Negative experience: Sent an arrangement to a dear family friend for a milestone birthday. She was so sweet to send thanks & a picture, but I was mortified by the tired-looking blooms and the flimsy, printer-paper card. Next time I need a gift for someone who has been incredibly generous with my family, I’ll go to the trouble of hauling 3 kids to the floral section at Whole Foods so I’m sure that the recipient will get what I paid for. Never again.

Negative experience: Got there when they were supposed to be open, 10:01, parking lot looked like a ghost town, store closed. Hours on the door said open at 9, Google said 10. I waited till 10:12 and left. Yes, I went to the door, locked, knocked, double checked. No sign saying be back soon. I'll never go again, plenty of other stores. I was out of time and had flowers delivered by another shop.

Negative experience: I chose a $75 florist choice bouquet hoping that giving them choice would allow for a bigger bouquet. Most florist make absolutely beautiful bouquet when i give them choice so i had high hopes as the reviews were high for this florist. Unfortunately This was the ugliest bouquet I've seen in my life, it was all filler flowers 3 roses and a random hydrangea in the front with a hodge podge of colors. When I saw the bouquet I was instantly embarrassed I had sent it. The owner texted me to make it right, which I appreciate but it doesn't take away my sheer embarrassment of sending something so cheap looking. There are much better florist out there don't settle for this robbery. Update: After seeing the bouquet in person and speaking to the recipient it is clear that this bouquet did not tip durring delivery, in fact the opposite, the delivery driver used exceptional care and text the recipient every 30 min. The flower was not wet or tipped upon arrival, the bouquet was just ugly. The recipient appreciated the gesture but agreed it was an ugly bouquet. Beware of owners who make excuses!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Wish I could give less than 1 star. Sent flowers to a friend in the hospital. I paid for the highest upgrade and the smallest was sent. I sent side by side photos, the couldn't see them due to a system error. Never again!
