Negative experience: I recently contacted this business with the intention of placing a substantial floral order, totaling approximately $3,000. Prior to committing, I reviewed their website, which prominently showcases elaborate arrangements such as the Cassia, Myrtle, Daphne, and Belladonna. These displays create the clear impression that such designs are readily available or, at the very least, reasonably attainable within a standard timeframe. However, upon calling to inquire about several of these arrangements, I was informed—rather abruptly—that they would require “weeks” to produce. While I fully understand that intricate floral compositions require planning and care, the tone and manner in which this information was conveyed were disappointingly dismissive. Rather than engaging in a constructive discussion about possibilities, alternatives, or scheduling, the representative simply stated that they were unable to accommodate the order. For a business that advertises high-end, bespoke arrangements, one would expect a corresponding level of professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to work with a prospective client—particularly one prepared to place a significant order. Instead, the interaction left the distinct impression that my inquiry was more of an inconvenience than a valued opportunity. Perhaps the shop is simply overwhelmed with demand. If so, that success is commendable. Unfortunately, it also appears that they have little interest in welcoming new business. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience ordering a bouquet for pickup at the shop. It is absolutely gorgeous and looks even better a few days later. Everyone was super friendly when I walked in, and they gave me a holder to keep the bouquet upright in my car. I ordered it for a party and got so many compliments and people wondering where I ordered from! I didn’t list any specific preferences other than choosing “vibrant” on the order form, so I’m thrilled with how it turned out.

Fantastic experience: French market flower shop is the go to shop when you’re thinking about ordering flowers! Matt is so wonderful and kind and creative, it was so great meeting and talking to him. I’m not very creative, but I just stopped into the shop to tell him about our upcoming baby shower and what we were hoping for - whimsical fun, colorful and elegant. He and the team took that ran with it and absolutely crushed it! Not only that the flowers were so fresh they lasted for three weeks after the event so we just got to enjoy our house covered in beautiful flowers. I stopped into French Market Flowers and they helped me pick out some stems that would look beautiful on my cake and packed them up to last until Saturday. Fantastic experience: Once upon a time I received flowers from either my daughter or her friends and they were the prettiest I’d ever seen. I decided to send my daughter flowers today. My daughter said they look like a British garden and they should have a picnic basket with a good book and a bottle of wine next to them! Does that not say at all!

Negative experience: I wanted to buy some flowers for my sister-in-law just because. I looked up online and found this flower shop. When I walked in, there were no flowers and I was informed that they had no flowers for sale. If you don't have flowers for sale, please put a sign in the store so no one will walk in

Fantastic experience: Walked in at 4pm today to buy a bouquet of flowers for my fiancée. Barely 10 min later, I had this beautiful custom-made bouquet in hand that fitted perfectly what I was looking for. Excellent service and reasonably priced. Merci, FMF!

Fantastic experience: These flowers are already 4 days old. My husband knows how much I love this flower shop. It’s right next door to other businesses I frequent in the Glenwood Park neighborhood of Atlanta. I was happy to see that they survived Covid! We’ve bought many gifts and flowers for friends the entire time they’ve been in business. Our 25th anniversary couldn’t have been nicer when I arrived home to see this exquisite arrangement. I’ve followed the instructions included about trimming and replacing the water with a fresh drink daily. I’m so glad they’re here! The old saying really rings true here: You get what you pay for! ❤️

I had never ordered from this shop before, but wanted to support a local business and I'm so glad I did. I got a Meadow Wrap bouquet and it was gorgeous. My friend keeps texting me saying how stunning the flowers are and how much she loves them. They were beautiful upon delivery but especially days later when the flowers really bloomed. She received a bunch of other flowers from bigger companies, but says she can't get over the bouquet from French Market Flowers. I am sure it was a combination of the low complexity of the order & the location of the delivery but I can't believe the turnaround time. My friend loved the bouquet, it was beautiful & timeless. They’re my go to flower shop in the city, and have made me beautiful arrangements for not only my mother, but for friends in the hospital on short notice. French Market flowers delivered all the way to Cumming, GA to her room in an assisted living facility so that she would be "surrounded by beauty" in her last hours. My niece just had a baby boy and we wanted to celebrate with a special floral arrangement created by a local florist. We found French Market Flowers on the web, and couldn't have been happier. I picked a pretty wild flower bouquet that was fun, playful and full of joy. It was unique and original. The family loved the arrangements and said it expressed their happiness. Negative experience: Google Reviews is refusing to let me upload pictures even though they’re just flowers. Delivery was on time which I am impressed with, flower selection was fine as it is expected that they will pick the most suitable flowers that were in season and in line with the colour palette selected, but I am unhappy with the arrangement especially when compared with the sample photo. Flowers are not cheap for me and I wanted to surprise my love with a beautiful box which your sample photo looked amazing. What arrived instead was a messy arrangement with flowers sticking out in awkward places, and the paper arrangement around the box looks like a dog went through it. The roses and filler flowers were already brown and wilted at the outer petals and coming off. I understand that it is peak period with Valentine’s Day and that flowers are not perfect but it is still hard to excuse brown, peeling, torn flowers and messy arrangements. I wanted to like it and support a sustainable local business and was considering going with your shop regularly if the first order went well, but unfortunately I am not sure now with how it has upset my Valentine’s Day which I was excited about.

