Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Keepsakes Florist on James Island. Their flowers are always beautiful, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged, and they have such a great selection of potted plants. It’s one of my favorite places in Charleston to find unique gifts, candles, jewelry, pottery, housewares, specialty foods, and little things you don’t see everywhere else. I always end up finding something special (usually more than I planned ). Such a lovely local shop with a warm, welcoming feel. If you’re looking for a great florist and gift store in the Charleston area, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Keepsake was amazing!! I originally did not want floral for our wedding but am so happy I changed my mind. They worked with me to make sure I had exactly what I wanted (which was a lot more greenery than anything else). I wanted green, smaller, simple but still beautiful and bridal. Not only did they do our bridal bouquets and such they also helped make my center piece vision come true!! We sent small bud vases and they filled them with the pop of white and green needed to make everything come together. Seriously the best team- so sweet, so accommodating, so perfect!

Fantastic experience: The basket was a lovely arrangement however some of the flowers, not all, began to wilt. Reached out to Florist and spoke with Karen. She did a fabulous job of fixing me up another beautiful arrangement that turned out great. I have done business with this florist in the past and have not been disappointed with the quality of flowers. If so, let them know and they will make it right.

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed. On a service level, they did everything I didn't know I even wanted -- from the BloomSnap picture of the delivery before it went out to the updates all along the way. Then when I received a photo from the recipient (who was "blown away"), it looked EVEN BETTER. I had ordered cookies and chocolates to go along with the arrangement and they arrived beautifully wrapped together in an open box, complete with tissue and bows. PLUS the arrangement itself was just gorgeous and exactly what I expected based on the website pic. AND the price was totally fair. I will use this florist forevermore!

Positive experience: This was my first time using Keepsakes. I picked them because they weren't too far from my daughter on James Island. I liked the ease of ordering online and the arrangement and vase were almost identical to the online picture with just a few greens subbed out. I was impressed that they were delivered by 3p Monday when I ordered them at 9pm Sunday the night before! My daughter loved them, but she reported that the Gerber daisies didn't last very long at all. It was disappointing that they lasted just a few days. The roses and other flowers started to droop day 6 which I thought was acceptable.

Fantastic experience: I was given the name of Keepsakes Florist by our rehearsal dinner venue (Enclave Gallery at the Vendue) and so I made contact via their website. Elyn Rahman reached out to me and I could tell she immediately saw my vision, even though we were sitting 200 miles apart (I live in Greenville, SC). Per her advice, I did send her a few photos of what I had in mind, and she took it from there. She suggested adding votives to each table and she gave input on the chair color and tablecloth color that she thought would work best in the venue (and she was right!). I was very happy with communication and with the lovely tables. I did not have to worry about delivery (a very reasonable fee kept me from fretting about how to work picking things up and getting them arranged with the bride's schedule for the day. All I had to do was walk in, admire Keepsake Florist's tables, and chat with our guests. I would not hesitate to work with them whether you are local to Charleston or not.

They were very flexible when it came to meeting with me and my wedding planner (Younesse Events) to discuss the vision we had for florals and decor. They took our vision and went above and beyond. Karen even went out of her way to buy a disconnected arch that we wanted just for our ceremony! We had a large wedding (400 guests) with a 90 min ballroom flip from ceremony to reception, which is no easy task, but Karen and her team managed to repurpose our ceremony decor for our reception without an issue. You can truly see the passion that lies behind Karen's beautiful work. We genuinely enjoyed working with Keepsakes Florist and highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Planning a wedding from a distance is not an easy task. However the staff at Keepsakes Florist was amazing! The flowers were beautiful and they worked within my budget well! Karen and her amazing team designed my bouquet, centerpieces, and ceremony site all around my daughters' dresses and the Kaminski House located in Georgetown, South Carolina. It was as if the bouquets jumped right out of their dresses - the pictures say it all! She brought me my bouquet and I had to reapply my mascara - she knew exactly what I wanted even though I couldn't articulate it during our meeting. I was speechless and teary eyed. For my ceremony site, we discussed keeping the site as natural as possible with pops of colors. She decorated with hydrangea bushes at the altar that I now have planted in my yard. I still receive compliments from attendees about how beautiful the entire event was ...it truly was stunning.
