Fantastic experience: I called Evergreen Florist in Spokane to order flowers for my daughter, who had just welcomed her first baby — and WOW, they absolutely knocked it out of the park. ✨ Not only were they incredibly fast, but the bouquet they created was beautiful. What meant the most, though, was how genuinely excited they were for me. Customer service these days can be hit or miss, and it’s rare to talk to someone who truly shares in your joy and understands the importance of the moment. Evergreen made the whole experience feel special. I walked away with flowers that were perfect and a smile on my face. I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: My father recently passed away and I searched for florists who would help me with the burial arrangements and create something personal for my dad. I’ve never had to buy flowers before and was way out of my comfort zone. Website after website listed generic photos of the exact same patriotic arrangements. They felt cheap and common and the prices varied dramatically for the exact same arrangements. Most florist didn’t even list on their site that they do funeral arrangements. I called Evergreen Florists after my mom received a beautiful arrangement by them for her condolences. Jo answered immediately and gave me so much compassion and kindness when talking about my loss and what I was looking for. She made an appointment for me to come in and look at what they had to offer that was different from their website. I arrived and was delighted to meet their bull dog Clovis - a little pet therapy during a time of grief was a nice surprise. I met with Jo and had a table to look over all the arrangements and she worked with me to customize the arrangements. There was no rush or pressure. She even agreed to delivery all the way out at the cemetery so we didn’t have to worry about transporting flowers the morning of the burial. Her mom and her even worked to make a custom picture frame arrangement. The day of the burial was difficult and we arrived early to ensure things were going smoothly. To my surprise, Jo’s mom - the florist - was there at the cemetery personally to make sure all the arrangements looked as beautiful as they could be. The personal touch and the gentleness they gave us was outstanding. The price was reasonable - if not less than I expected. They even threw in 2 extra American flags to honor my dad’s service. They made me feel like his loss was as important to them as it was to us. Thank you so much!! I will use them again and again!!

Fantastic experience: Evergreen Florist is our go-to for every event. I always look forward to receiving their arrangements for special occasions from my husband. We’ve also used Evergreen Florist for a corporate event and received countless compliments. Their arrangements consistently last two weeks or more and are always absolutely beautiful.

Negative experience: What I paid for and what was sent were two different things. I paid for a large arrangement, $79.99, and what was sent was a small to medium arrangement.

Fantastic experience: I needed to send flowers for a get well and Evergreen Flowers stepped up to the plate. The flowers were fresh, arrangement was perfect after delivery, and quick response. It did the trick! I would recommend them 100 percent!

The next day, I received an email notification with a picture of the flowers delivered to my Grandma for Christmas. The flowers were as shown on their website and were beautiful. Fantastic experience: If you love dogs come here!! My husband and I went here looking for flowers for our wedding, and there was a cute gray dog on the inside doormat!!! He was such a nice surprise. Clovis the French bulldog is so sweet and polite. Jo, her mom and Bill are amazing. Evergreen Florist did the flowers for our wedding and they turned out perfectly. I was a little afraid that rainbow flowers would be a big ask. They got it!! Jo and her mom are so sweet. Fantastic experience: Until yesterday & I had only interacted with the delivery drivers. They are fabulous, so friendly & kind. So I finally stopped by the shop. The owner was bubbly & so fun to chat with. They even have their adorable fur baby at the shop with them. The flower arrangements are always stunning & breathtaking. Fantastic experience: This order was important to me because it was my dear sister-in-laws 80th birthday and she has been suffering with ovarian cancer for a long time. I highly recommend Evergreen Florist for the beautiful flower arrangement and extra care they took to be sure everything I wanted was delivered. They had to go above and beyond what was expected, due to a problem accessing the delivery address. I just can't thank them enough for all they delivered regarding my order. Fantastic experience: Evergreen staff were friendly and very helpful when I came in at the end of the day to decide on floral arrangements for my mom's funeral. They had a large selection of choices and allowed me to take as much time as I needed. I also noted them to be very friendly and helpful to other customers coming in. All of this was in the last 30 minutes they were open and at no time did I feel them to be hurrying me or upset that I decided to just walk in for this type of need rather than make an appointment. They also were the florist I used for my dad's service four years ago and arrangements were absolutely stunning and lasted a long time.

Fantastic experience: We could not be there for her courtroom wedding. We wanted something that said “this is a big deal”, but my daughter didn’t want it to be a full blown deal, lol. Jo, the sweetest ever, cared for our order, not took our order, cared for it. The result was a surprise and perfection. I think they definitely get that this isn’t just flowers, they are preparing, arranging and presenting our hearts to the people we love.