Positive experience: I’ve ordered over 48 hours ago on 10/30 with a confirmation email in regards to a delivery of french box flowers for delivery on my 14th year anniversary. I’ve called. DM’d. and emailed and unfortunately received no information in regards to my requested delivery. And now had to ASK if something was delivered ruining a bit of a hopeful surprise. I live less than ONE MILE AWAY from French Market Flowers. So. Not. Happy. about having a paid confirmed online order NOT delivered on the date requested and NO information given as to why. I would seek other florists for your important dates. 14yr anniversary didn’t go down in the history books as a winner based on lack of communication from French Market Flowers. UPDATED EDIT: Changed from 1 stars to 3 stars I was emailed after several attempts of contact by Matt. Unfortunately, I spilled the beans as the “drivers” latest drop off was 715 to pour home. I highly recommend a bit of communication either automated or manual to let customers know that the orders are in fact going to be delivered later in the day. For a period of about 1.5 hours I was in the dark and finally felt like I needed to ask if the flowers had been delivered to my wife. They weren’t at that point. Which was disheartening. The arrangement is absolutely STUNNING which lessened the blow of the stressful moment to try and make 14 years memorable.

Negative experience: After calling your shop today around 9:30 AM and specifically saying, “I would like to order flowers for delivery today”, I was directed to the website to order rather than being assisted via phone. Although I felt that was a tad off putting, I immediately did so at 9:45 AM. I noted on the order it was for my husband’s 50th birthday today. The order was never delivered. I chose your shop due to proximity to my house which is a six minute drive away. I am out of town and wanted to surprise my husband on his birthday. I am very upset! Update: After sending the above email last night, I called the shop this morning and was told for some reason my order hadn’t made it to their delivery list and the person with whom I spoke apologized and immediately refunded my money. However, I can’t help feel that if my order would have been taken over the phone when I called, my husband would have received his birthday surprise. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend.

I wish I was there to see it in person instead of a picture, but I was told the flowers are beautiful and smell incredible. Negative experience: First and last time ordering from this shop—victim of a $200 bait and switch. I called the shop on January 21 to ask how I could purchase an arrangement identical to the one shown on the website. The man who answered the phone told me that I should order the custom vase arrangement and specify the flowers for the arrangement. I bought a $150 bouquet ($200 after taxes and delivery fees) and left notes as instructed. My girlfriend received the flowers on the left yesterday, which look like they were taken from the side of the road. Beyond disappointed, as I wanted to support a local shop, but I could have bought a dozen roses from 1800 flowers for half the price and gotten something closer to what I’d asked for.

Negative experience: I placed an order online today for a fresh floral bouquet to be delivered at a later date. My friend texted me this afternoon that she had received an orchid. What I ordered was not delivered and it was not the correct date either. I called the shop and they offered to send a new bouquet which was nice of them. If you are going to order I'd suggest calling in rather than ordering online.

Fantastic experience: My first time ordering flowers through them. I was looking for an arrangement that was unique and got just that. When she sent me pictures of the flowers, I was a little upset because some of them looked wilted. My sister loved her flowers and said that she thought that’s how they were supposed to look. I’m used to my flowers looking a little wilted when I order from Sams or FTD and know that I have to take off the wilted petals, take some of the leaves off and cut them at a slant before placing them in a vase. I just thought her flowers would have that already taken care of coming from a floral shop. In the end she loved them and that’s what matters. Thank you
