Positive experience: The Flowers were beautiful. My only complaint is they supposed to have been hand delivered. Instead, they were left with the Concierge who did not notify me that flowers were left at the desk. Fortunately, the flowers were put in the fridge. Found out after calling the store that they were delivered at 12:30p and I received them at 2:30p.

Fantastic experience: Experience was top tier. Placed my order over the phone, they helped me come up with some ideas. Having purchased flowers for years, the online images and the actual result hardly ever line up. And I will say this didn't either. The pictures didn't do the actual flowers just. Larger, more beautiful that I could have imagined. Definitely a show stopper.

Negative experience: Okay so i ordered a funeral spray from Telflora and they typically find local florist. I want you all to know i am extremely disappointed by the service provided from this florist. For one i ordered a spray that was supposed to be as close possible as the image on the left and what i Got was a very cheaply done work around. I also asked several times if the florist could deliver images prior to delivering, neither of which happened. The worst part is there are no do overs for funerals, so small details like this matter a whole lot. I have never been more offended by a business handling things with less tact and care before. Glitter glue words to offer sympathy is not only tacky as hell but it’s tone deaf. I’m so sorry to the family who received this spray. It’s beyond me that something like this would be over looked.

I originally placed an order for a close friend who was hospitalized at Emory Winship, only to learn later that flowers aren’t allowed due to it being a cancer hospital. When I called, they were incredibly kind and understanding and allowed me to hold the order as a credit while I figured out next steps. Not long after, another dear friend unexpectedly became ill and was hospitalized at Emory Decatur. I decided to use the original order for her instead. Unfortunately, she was discharged early before the delivery could be made. When I called Flowers Cottage on Main to explain, they didn’t hesitate to help. Even after learning my friend lived all the way in Locust Grove, they took the time and distance out of their day to personally deliver the flowers to her home. That level of care and effort truly amazed me. My friend absolutely loved the flowers, and the arrangement was stunning. Every single person I’ve worked with at Flowers Cottage on Main has gone above and beyond with kindness, flexibility, and professionalism. This is the kind of business that genuinely cares about people, not just orders. I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know.

Positive experience: Customer service was great when addressing a payment issue and they were able to get my order out quickly. However, the bouquet looked NOTHING like what I ordered. I understand that substitutions need to be made due to availability and color variances, but the colorway was much brighter than the neutral, subtle colors on website image. The flowers were pretty, just not what I ordered.

Negative experience: My friend ordered me flowers for my birthday. It came with 9 completely dead roses, when I called about a replacement I was basically told that it was nothing they can do since it was ordered thru door dash & that if I was to place a order with them again they would make this one beautiful. So sad they didn’t care to put any effort into the flowers simply because they were ordered on door dash.

Positive experience: Your website was easy to navigate and there was a beautiful array of options. Prices were reasonable too. I completed my order and scheduled it for delivery. The only thing missing to make this a 5-star review is a picture of my final order with delivery and time confirmation…similar to what Amazon does. My recipient sent me a thank you text a day later, but I would have loved to see it and know when it was delivered instead of wondering the whole time. Unfortunately no pictures to add. I upgraded to the largest option of the arrangement, so seeing it would make me feel good about my choice. Your recipient is going to be thankful, however I wanted to see if it did what I wanted it to do and have the “wow factor”.

Robin was able to assemble and deliver the arrangement the same day. The arrangement itself was incredibly sweet and well done. Fantastic experience: Beautiful Flowers. I live in SC and my wife was in Atlanta for our anniversary. We celebrated the weekend before, so I wasn’t planning on doing anything on the day of. Last minute I decided to send her some flowers. I called The Flower Cottage around 1pm to ask if it was too late for a same day delivery. I was told that they could do that. She told me about the already made flowers that were in the cooler, and then asked what my wife liked. I told her that she loved fall colors and wouldn’t be happy with the carnations arrangement that were available in from the cooler. A fresh arrangement was made and delivered by 3:30pm, and my wife loved them. The delivery driver even sang to my wife when she answered the door. I couldn’t be happier with the service from The Flower Cottage.

Fantastic experience: They were very courteous and their flowers were exceptional. It’s a very good place to go and get your flowers. I’m from Chicago and now I have a place in Atlanta, Georgia actually Eastpointe, Georgia but excellent flowers that I can send my lady.

Negative experience: Very disappointed in this order. I placed it directly online with Flower Cottage, and chose the Hello Autumn Bouquet and upgraded it to “Deluxe” for a total cost of $89. What was delivered was totally different from the picture. I emailed the shop and expressed my disappointment and was asked to call them. I called and spoke with Robin, who informed me that it was a Teleflora order and that they didn’t have to be exact - just as close as they could get. (Interestingly enough when I contacted Teleflora they told me this was ordered directly through their shop and Flower Cottage was a Teleflora contractor, but Teleflora had nothing to do with this order as ao ordered directly with the shop. Had it been a teleflora order, Teleflora would have reimbursed me.) So, Robin admitted they didn’t have the type of roses pictured, but when I told her they didn’t have any of the flowers pictured except for the one sunflower, she then told me that the picture my friend took “didn’t do the bouquet justice.” She still didn’t seem to understand the bouquet they sent out had no appearance of “autumn.” Robin offered to send out another bouquet, but since they didn’t have the autumn flowers I wanted , what point would that make? She then offered to give me a discount on a future order , but only if I called back and spoke directly to her and on a day she was working. (?) If she was willing to give me either a whole new bouquet or a discount, why she could not give me compensation back on my credit card? . Further, since I placed the order directly with Flower Cottage, if they could not make the order as pictured due to lack of flowers, why did they not call me and ask me what I wanted - rather than just put together anything and send it out? I’ m extremely disappointed in their customer service and not satisfied with their resolution at all.

Positive experience: These are the flowers my mother received for her birthday. The flowers are as beautiful in real life as they were on the online pictures. Flower Cottage on Main did an OUTSTANDING job. So, why did I only give them 4 stars? Because they delivered these gorgeous flowers a week early. The good news is the flowers lasted until her birthday 7 days later.

I own a florist in Dayton, Ohio and have used Flower Cottage on Main multiple times to help some of our local customers get arrangements delivered in Atlanta. One of our customers only wants her orders delivered by them because they are so beautiful. On our last order we ran into a few snags on the delivery since it was going to a gated community and the phone number we had for the recipient was old. They were very communicative and helpful the entire time as we worked through finding a solution to get the arrangement delivered. That level of professionalism and dedication to doing things the right way is something we greatly appreciate!

Negative experience: I have been to this place a few of times seeing as to how it is relatively close to my house it is, I have a flower allowance for the month so I have many fresh bouquets of flowers around the house. I said that to say the flowers come on day one very beautiful, by day two they turn brown by day three withering continues and by day four they are not good at all. I’ve had flowers from supermarkets with better longevity than this. For the price and the quality I do not recommend, my husband also said the same thing about flowers he got his mother from here also.