Fantastic experience: Excellent florist!!! Fast, friendly service. If you visit their store they even have the cutest French bulldog as their greeter. Most importantly gorgeous flowers!! Update to review. February 13th I received one of their beautiful bouquets. The original bouquet lasted 3 weeks. I removed the spent flowers, added more. Six weeks later, the Peruvian Lillys still look great. Im amazed.

Fantastic experience: Ordered flowers online for sister in law in the hospital. Was notified that flowers couldn't be delivered due to her being in ICU. I was offered something else, but she was moved out of ICU at the time I called back. So they were delivered to her. The flowers were just as I ordered and were beautiful. I've ordered flowers online from others and was very disappointed. And I was sent a picture of what was made. This is amazing customer service, for sure. Fantastic experience: I planned a last minute wedding, and my MIL had already arranged another florist to do my flowers, but she backed out a week before the wedding, leaving us stranded. When my MIL called Evergreen, they assured her they could do our flowers and asked us to come in and show them what I wanted. I had a vague theme for the wedding, and both the mother and daughter were so sweet and excited to do our flowers. They put our minds at ease and were amazing to work with. Plus the flowers were even better than I had hoped! They saw exactly what I really wanted and pulled it off perfectly in the short amount of time they had. They even made the bouquets extra large because they were so excited about the flowers in them. I would 100% recommend anybody looking for high quality flowers to use Evergreen Florist!

We put the wrong hospital for the delivery address. Not only did Evergreen Florist contact us that the hospital didn’t have a patient with that name but they went above and beyond by delivering to another hospital confirming the patient was there. Instead of taking my money, florists knew the hospitals rules for flowers in the ICU and gave me other options. I called back once my loved one had moved out of ICU. Fantastic experience: Evergreen Florist helped create Beautiful arrangements for my Mom's memorial service this week. I was able to describe her favorite flowers and they incorporated them into their designs. The arrangements were stunning! I had a vase of Iris on an enrty table, a tribute basket with her favorite flowers added, center stage and a large tribute floor basket, in all white, that was spectacular! I even had some solo iris stems to pass out. I was very pleased with customer service, the product and delivery. I will definitely use Evergreen Florist again! My family was very pleased with the outcome.

Fantastic experience: I used Evergreen for my wedding in August 2023 and they went so far above and beyond. They brought my vision to life and knew what I wanted better than even I did! They made me feel like family, and they seemed genuinely excited about my wedding and doing the flowers. Song even called me to come in and preview certain flowers when they’d get them in, and to see my bouquet the day before my wedding. They included lots of extras and I felt it was a phenomenal value. Evergreen was my absolute favorite wedding vendor and I’d recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: We have used Evergreen Florist on two occasions now, so I updated this post to reflect that. My father passed away on Christmas Eve. He was an Army Veteran, so I was looking for something with Red, White, and Blue flowers. They made up a beautiful wreath for the day of his service. We also got a beautiful bouquet of Red Roses, my dad’s favorite. ♥️ Both items were gorgeous and the roses lasted a very long time! It was a bouquet of a dozen Red Roses, but so broke one getting out of the car, so there are only eleven roses pictured. Everyone that we interacted with was extremely pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend this florist. Update- We got married in August 2023 and we used Evergreen Florist again! I wanted a very simple, elegant headband band with small roses, baby’s breath, and greenery. The headband far exceeded my expectations. It was absolute perfection! My bouquet was gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for. The boutonnieres were simple and beautiful. All of the roses for all of the flowers were just so beautiful and lived for a long time! I put my bouquet in water so that I could enjoy the roses a little while longer. Then, I preserved the bouquet! I think the pictures speak for themselves! Evergreen Florist will be our go to florist! They really listen to what you want and they do an amazing job! They are a wonderful family business and are just so in touch with their customers and they far exceeded my expectations both times we used their services.

Fantastic experience: The amazing flower artists did it again! I just picked up two gift arrangements and they are so beautiful! I have also been the happy recipient of their work. On Mother's Day, my sons sent me of the most beautiful flower arrangement I've ever received. What's more, they lasted an incredibly long time! My uncle was part of Spokanes LGBTQ community and wanted a special piece to reflect that and was happy that Evergreen Floral had no problems accepting the challenge! Fantastic experience: We just had our wedding on Oct 23, and evergreen florist provided beautiful and fresh flowers for my bouquets. I ordered enough for 4 bouquets, a bridal, 2 bridesmaids, and a toss bouquet and they were wonderful and had arrived fresh the day of. They also stayed lovely with no wilting throughout the entire day. Will most certainly be using them again as they were super awesome to work with!

