Negative experience: I ordered a potted plant for Mothers day 2025. The plant was delivered dry and wilted. Bonnie Brae offered to replace the plant upon delivery the driver was argumentative and demanded the original plant. The replacement plant was just as dry as the original, and the driver was absolutely the most unprofessional. I will never order from this floral shop again.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers this morning at like 8am and it is now 1pm and they were already delivered along with my custom message! They look beautiful and so easy to order, I did it all online. I’m married to this florist now.

Negative experience: I would not place an order here. They took my wedding order over the phone. I live 500 miles from this florist. The woman who took this order did not record the date, my name, the correct order, the fact that I paid, or even that I am the bride. The owner reached out. So sorry she said. But she asked me to pay her again! And offered me nothing to compensate me for the hour on the phone, the headache, the frustration and the disappointment. This is my wedding! The owner confirmed that they routinely ask that arrangements are paid in advance. Yet she insisted because the order was not marked paid, I should pay once more. Brides come with stress to any vendor. But the market is lucrative. Bonnie Brae does not understand service or that the burden is on the vendor to make the bride’s experience feel seamless. Contrast this experience with my cake maker- Michelle at Gateaux bakery on Speer - night and day- one like butter cream and the other like tea rose thorns.

Fantastic experience: We love flowers!!! Bonnie brae flowers have a big selection on wonderful and beautiful fresh flowers available at all times. The staff is very friendly as well, and willing to help with questions in regards to a special arrangement, or event. Prices are very good too!

Negative experience: My husband buy flowers from this place for so many years, and it was beautiful flowers and great service, but now it’s unbearable they put broken stems and it’s not one time. We will not going any more n this place and not recommended. Poor service for high price!!!!!!!

We didn't know anything about Bonnie Brae but chose it from the website and the long history it had in Denver. We were blown away by the amazing three bouquets they made us. They really listened to what we wanted and the ideas we had, and they were so patient and nice, too. Denver area is lucky to have this gem for a florist. The owner Jim helped me select a gorgeous patio plant and walked me through the care, which is pretty straightforward, but I never knew that plants thrive more with plant food. They are unusual in that they really do care. My husband sent flowers to Our daughter on valentines day, and unfortunately someone took them (stole) outside her apartment door. Needless to say she never received the initial flower delivery. I called Bonnie Brae just to inform them, and they offered to replace and deliver the same order --ON VALENTINES DAY no less!.Their busiest day of the year. Negative experience: The rose arrangement my husband bought from Bonnie Brae yesterday for Valentine’s Day was absolutely disgraceful! The roses were blown… some leaves actually yellow… water cloudy … questionable arrangements in the past but this was beyond belief… my poor husband felt so badly… blamed himself for not noticing how garbage the bouquet was …. At least 2 weeks old … that arrangement should never never been sold. I keep telling him to stick to King Soopers … perfect example…. Fresh …quality … not overpriced for a name that used to mean something.

I have always had perfect experiences here. I have never been disappointed. The flowers are exceptional. Bonnie Brae Flowers is my go to florist when I need flowers or plants to be delivered or pick up when I'm there. They are always courteous, friendly and professional. I've only had one issue over the years and they stepped right up and took care of it, great customer service!

Negative experience: Bought a $50 bouquet yesterday, Saturday, for today, which is Mother’s Day. This morning half the flowers had fallen apart and it’s mostly sticks. Would’ve been better off with the $10 bouquet from Costco or the grocery store. Zero quality.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service! and a rip off. I get times are hard but ridiculous amount to charge for Helium. Very very disappointed on how they handled this situation. I purchased flowers to be delivered and wanted a specific Balloon choice which they didn't have. Totally understandable and asked the kind lady when ordering if I brought my own balloons can they add them. She said absolutely. I asked how much to inflate and or should I have them inflated. She said it doesn't matter. You can bring them inflated or not. We will not charge you to inflate them. Bonnie Brae charges $5.50 if you order their Mylar balloons to a floral order. In case anyone didn't know, if you purchase balloons from Party City they do not charge to inflate them. I get to the floral shop this morning to drop off the balloons and Cindy says, we have to charge you to inflate the balloons. I have a total of 6 balloons (1 - 34", 1 - 28", 4 - 17") I said okay how much per balloon, she said $ 5 per balloon. I am upset now because I had asked the day before and was told something different. I would have purchased the balloons inflated. I feel a couple of things right now could have been done differently. If the previous gal did not know about the cost for using the helium than it surely was passed to the new gal who was charging me. They open up at 8:30 am and I didn’t arrive until 9:30 AM so someone should have called me prior. That way the customer is informed BEFORE they get there. So it is their choice if they want to stop and have them inflated before they arrive or purchase their own helium tank for $40 and fill them up themselves or just pay the amount for Bonnie Brae to inflate them. I was charged originally $54.41 to inflate 6 balloons, Seriously, this is almost more than what I purchased the flowers for and definitely more than what I purchased the balloons for. I did call her back and asked why she charged me $50 because it should have been only $30 for 6 balloons at $5 per balloon. She then said well there were 2 larger balloons and they charge double for those. They did overcharge me and I was given $14 back so looks like the total for the helium in 6 balloons were $40.41. So my flowers I purchased to have delivered costs me. $82.95 flowers and delivery $40.41 for Helium $34.00 for Balloons $157.36 total The flower arrangement was mediocre. Nothing extravagant and some of the flowers looked wilted :( sad, very sad

I gave them my vision and lid for delivery later. When the flowers arrived later that day to the person they were intended for my expectations were more than exceed. Negative experience: So disappointed with their service!!!! I ordered a dozen of classic roses on my 1st anniversary and this is what they gave me. Seemed like they forgot about my order, and then when I received them, the flowers were withered, the leaves were holed, and the arrangement looked disgusting!! Looks like these were old, and obviously they don’t even know how to arrange flowers! My wife was so upset about it. Don’t buy from here!!!

Fantastic experience: These flowers run a little bit on the expensive side, but they do a beautiful job here. If you are looking to get something really nice and custom I'd recommend going here, but if you're looking to stay on a tight budget, this might not be the best place.

Fortunately it was a good choice. I had seen a picture of the bouquet that I liked and connected with Andre. I sent him the picture, we discussed a few things and he sent a picture of it when it was ready to be delivered. It was STUNNING to say the least. I ask him for a statement piece and that’s what he delivered. My niece immediately texted me the picture of it on her new dining room table. I swear it could be an advertisement for them.
