made this even worse was the sash, which was missing a letter and directly associated my name with the arrangement. Rather than feeling comforted, I felt embarrassed seeing it displayed among other floral sprays that were noticeably fuller and fresher. I intentionally chose a local florist, believing that would mean greater care and attention to detail. In hindsight, I regret not reading reviews beforehand, as this experience did not meet even basic expectations for funeral arrangements and I would have known by reading the reviews. The only positive aspect was that the staff did call to confirm whether I wanted the spray delivered to the church or the funeral home, which I appreciated. However, that courtesy does not make up for the poor quality of the arrangement itself. Given the condition of the flowers and how far the spray fell short of what was advertised, I believe an acknowledgment from the company—and a partial refund—would be appropriate. Funerals are not events where quality should be compromised, and customers deserve to receive what they paid for, especially during such a sensitive time

Fantastic experience: The last few years I’ve used Becky’s vs the chain online florists and I’m so glad I have. Each arrangement has been stunning and my mom loves them. You can tell they care about each customer. Becky’s continues to provide great service and deliver beautiful arrangements each time I use them.

Negative experience: The flowers I ordered don’t look like the flowers I received. Very few roses, all flowers had not opened 3 days later and it looked leaves were added as fillers. Not please at all to send for a 90- year old birthday. Store picture-to the left/what they received-to the right.

Negative experience: The flowers didn’t arrive and I was not contacted. The phone call to order was like a WW2 interrogation , so inordeeed on their site … instead of Becky’s Buckroe they tried to deliver in Oklahoma. Not even an email Or call to advise me . For $97 !!!!

Fantastic experience: I contacted Becky's Buckroe Florist online as I was sending flowers to a funeral and I reside out of town. I was familiar with the name as I did at one time live in Hampton. I cannot review the actual flowers as I didn't attend the funeral. However, I can attest to the customer service. I was contacted via phone due to a concern of the flowers pictured weren't in season. The phone conversation was very professional and I have no doubt the flowers were lovely!

Positive experience: I ordered the standing spray for a family members funeral. The flowers were to be there Monday morning. They never showed. Everyone else's flowers were there. Had my sister not been there to call me and let me know, I would never have known. I called them to find out why the flowers had not been delivered. They said they called the funeral home and found out that the funeral was the next day. So instead of following the directions from me, the person PAYING for the flowers they listened to a stranger on the phone that didn't pay for anything. Everyone else's flowers were there for the viewing except mine. Eventually they bought the flowers to the funeral home but wanted to skip past their own error of not initially following the requested directions. My family said the flowers were beautiful. I warn you about making sure they follow directions before and after you purchase. Don't assume they will do as you requested right away.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a flower arrangement with a statue of either Jesus or Mary in it to be sent Florida. Becky’s had trouble finding a shop in Florida who could create the arrangement but after talking to 3 florists they found one who could deliver exactly what I wanted and I appreciate the extra time and effort they made.

I found this place online (coincidentally since their hours don't work with my work) and placed an order for delivery. Took it on faith and it arrived the day scheduled around noon and looked really great. All the details were appreciated and I am very excited with my order and the whole process. I'd like to be able to visit some day soon because with the quality of the flower arrangement I ordered, I'm sure they have a lot of different but well curated options!

Most recently was an order for my Nannie’s 96th birthday. I received a call from her telling me how beautiful the flowers were and how pleasant the delivery person was. Negative experience: Definitely did not get what I paid for AT ALL. I am so embarrassed that a friend of such high-caliber received such tacky flowers. I contacted the florist immediately after receiving the picture of the floral delivery from my friend (see picture below). They said they would call me back and have not done so. The phone number listed on their site goes to an answering service and no way to contact the boutique directly. I am sorely disappointed and still embarrassed as to the flowers my dear friend received. When I talked to the representative on the phone I requested for the flowers to be arranged per their site advertisement and sent again. Not only did they NOT call me back, they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. I’d even be happy with a refund of half the amount I paid for the so-called deluxe arrangement (which I clearly did not get). So now I will have to file a dispute claim with my visa company since this florist did not deliver what they advertised. I rarely leave negative reviews so please listen to me if you are attempting to find a florist in the area to deliver beautiful and quality arrangements on your behalf. LOOK ELSEWHERE or end up throwing you money in the trash. They do not post the negative reviews so believe only half of what you read in the “reviews”. I gave them 2-stars because the delivery was within 4-hours of my placing an order online. See photos of what I ordered from their website and the flowers actually delivered. Poor representation and just meh.
