Fantastic experience: I ordered a centerpiece arrangement online from across the country, guided by positive reviews. I received emails every step of the way , order was received, invoice, order out for delivery, order delivered and finally a thank you for doing business with them. The flowers were delivered the same day as ordered which was the day before Thanksgiving! The recipients of the flowers were very pleased with the centerpiece. I was sent a picture of it and it was lovely. If I have a need for flowers in the Spokane area again Rose and Blossom will have my business. Negative experience: I find their billing practices shady and deceptive. They don't disclose the delivery fee and taxes till after you order and get the invoice. This is especially bad because their fees are higher than others in the area. Anybody capable of quick math can see the sum of the items listed doesn't add up to their total. They are taking advantage of the fact that people don't pay attention to the total these days.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Terri at Rose and Blossom for my September wedding. We met with her in person for about an hour a few months prior to the wedding. I had a vision in mind when I went into the metting but Terri really helped bring it all together. She typed each of the flowers into a computer as we spoke, and then at the end of the appointment she had a whole mood board set out for me to approve. It was so nice to get an idea of what my wedding flowers were going to look like prior to the ceremony. On the ceremony date, the flowers looked beautiful. I got so many compliments on them.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service!! I bought my daughter a flower crown for her spring concert and when I got it home I wasn't happy with it. It was put together well, and they did a really good job matching her dress (they had me email a pic), but one of the flowers they used had started to wilt. They made a new one and delivered it to my house in less than 30min, in time for her concert! The second one was beautiful, my daughter loved it, and their response has made me a customer for life. Fantastic experience: This florist is INCREDIBLE. I had a vague idea of what I was looking for for my wedding flowers and Terri helped me develop that idea into something amazing. She gave me an itemized quote for everything I was interested in so I could pick and choose what I wanted to prioritize based on my budget. While scheduling was initially going to prevent having the bouquets in the daytime photos, the team arrived early so we got to include them after all. She also gave great advice on the temperatures needed for the roses not to freeze during the outdoor photos, as our wedding was in December. The photos will speak for themselves, but the designs turned out better than I could have imagined.

Positive experience: I ordered 3 of these for Christmas gifts. I ordered them 3 days before Christmas hoping they would stay fresh till new years. They started wilting and turning brown on the tips the next day. I’ve never had flowers go bad so fast. The service was nice, the store was clean and they were friendly but to have $100 of flowers go bad so fast was a bit disappointing.

Fantastic experience: The store located at Pine, the person in charge there, revive my 5-day-old flowers and showed me patiently how to take care and arrange them even she's extremely busy. She is very professional and dedicated.

Negative experience: My now-husband and I went last year when wedding planning and left extremely unhappy. We are a young couple and just wanted to get an estimate on what they could offer or recommended. The lady that helped us was extremely unhelpful and expected us to have exactly how many and what flowers figured out before making any suggestions. We left feeling flustered and frustrated that we were offered no help or guidance.

Fantastic experience: Prom snuck up on me and we had to do a mad dash to find everything including the corsage and bouttiner. We walked into this beautiful flower shop at 5:40 pm and asked about ordering for the next day or buying the flowers needed to make them. The lady helping us said to give her 8 minutes and she would have them for us! While we were waiting another 3 or 4 ladies asked if we needed any help and were really kind. While waiting we found out they had cut off corsage ordering 2 days prior because there were 11 schools having proms that weekend. I didn't get the ladies name that helped us and made the most beautiful corsage and bouttiner, but thank you so, so much for helping a mom who lost track of the time find the perfect corsage for her son's date. If you need flowers go to this shop! The arrangements I saw while there were stunning!