Fantastic experience: My grandpa’s health took a very sudden change almost overnight & we found out it wouldn’t be much longer for him. That night I went online seeing if there was any way to do a floral delivery for the next day and found evergreen florist. I made a note on the order to try and get an early morning delivery and they delivered the order so fast and it came out so cute. Fantastic experience: I was so impressed woth Evergreen Florist! I popped in at the 11th hour to see if they had 5 large vased bouquets available. There weren't any in the cooler, but the shop owners were quick to accommodate my request and within an hour I had five of the most beautiful bouquets. Fantastic experience: In December we ordered bouquets of all sizes, and individually wrapped roses for our ballet studio’s Nutcracker. Everything was better than we could have imagined! Jo was incredibly professional, timely in her responses, all pricing was fair, and the designs were out of this world beautiful. Fantastic experience: Thank God Jo and her staff came through clutch for Mothers Day (after getting hosed by 1800 flowers **NEVER ORDER THROUGH THEM) Jo and her team saves the day and made sure the Mother's Day flowers were taken care of and on EXTREMELY SHORT NOTICE! ( I personally apologize to everyone I talked to and was less than nice with given. Fantastic experience: I am SO thankful for the staff at Evergreen Florist. I came in needing a bridal boquet within 3 days and under $100. I had absolutley no idea what style or type of flowers I even wanted, and because I know absolutley nothing about flowers, I was essentiall clueless. They were SO kind and told me they could absolutley make a boquet. They allowed me to look through some picture books of their work, and when I pointed out different style of flowers I liked, they would show me in-person what they looked like and what they could add to "enhance" my boquet. They were so helpful, so kind, and so accomodating. I am excited to pick up my boquet, and I truly appreciate them helping me with crafting something special for my wedding day.

Positive experience: Ordered an 18 rose bouquet and it was delivered on time. The flowers themselves were beautiful, but the arrangement was underwhelming when compared to the example photo. The roses were jutting way up and out from the rest of the foliage. It made it look awkward, like they were too lazy to cut the stems to a proper length. They didn't strip the rose stems at all either, which made the foliage much too dense in the middle. Not sure how they managed to cram it into the vase, but reworking the arrangement or simply re-cutting a rose stem was impossible without completely deconstructing it. Like I said, the flowers were beautiful, but the arrangement felt lazy. *update* Sadly, after a couple of days, the vase went low on water and some of the roses suffered. A couple were literally drooping over. I quickly recut the stems at an angle and provided fresh water with plant food. I was really surprised at how well the roses perked back up. Only lost one. Later, I wanted to sprinkle a few petals on a bed and I realized I had to pull them from the roses. Despite the close call, they weren't even dropping petals. Totally impressed by the quality of the roses themselves. Added a star to my rating.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful flowers. Awesome service. They made sure the flowers were delivered (beyond the call of duty after hours). The recipient just loved the bouquet of birthday flowers. Great shop, great people!!!!

Fantastic experience: I placed an order for a bouquet of sunflowers and roses to be sent to my niece at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane, WA. The flowers arrived that same day and the bouquet was absolutely lovely. It was even more beautiful than I expected. The staff was friendly and the prices are affordable. I will definitely use their services again. Thank you to them for making my niece's day brighter!

Fantastic experience: They made an arrangement for my husband for me on Christmas Eve. He called and the whipped one up for me and boy was it Beautiful! Fantastic experience: We used Evergreen florist today to deliver a beautiful bouquet for my mom’s 85th birthday. It was an amazing flower arrangement that exceeded my expectations and blew my mom away. I never do these reviews though I think it’s important to acknowledge our local retailers versus the big corporations that I used to count on to deliver flowers. This was maybe a little more expensive, but well worth it. I live in Arizona, and I will always use evergreen florist for arrangements for my family in Spokane.

Fantastic experience: Jo and the team went above on beyond for one of our amazing Green Bluff residents today! Fantastic experience: Such incredible people to work with. Mother and daughter business and both of them spring into action in such a friendly way to make your floral dreams come true! It was night and day comparatively to two other floral shops I was desperately trying to order from. I came across this business after ditching my other orders. I highly recommend supporting this local family business. They made it so easy for me to order exactly what I wanted from another state where I couldn’t walk in and look. Fantastic experience: My go-to for flowers. Very friendly staff and a great selection. Wanted to surprise my wife with a plant and flower arrangement for our anniversary. Expecting to spend $60-70, I was very pleased with the plant I wanted, in a glazed pot (matches our home décor), Flowers in water tubes for less than $40. They went the extra mile by potting the plant, wrapping and boxing the package so it would stay healthy in her car until she got off work. My wife loved the gift! Fantastic experience: Fantastic service! The arrangement was lovely, the flowers were fresh, and delivery was outstanding. The delivery address was having considerable road construction which required navigating alleys and a bit of a walk but the beautiful flowers were delivered promptly. Since no one answered the door the driver called me from the location. Great service.
