Fantastic experience: Placed an order online, since Forever Flowers was the closest florist, and they delivered next day, with beautiful arrangements, and seamless service. Great florist, will definitely order from them again.

Fantastic experience: Forever Flowers popped up on a Google search of local flower shops, so I searched their page & found exactly what I wanted. However, instead of ordering online I called the shop, because I needed advice. They were so professional & took their time helping me. I was surprised on the day of the delivery when I was notified that the flowers were out for delivery. Then again, once the flowers had been delivered, with a photo of the arrangement. The recipient loved them. I am extremely impressed with their service from start to finish. They will be my go to flower shop, from here on out.

Fantastic experience: I had made a pretty last minute order over the busy Thanksgiving weekend while currently not living in Colorado anymore. I wasn't sure how things would go as it's been many years now since we last lived in Colorado, however the flowers were for a dear friend and the passing of her father. I made the order from this google page that linked to their actual store website and waited for updates on it to be delivered. The time difference is much later for us so I was anticipating news throughout the day. I received an update from Forever Flowers via email that it was delivered and true to that I received a message from our friend receiving the flowers with photos. I was very happy and content. The photo on the website is pretty true to the bouquet you will get in person (it may vary due to season or supply) but it was beautiful if not better. Later that evening, I received another email from Forever Flowers with photos attached of the arrangement and them thanking me for purchasing from them directly. I will most definitely be back in the future. If you are seeing my review and looking for flowers, order from their direct website or even better go in person if you can. Lovely shop and so nice to have the updates and photos as someone giving them its nice to see the end product for moments like mine where you don't get to see them. I am sharing the photos, one from my friend via text and the other from Forever Flowers via email.

Fantastic experience: We all know that sending flowers overseas is relatively expensive and a hit and miss affair (usually a miss in my experience), so we thought we'd try a local florist rather than the big internationals. How glad we were! Ordering and paying was simple. Communication from the florist was first rate. Told when the delivery was made including photos of the bouquet ordered. Incidentally these were almost identical to the photo in the website which was a very pleasant surprise. Will definitely use Forever Flowers for future Denver deliveries. We get our daughters vases from here for graduations and birthdays. Always a beautiful vase wrapped in pretty ribbons and the girls love it. Negative experience: This was the ABSOLUTE worst experience with a flower shop I've EVER had. I ordered at 7am, followed up at noon and they said they were busy with a wedding and would basically get to it when they could, telling me they were the number one rated flower shop here. This is NOT the way a "number one" flower shop does business. STAY AWAY from this place. Take your money to a business that will value you. Update: I just read your response. That is such a loose recall of events. You have been so rude with emails saying "I'm glad we don't deal with clients that we choose not to" and so on. SMH. You are a business owner. You should be honest and admit when a mistake is made or a bad day is had. I'm standing by my review 100%. You could have made such different choices here other than just canceling my order with no notice leaving me in a huge bind all because you "don't want to deal with" me telling you that as another business owner I know it's a lot cheaper to keep a customer than get a new one. Crazy. Stay away.

Fantastic experience: This was probably the best florist experience I've ever had! There was a problem with the delivery of flowers that I ordered. Despite it being the morning of Dec. 24, the owner called me, offered to send another arrangement & personally delivered it to my friend who recently was moved into an assisted living residence. The flowers themselves were lovely but the care that the owner extended to me was incredibly thoughtful. An act of kindness that I will not forget, and I hope others will reward this business, which is co-owned by mother & daughter.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a peace lily for my aunt after my uncle passed away. While it couldn’t be delivered the next day as planned, the owner personally called and emailed me to inform me of the delay, which I greatly appreciated. They also upgraded the plant to a premium size at no extra cost. Their professionalism, care, and excellent customer service really stood out.

Fantastic experience: I ordered from this shop a few years ago and had a problem with my order, but they went above and beyond to fix the issue. They went so above and beyond at that time that when I needed a flower delivery in their area this week I remembered how great they were at fixing my issue last time and gave them another shot. Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service. Ordered a boutonniere for prom to be picked up on a Friday. I had completely forgotten to pick up this item and 15 minutes before they closed, I got a call from Susy reminding me about the order. Since I was 45 minutes away, there was no way for me to get there on time and they are not open on Saturdays so I thought all was lost. But Susy said "no problem, where do you live?" and delivered the boutonniere to my house! This was a 100% my fault and she leapt into action and saved me. And of course the boutonniere was perfect as well. Forever Flowers will be my first choice any time I need flowers.

Negative experience: Came to get some flowers for my mom's birthday, but whoever was working in the shop looked at me, locked the door, and refused to let me into the store. I called the number on the door to try to see why I wasn't allowed to purchase flowers, but there was no answer. Complete waste of my time.

Fantastic experience: I walked in looking to buy a small bouquet as a little surprise for my girlfriend, who was having a rough day. I didn't realize there wouldn't be any premade bouquets, but it turned out not to matter - I spoke with the woman who worked there about my budget, and she told me she could have it done in 5-10 minutes. I ran a quick errand and came back just as she finished it. It was absolutely beautiful - she had chosen the most lovely cheerful colors, and I honestly couldn't believe the quality for the price that I paid. Fantastic experience: I recently purchased an arrangement from this shop for the first time. I called in the order, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. The person who answered the phone was beyond friendly, and the order took 5 minutes to put in. The arrangement was somehow put together in 2-3 hours, and it was delivered soon after that. They even sent an email update once the flowers were delivered. WITH PHOTOS! I love that! So many times I’ve sent flowers to friends, they tell me they were beautiful, but I have no idea what they actually received (and I don’t want to ask them to send me photos. Sounds tacky to me). I will definitely be using this place for future floral arrangements. This was such an easy and fulfilling experience.

The weather was very cold on the delivery day, and a staff member called to make sure my friend would be home, so that the plant wouldn't be left outside to freeze. I placed the order on Christmas eve morning, with delivery set for the following Monday. How surprised and delighted I was to recieve a call shortly thereafter, saying they could get it delivered that SAME day on Christmas eve!! The arrangement was so pretty, and my friends loved it!
