Negative experience: Absolutely abysmal communication. I had a Valentine's day order and found out I had been cheated on so I asked to cancel and receive a refund - I get a reply saying it's been cancelled, that's all. Several follow-ups and over two weeks later, nothing. I'm not able to call as I'm not in the US, my emails simply go ignored.

Negative experience: I went in a paid for a specific style and color of flower, was brought certain flowers for my approval and was given something completely different than what I asked for. I paid extra for these changes and no one contacted me to assure that the changes for correct and true. The flowers and spray was for my grandfathers funeral, I did not appreciate the lack of customer service displayed here. I even paid for them the day I ordered them. I don’t understand what was so hard about complying with my request that I paid extra for? On top of that when I was asking questions about the arrangements and flowers the older lady in front with the thin brows was rude and dismissive. We don’t all love our jobs but it’s not my fault you work there, I came in to buy my grandpa flowers for his funeral not be be treated like that and ignored when making request that cost a total of 200.00? Do better.

Fantastic experience: Ok so I got flowers delivered and they didn’t match the picture. So I called and kinda expressed my concern, and I didn’t expect much because honestly why would I? People are crazy these days. Yeah no. I got a call back, and the whole thing was such a fantastic experience. They made a whole new beautiful bouquet and delivered it at the exact time they said they would (both times!). They offered to do it on a Saturday too if that worked better for me. Fantastic. The second bouquet was amazing and the card was exactly what I asked for. Shout out to Crystal for her impeccable work and for making this whole situation not only pleasant but also for restoring my faith in humanity! Thanks y’all. I really appreciate it!

Negative experience: Went in and didn’t even get greeted. The woman at the front took the guys order in front of me, and went to the back. I waited for a bit, she turned around, looked right at me and went back to doing what she was doing. After nothing was said, I just left. Awkward and unwelcoming.

Negative experience: Came here to possibly place order for some flowers for my nephews funeral. The lady working the front desk we felt was rude and heartless. It was just another transaction to her. We said thank you for her time and took our business elsewhere.

Negative experience: I have used them before but today is the last time. I order flowers for my wife that needed to be delivered today. I ordered at 9:30 am to have them delivered. They charged me the $111 but then never delivered them. When I called at 4:00 they acted like they didn’t even know about this ordered and then said it “never printed.” They did offer a free upgrade to be sent out tomorrow but the whole point was to have the flowers today. I will no longer use them and would caution anyone else to. They have one job and couldn’t do that. My 3 years of loyal business with them is over.

Negative experience: I hate writing bad reviews.... My wedding flowers were nothing like I ordered and was promised. I provided pictures and was told they wouldn't leave the building without his approval... blah blah blah. My boutonniere's were supposed to be hand sprayed lavender. They showed up White roses with dark purple baby breaths accents. My bridal bouquet was ugly and had a completely different color of cheap ribbon for the handle. They may be good for funeral or other events, but please don't get your wedding flowers here. They aren't wedding quality.
