Negative experience: I wouldn’t purchase from them again, mainly due to the poor quality of the flowers. I don’t believe they were fresh. My boyfriend paid $500 for 100 roses for Valentine’s Day, and I decided to write this review because it was very noticeable that the roses were not fresh. It’s pretty disappointing that they looked like this after just one day. They also made an error on the note. Instead of putting my name as the recipient, they put my boyfriend’s name as if he was receiving the flowers, which was awkward and unprofessional. Overall, this was not the experience we expected, especially for the price. Unfortunately, this will be the last time my boyfriend purchases from here.

Fantastic experience: Elena was an incredible delight to work with for my bouquet design for my friend's birthday. She was super responsive each time I emailed her and made the process so easy. I provided her with some details on how I wanted the bouquets to look, and she handled the rest. She created something so gorgeous and perfectly complimented our decor. Long story short, out of about three other florists, she gave me options to fit my budget, she was more responsive, responded timely, and came through without me having to follow up. They absolutely got it perfect exactly as I asked and the flowers were beautiful. Although I forgot to ask; they not only texted me that it was delivered but sent a photo of the flowers with the recipient. That’s first class service and attention to detail.

Fantastic experience: You really don't need me to tell you that this florist is exceptional given the large number of incredibly positive reviews, but their excellent service makes me want to write this. We needed a bridal bouquet the next day they were open for business. Purple Violet replied to my call the night before, when they were closed, completed the order the following morning, before they were open, with a detailed update shortly after, delivering a beautiful and absolutely flawless bouquet to our hotel before noon. This was provided so early that I was able to give it to my daughter over lunch, before she married, and helped make the occasion even more special. Nice one, Purple Violet.

Fantastic experience: I live in Canada, my parents in Vegas. This year I was having trouble sending a gift for mothers day as no business was accepting my Canadian Credit Card (due to the dueling Government's currently). Not only was the arrangement my parents received absolutely beautiful, but I have now turned them into PVLLC customers, as my father was so impressed. When sending a delivery in another country for a Sunday, you really never know what you'll end up with, and it very rarely gets done on the day promised (I've had years or experience sending things for my parents). My dad tried to go outside after the driver to tip him, as he wasn't expecting anyone to show up on a Sunday, and was jaw-dropped. Even though my parents were in theor backyard enjoying the day, the driver was determined, and did not leave without successfully delivering. I am/was beyond impressed, and I am so grateful for this wonderful gem of a business, making my amazing mom know she is so loved on Mother's Day ♡

Fantastic experience: I have ordered heart of roses last Feb 12 and forgot to update the delivery date to Feb 14. They were able to adjust the date after I sent follow up email. They are flexible and gives you update. I was worried on the day Feb 14 as already past 5pm, it was not delivered yet. I sent email to them and they were responsive and it was delivered after few minutes. I understand it was a busy day. Negative experience: I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering because if I had, I never would have trusted this company with something as important as a Valentine’s Day delivery. As of now, it’s well past 5 PM, and the flowers still haven’t arrived. They did communicate, but at this point, that doesn’t change the fact that they haven’t delivered what I paid for. They agreed to have the flowers to my fiancée during business hours, yet here we are, long past that deadline, with nothing to show for it. A late delivery is bad enough—but on Valentine’s Day, when timing actually matters? Completely unacceptable. After this disaster, I checked the reviews—turns out, this is a pattern. I’m far from the only one who has paid for a service this company just doesn’t provide on time. Whether it’s missed deliveries, unexplained delays, or empty reassurances, this company seems unable (or unwilling) to meet even the most basic expectations. If your flowers arrive on time, consider yourself lucky. But based on my experience and what I’ve now seen from others, trusting this company is a mistake. If you actually want flowers delivered when they matter, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I know I will. UPDATE: If I could give this company zero stars, I would. After my earlier review about their failure to deliver on time, they canceled my order completely—despite me explicitly telling them not to. At this point, it’s hard to see this as anything other than a vindictive, retaliatory move instead of an actual attempt to fix their mistake. Valentine’s Day is completely ruined. Instead of owning up to their failure and making things right, they doubled down by ensuring I didn’t even get a late delivery—just nothing at all. I’ve never seen a company handle a mistake so badly. They had one job: deliver flowers I paid for. Instead, they wasted my time, made empty promises, then took it a step further by canceling my order on purpose. If you’re thinking about ordering from this company, ask yourself: do you really want to take the risk? Because I did—and I got nothing but a ruined Valentine’s Day and a customer service experience that felt spiteful and personal. Never again.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Elena from start to wedding day was excellent. I contacted Purple Violet Florist after having a poor customer experienced with another florist. Elena was great! She immediately responded and asked for photos of ideas I wanted. My specifics were no roses, mostly white daisies, with some yellow, no other colors. Purple Violet had full creativity in designing all the flowers and we loved everything! The flowers even held up many days later in the hotel room. What better for a bride to enjoy her flowers all week? I was able to drop off vases to the florist for the table bouquets since I had specific vases I was using. The cost was less than I was anticipating, even with some upscale flowers added in. They showed up exactly on time for delivery on our wedding day. My wedding day was truly magical thanks to Elena.
