Negative experience: I don't think the lady knew how to take a payment over the phone. She had to call someone to guide her and still couldn't get it to go through. I didn't place an order after all. I went to another shop that had no problem with my over the phone transaction. I hate to see their work.

Positive experience: What a gorgeous Valentine's Day arrangement! However, be aware, I was charged a $16 delivery fee, for a location only 5 miles from the shop. Disappointing, especially since "free local delivery" is advertised all over the website. (Otherwise, would have been a 5 star review.) Despite this, the quality of the arrangement was excellent, and I would consider using this florist again.

Not only did Mona show sympathy and professionalism, but she took the time to understand the what exactly we were looking for. After paying for the arrangement, I was notified that the specific flowers shown online were not available so I gave her "designer's choice" and they made it look BETTER than the original. Mona and Betty's Flower Shop exceeded my expectations and I'm so happy I found them! I would absolutely recommend this shop and will be using them again in the future.

Negative experience: My fiance bought me these flowers for Valentine’s Day and was disappointed because my flowers arrived mostly dead. Called the shop and they kept telling me “we will call you back when we’re not busy” never got a call back. I had to keep calling. Worst flower shop. The flowers looked like funeral flowers. Bad service and ugly dead flowers. 0 stars.

Positive experience: My boyfriend always orders me flowers from here but the last two times the vases are severely chipped on the rim. The flowers are beautiful but the vases are also important to me.

After talking to shop who told him the water had to be changed daily did deliver another bouquet. And 2 days later died as well. Although bouquet was beautiful even my HEB bouquets guarantee last 7 days. Don't know if it was just a bad batch of flowers or what. Very sad to see something so beautiful die so quickly.
