Fantastic experience: Artistic Blooms should be so proud of the Teleflora Divine Peace Bouquet they made and delivered for me yesterday. I ordered the medium size/deluxe. This arrangement comes in 3 sizes (60 - 70 - 80). This arrangement sat right next to the same bouquet delivered by Angel Blooms. Both were very pretty but Artistc Blooms had many more flowers. I had ordered this same arrangement last year and thought it was so nice but just realized that florist had just filled the arrangement with baby breath and greenery. It’s so hard to know who to trust when ordering flowers. Thank you for giving your customers what they are paying for and taking pride in your product! I will always order from you in the future. Positive experience: I ordered square wreath arrangement with space for a picture in the middle for a funeral. Order was placed online the day before the rosary so we didn’t get a chance to take the picture to the shop but we were going to insert the picture ourselves at the funeral home. The florist called me the next morning around 7:40 and left a message saying they are going to change the arrangement to a round wreath since they don’t have the picture for the center. I quickly called them back and had to tell them that I want them square as I ordered and we will place the picture ourselves at the funeral home. I appreciate that she called me and told me the change she was going to make but when I order something I expect to get exactly what I order. The arrangement was delivered on time and the flowers looked fresh with beautiful colors.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a local San Antonio floral shop to deliver to the new pastor at University Brentwood Presbyterian church and discovered Artistic Bloom. Their prices are competitive, their online ordering was easy, their flowers are beautiful, and their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend Artistic Bloom and will use them every time I have blooms to deliver in San Antonio.

Negative experience: Flower arrangements are average. Delivery is poor. Twice they have dropped off flowers to our house - didn't ring the doorbell and didn't call the recipient about delivery. And didn't put the flowers near the front door in the shade but instead left them outside the courtyard, in the San Antonio sun for hours until we realized they were there. The actions of this one careless driver has encouraged me to try a competitor. Overall, I would not recommend.

Positive experience: Purchased the beautiful Tropical Breeze (Birds of Paradise) flower arrangement for a loved one's Birthday who lives in San Antonio. I would like to express 4 important aspects when delivering: 1) It helps to give a courtesy call or text before delivering. 2) It was hard to find the "card". The Recipient could not find it because there was "no card". The birthday message was "typed" on The business information "paper" that was folded and tucked within the flowers. 3) Birthday messages are Very important. The print for the birthday message was Very Small to read like fine print. However, the print for the business name and recipient's name and address was larger and able to read easily. 4) The "word" instruction was written only. There were no instructions on how to care for the flowers so I had to call the shop to find out. Just something to consider. Best regards, Patricia from Virginia

Negative experience: Instructions did not update on my request. Flowers were very underwhelming for the amount of money I paid. The vases felt extremely cheap and after further examination it seems that it was spray painted. I paid for premium and received a joke. Very disappointing.

Positive experience: I received flowers from the business. The flowers were very beautiful. I do admit that when they first delivered the flowers, they mistakenly gave me the wrong flowers, but two days later they did amend the mistake. The service overall was very helpful, and communicated well to emails.

Fantastic experience: Artistic Blooms is second to none in the city. The designs are gorgeous works of art. When I want a showstopper, they never disappoint. The flowers are fresh, healthy, and opened just the right amount. The customer service is also fantastic. They go above and beyond to be helpful and work with you. The one time I did not use Artistic Blooms since discovering them, due to my procrastination and needing a last minute order for Mother’s Day, only solidified my loyalty to this florist and served to highlight how exceptional their work is. I haven’t and won’t make the mistake of using another florist again. Negative experience: Flowers were delivered a day early, ruining the surprise I had planned for my wife’s special day. When I called to inquire, the lady asked ME to decide an appropriate action. I suggested a refund of at least 1/2 the amount charged. Unfortunately I received less. Why waste the time asking if you’re not going to follow through? To be completely honest, the flowers were not worth $100! Much too small.

Fantastic experience: Artistic Blooms is my “go to” florist. They provided my daughter’s wedding flowers years ago and did such a beautiful job that I use them every time I send flowers. Their arrangements are unique, modern and lovely. Couple that with quick and efficient delivery and you’ve got a winning combination. And, also very importantly, recipients are very pleased.

Fantastic experience: I needed a silk flower arrangement for a TV stand with little to no access to sunshine that had an open back so the wires were very distracting. I was able to send Artistic Blooms pictures of her living room, the colors, and the measurements of the opening. Artistic Blooms did an amazing job creating an arrangement that compliments the room and surroundings without overwhelming or distracting from the TV. The Before and After pictures are below. The pictures do not do it justice... blame that on the photographer, not the artist! I have used other florists in the past... key phrase, in the past. I do not consider using anyone other than Artistic Blooms now!

Fantastic experience: I live in Oregon and my two brothers live in other states as well and we wanted to send something to our parents in San Antonio for Christmas. I ordered the poinsettia plant but received a call shortly after my order was placed that they were sold out. I was a little down because my mom loves poinsettias but agreed to an alternative and relied on the professionals to create something beautiful. I expressed over the phone that my mom has allergies so the arrangement had to be free of any pollen (I.e. Lilies or other flowers that could aggravate allergies). I’m so grateful that my concerns were heard and my parents just sent me a photo of what they received and they LOVE their Christmas gift. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Artistic Blooms is now going to be the only place I order from when I need deliveries in San Antonio.
