I called Amore Fiori talked with designer Tyler and customer service Sandra! They were terrific. We emailed back and forth and I showed what i had in mind. Their design exceeded my expectations! She was very nice and took my order quickly. My wife received her flowers at her office within only a couple hours. She says they are beautiful. So I'm highly satisfied! - 2024 Now it's 2025 and I got the same great service. My order went faster this time because they had all my data in their computer and knew who I was based on my calling phone number. My wife got her flowers at the office in about an hour and a half. All her co-workers are very impressed. Again, highly satisfied! This time the kids and I used Amore Fiori for Mother's day. Great choice of flowers, now wait when I called, they had all my information and knew where to deliver them, and were very nice over the phone. I can't recommend them enough!

Negative experience: I liked this place but the bkuqutes are not the same anymore. Attached a photo of a Valentine’s bouquet Romeo e Giulietta which is 325 $. I don't see where this is 325 worth. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: I unfortunately have to make an edit to the 5 star review I left a year ago... our one year wedding anniversary was 2 days ago and we had just gotten back from our honeymoon so my husband placed a last minute order just to try and surprise me. he placed an order for just a dozen roses the lady he spoke to did not disclose how much the specific package SHE choose for my husband he just asked for a dozen roses and did not inform him on delivery costs. he also realizes he did not ask but w us previously ordering for normal occasions as well as them being the florist at our wedding last year he didn't really even think too. the flowers show up they are beautiful but the bouquet was heavily gappy and very spacey like they didn't have enough flowers or greenery to fill it out. later in the evening my husband sees that they charged us 168$!!!! he did not okay a charge for that much when he was ordering a single dozen of roses nor did it even remoately look 168 worth there was no other flowers just the roses and the greenery. he called them the next day to see what was going on. they basically said that package for one dozen roses is 130 and the delivery is 30 (which we were almost out of range of apparently when were exactly 15 mins from them and they've delivered to my work which is even further.) they said they would refund the full amount and someone would come pick up the flowers there was no compromise on making another lesser bouquet my husband even asked if that was an optio n. not really apologizing for that amount being charged w out letting him even know. they came and got the flowers and they DID NOT REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT AS PROMISED. I was thrilled w my wedding services from them but I will not be ordering from them now again after this. this truely just ruined the experience from their company and clearly loyalty doesn't matter to this business only money and that's sad considering people use your type of service for both happy and sad gestures. I did delete my review from last year bc it doesn't seem right to keep it in when exactly one year to date this was our experience here

When i called Amore to see if they would still deliver same day they were happy to make an accommodation. In my haste to get the order in I transposed the delivery address incorrectly and the driver couldn't find the building.
