I recently needed to send beautiful flowers to a funeral two days after the person passed. JillTed Florist exceeded my expectations by delivering the flowers the next day. They contacted me to inform me of the delivery and the flowers were gorgeous. Despite a sample showing gladiolas, they substituted with orchids, which were even more beautiful and no extra fee. Their price was much less than anticipated. I wish I lived near them to use them as my go-to florist. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had a previous review stating how much I loved this florist. My only problem was calling a phone number and getting a national call center in NY. Within minutes of my review I received a local call explaining that they have no affiliation with the company that I called. I called and the customer service was amazing. They corrected it, no questions asked, and delivered a second corrected arrangement in less than 2 hours! Pretty sure they'll be my last as well. They're exceptional in my opinion. I always get a Kensington Garden (or similar) and each time it was immaculate. Beautiful, full. The same girl has been working there everytime. I forget her name but she's the best. She always does my flowers. Anyway, for those reading this...you'd be wise to choose them.

Negative experience: I"m in California and called at 3:30pm PST today to order flowers for delivery. It was for my friend's 105th birthday, and I told the woman who answered that. She said they don't make deliveries after noon, and would not make an exception. This was very disappointing. I won't be using this florist. Ever.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers from here around Mother’s Day this year. My mom is ill (terminal) an loves flowers so I try to Have some in the house as it makes her smile. The flowers from JillTed were so Beautiful an amazing. Mom told me everyday how she had beautiful flowers to look at an that when the nurses come by how they talked about them . Negative experience: I'm not Happy at all with this Florist. I thought everything was going to be perfect because of the arrangements that are shown on the website and the fact that I paid $75.00. And another $15.00 for delivery the total was jover $90.00. I had them delivered to my mother's work for her Birthday, she sent me a picture and I literally cried. It was12 Rose's , 3 Broke down sunflowers and the most hideous filler greens. The Gentleman that took the order assured me the flower arrangement would be full and beautiful. I'm sadly disappointed... Worst florist ever and very overpriced. They should be ashamed of themselves. I wish I could post the picture my mother sent me with this Review.

Ted never ceases to impress me with his arrangements and my wife thinks I’m a wizard for always picking such diverse bouquets.
