Fantastic experience: My husband has ordered my arrangements for all occasions has them delivered to my job.I get so many compliments and the arrangements last for at least 2-3 weeks..I highly recommend Flowerama!!

Fantastic experience: I've been using this wonderful shop for years. We ordered flowers from another place because we needed them delivered to a funeral home that's 2 hours away from us. We were notified on a Sunday night, the night before the service, that this other place wouldn't be able to fulfill the order. We put in an order online with Flowerama. They called the next morning to tell us they were working on it, and they did such a wonderful job! The flowers were beautiful, and they're always very nice there. We only didn't go to them first because we didn't want to drive the flowers all the way to where we had to go, but obviously, they're the best way to go! Thank you so much for being there in our time of need!!!

Fantastic experience: This is absolutely my go-to spot for flowers and bouquets! I cannot recommend them enough. They do an excellent job every single time, and the quality is unmatched, the flowers are always fresh and last for such a long time compared to other places. The florists here are incredibly creative and always put together stunning arrangements. If you need a beautiful gift that lasts, this is the place to go.

Positive experience: Everyone here is usually very helpful . Last visit I attempted to buy two arrangement of flowers and asked for the employees to combine them together due to shortage of flowers, they refused to help at all and said the manager prevented them from doing such a thing. Not happy with the customer service.

Fantastic experience: Went here to get a wristlet corsage for my daughter’s Homecoming Dance at Largo High School. I was able to pick out the exact flowers to match my daughter’s dress and then pick it up the next day. It was amazing and fit her wrist perfectly! The flowers were so fresh and they have tons of colors. The two girls working were so nice. Definitely recommend this shop for flowers.

Negative experience: I called with a wedding day emergency, needing 18 stems of white hydrangea. They said they had 12 white and 6 blue. I told them I would make that work, I would be there at 1p and profusely thanked Lynn. I had been in literal tears. I got there at 1p to pick them up and they only had 15. The tall dark headed big woman (not Lynn) told me "sorry, we had to use them for another arrangement. We don't normally sell ALL of our flowers we need for arrangements." THEN,. guess what, DON'T TELL ME YOU HAVE THEM FOR ME!!!! Then she piped up that I hadn't paid for them. I told her I would have happily paid for them IF I HAD BEEN ASKED!!! I well never go there again. Don't tell me you're going to do something and then not do it. UNACCEPTABLE

Fantastic experience: First time at a flower shop and I had no clue about flowers. I just knew what aesthetic what I wanted lol. I had a photo of this beautiful all purple very goth bouquet but was told those were “Tik-tok” flowers and I was lost after that. The florist showed me all the purple flowers she had and took her time showing me what she thought would be best and I was nervous because again this was my first time so I struggled seeing the vision but I trusted the process and it was worth it. It turned out beautiful m.

Fantastic experience: Gr8 selection... super staff to help

Negative experience: The flowers received look nothing like the basket ordered. The “substitution” was not at all similar in quality, and relied most on daisies to fill the basket. The quality difference is so significant that I feel scammed. I also ordered the deluxe version. I would love a refund.

Fantastic experience: Very nice bouquet for Christmas! Many of the roses I've received never open and just droop and die as a bud. These roses opened nicely and lasted almost a week. It's over a week later and the other flowers are still quite alive. It's not easy to find reliable florists in this area. First photo with sniffy dog was taken when they arrived, the other 2 pics (displayed with my Santa doll) are a few days later as roses opened.

Fantastic experience: Real nice bouquets for Mother's day. Was able to go in on Mother's day & get a real nice arrangement, at a reasonable price. It was well received that day. Go to place if you need something really nice.

Positive experience: The flowers are lovely, healthy and well arranged, and delivered on time with a photo confirmation (thank you!). However, the vase was not as pictured (clear to go with peach and pink flowers) but instead a garish red that clashes and just about ruins the whole arrangement :(

Fantastic experience: My last-minute decision turned into a phenomenal experience to surprise my Mom on her 80th birthday!!! The tropical bouquet was a HIT!!! Michelle's patience and attention to detail were priceless. My mother thoroughly was heartwarmed, particularly because birds of paradise are one of her favourites flowers . The creative arrangement was very attractive and a welcomed change to the typical roses. I'm so pleased & thankful that I was intuitively led to select your flower shop. The word will definitely be spread & it be a pleasure to patronize again in the future!

I met Eryn, their lead designer and she worked with me to come up with 3 designs for my Mother's birthday party. She mentioned to me that she has been a designer for 8 years and assured me they would be gorgeous. The arrangements were a hit! The life of the party! Thank you Eryn! Negative experience: I just celebrated my 65th birthday on the 19th. My daughter and mother came to celebrate with me from Ohio. They ordered flowers to be delivered on my birthday. They were never delivered. My daughter is struggling to get her money back and as of now they wont refund her money or delivery a bouquet i might get agaIn. This company doesnt even deserve one star but yoi have to push that to do a review. They called and left a voicemail if i got the flowers if not call back at a number they left which hung up. So i could not find a number to get ahold of anyone. My next post is to the BBB

Negative experience: ROTTEN ROSES Purchased 3 roses on 2-13-25. Pedals falling off before I arrived home. Bottom of roses rotten. Yes they were busy and I should have seen it but the clerk should not have sold them.Returned on 2-14-25. No receipt. Again very busy. Clerk took her time and looked up transaction and issued a refund to debit card. Checked bank statement and there was the refund. Checked again on the 15th. Refund disappeared and charge still there. Giveth and taketh away. Not very nice. Now disputing transaction with bank.

Fantastic experience: I placed the order on the internet from another state and the delivery person left me a voicemail msg and sent me a text msg to show proof of delivery. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Negative experience: My family has been coming here for a long as I can remember. I’ve been coming here myself since 2011 for special occasions. After the experience I had buying my father flowers for Father’s Day. I don’t plan on ever going back. I get the same thing when I come the 19.99 bouquet, a vase and a bow and have never had an issue. This time the color i wanted for the bow was wide and she couldn’t do the bow.I told her I didn’t like it and asked for a refund. She said she couldn’t do a refund without a manager. She tried to get me to pick a color I didn’t want because it was easier for her. I ended up just picking a color so I could go.I still did not like the bow (I ended up having to fix the bow myself or the roses I left with. I told her multiple times I didn’t like it and that I was not happy before I left. She didn’t even apologize. I didn’t notice there were yellow spots on the roses till getting home.
