Fantastic experience: Yesterday, I ordered a same-day floral arrangement as a sympathy sentiment for family over 1000miles away. I went online and randomly selected this local to their area florist who offered same-day delivery. At the time of my order, it was a little past noon. I received a call back almost immediately stating that the delivery driver had already left for that location and they asked if the delivery could be made the next day. This wasn’t an issue for me, as it wasn’t an urgent matter. It was a gesture I wanted to make given that I was unable to travel for the memorial services. I think her name was Rita. She was so kind and had great customer service. They were kind enough to upgrade the floral arrangement. The death that we experienced in our family was sudden, so when my family receive the florals, they were pleasantly surprised with the quality of beautiful flowers the arrangement was made with. It made me feel so happy I chose them.

I mentioned that l had just gotten out of the hospital and wasn’t able to do a chocolate on chocolate cake which is one of her favorites. The florist got a slice of chocolate cake and put it in a gift bag which was a nice surprise for all of us. So nice to do business with. Will make this florist my go to florist!!!!!

Fantastic experience: May is not just the month housing Mother's Day, but also my mother's birthday. Unfortunately, my mom had an unexpected, unusual need to spend a week in the hospital. To brighten her day, since I am currently not in the states, I ordered a beautiful bouquet for her. I have never used this florist and I had no knowledge of their work. I chose them due to the reviews and the beautiful selections they had. Well, needless to say, my mom wasn't the only one to love them, when she awoke...the hospital staff continuously asked my Father, where did they come from. Negative experience: Ordering flowers from Texas for delivery in SC was very simple, the flowers were beautiful, and they were delivered on the requested day (a birthday). For a returning Seithel's Florist customer, that's all good and expected. Now the bad - the flowers this time did not hold up very well. One day after delivery, the hydrangeas were wilting and one of the roses was drooping. Attempts by the recipient to contact Seithel's Florist fell on deaf ears. That's unacceptable Thus, as the buyer, I feel compelled to post this review.

Fantastic experience: Y'all, this is the only Florist I'll ever use again. Naturally I was embarrassed to ask if they had any silk flowers, they didn't, but I needed one to make my note work. They straight up went out to Michael's and got one just so I could put it in an arrangement with a note that read, "I'll love you until the last flower dies." Now that is some next level customer service. And good lord did the arrangement itself exceed expectations by far! The delivery went perfect and I think I might have just saved a marriage. My God am I impressed, the wife was floored, and everyone in her office loves me now.
