Negative experience: My husband picked up flowers for my wedding anniversary and upon receiving them I noticed how bruised and blown some of the roses and spray roses were. Petals immediately started falling off. The arrangement itself was nice but the quality of the flowers left something to be desired

Negative experience: Very disappointed. Had a conversation and told what I wanted. I was told that the Rose Medley came in a cube. I told him that is not what the website shows and I don’t like the cubes. told him I wanted the pink vase like the pick with the tall vase. He said “oh you’re right. Wow you are getting a great deal because that price is not changed to our Valentines. “ Then proceeded to say well I don’t have the pink available but do have a purple one I can use. I said ok. He never explained that the purple was back to the cube or I never would have ordered it as I don’t like them. So looking at the pics I am posted what I ordered is not what I got! Instead of being a colorful Valentines bouquet it looks like a sympathy arrangement for a funeral service. Where is the lavender and dark pink? I know bouquets can not be exactly like the picture but you should have had more color and if I didn’t want a cube vase and said so I shouldn’t have been given one. * UPDATE ONE-Creechs immediately reached out to me upon my review and were very apologetic and wanted to make things right. There must have been miscommunication and a mistake was made. I am very pleased with their concern and professionalism with the matter. I will be back again to review and if satisfied with the end result I will erasing this review in its entirety because I understand mistakes happen and know that by their previous reviews this does not happen often and does not need to leave a lasting impression on their business.

Negative experience: Placed an order for a birthday arrangement and what was delivered was NOTHING like what I ordered. I understand florists may not have the specific flowers on hand at the time of order, but they could easily have called and told me. Instead, a cheap version was sent. I would NOT RECOMMEND this florist.

Fantastic experience: Our family was graced with a gift from God my daughter is having a baby and announced that she was having a gender reveal party in Charleston SC where she resides. Being me I only wanted the best for my daughter and wanted it to be a beautiful occasion. Living in Connecticut it was beyond stress finding a florist that could put together pink/blue floral displays much to my surprise. After a two week search I contacted Creech's Florist. I was very point blank on what I wanted so I spoke directly to the floral designer (recommend it highly) discussed exactly what I wanted and I can say within a day he got back to me and had beautiful design suggestions which I totally went with. Being a professional dealing with people every day it was beyond a pleasure talking to the designer who was polite, respectful, under standing, an active listener, and most of all excelled at his title of designer. On delivery day the flowers were beautiful and as the many guests gazed upon the beautifully decorated venue the flowers were surely the highlight. I described what I thought I needed to Raleigh and he gave me some options of low arrangements - so there would be no obstructions across the table. Negative experience: Online service sucks!! Been using them for years and never experienced such bad service! I order 3 dozens of long stem roses to be picked up at 10am. When I got there they never received my order and I was charged for the order. My flowers was rushed and put together in front of me highly disappointed. My wife was satisfied with the flowers and it was suppose to b apart of her birthday gifts!!!!!!

Positive experience: Flower arrangement was very nice. Rated it three stars because of the arrangement. Some flowers died on the fourth day. The arrangement arrived in a clear glass vase, the water was murky and full of sediment at the bottom of the vase. We changed the water daily, including the day it arrived.

Flowers were honestly not very high on my priority list for our wedding, as we were trying to stay within budget and had to prioritize other things such as the venue and a band, but I loved my bouquet so much that I dried the flowers and greenery with silica gel afterwards and am planning on casting them in resin so I can appreciate them forever! Raleigh is also one of the kindest people I have ever met, and he was so easy to work with during the entire planning process. He worked within my budget and listened to what I was envisioning. The final result was beyond what I could have imagined, especially for the very reasonable price compared to some other florists in the area. I am beyond grateful that we found Creech's florist, and am thankful that we live in the area so that I can use them for future arrangements! Stop looking and book them! They will do a phenomenal job!!

Fantastic experience: Called Creech's last minute on a Thursday to get an arrangement for my girlfriend. She had a horrible day at work the day before and I needed the flowers arranged and delivered that same day. I called and spoke to the most friendly employee who helped me through the very quick process. All I asked for was that the arrangement please include daisies and the color purple. After paying an extremely reasonable price, the flowers were delivered to my girlfriend a couple of hours later at work. They are absolutely amazing and they look even better as I write this review 5 days later.

Fantastic experience: Sadly, I had to get flowers for my mom's funeral service. I wanted one on a stand from my husband and me to be fall colors since it was her favorite time of year, and it was stunning. Yellows and oranges beautifully arranged with sunflowers, yellow roses, white mums and greenery. The casket spray from the great grandchildren contained my mom's favorite colors; red and pink. There were pink, red and white carnations, red roses, white mums and huge pink Asian day lillies. Gorgeous! Thank you, Creech's florist. Well done.

Fantastic experience: I needed to send flowers to someone in Charleston, SC, so I looked for a local florist. Creech’s website stood out to me. I found a variety of beautiful options from which to choose. Ordering online via the website was straightforward and easy, and I was able to request next day delivery (jackpot!). The flowers were delivered the next day as requested. Most importantly, my friend shared a photo of the flowers that were delivered, and they were EXACTLY as displayed on the website! I really feel like I got what I paid for. I would definitely order from Creech’s again!

Fantastic experience: We have ordered from Creech’s several times to send flowers to our daughter in SC. NEVER had a bad experience, always beautiful, fresh flowers. Owner and staff are helpful, and very nice people. Recently sent a basket arrangement to our daughter who opened her own salon Indigo Blossom Salon. We wanted flowers to be as close to that color as possible, they made it happen. Beautiful blue and white flowers with side plants in a basket. Our daughter absolutely loved it, it was perfect!

Fantastic experience: This place is a landmark of excellence. I remember visits to Creechs with my grandmother dating back 50 years. She was a regular at the produce stand and florist. She passed this past week and Creechs delivered the most elegant Floral spray along with bonus plant sharing in our grief.
