Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers on Sunday and requested a delivery on Monday. They were delivered in a timely manner and were beautiful. Thank you.

Negative experience: What I ordered vs what I received. Not even close to what I ordered. And many of the flowers are wilted.

Negative experience: Very bad service, very bad attitude, they sent a flower to a wrong address, when I call to complain about it, they just hung up on me. And the flower looks UGLY ！！！I originally want to give zero start, but the system does not allow no star, so I put one star just so I can post

Positive experience: I ordered flowers well in advance for a friend’s birthday. After much consideration, I ordered the “pink and white” flowers as I liked the neutral, soft palette. What was delivered was a fine arrangement, but the dominating flower is the red rose and it does not match what I ordered or wanted. I would not order from here again.

Negative experience: My friend sent me flowers from this place. First they left it sitting outside my gate, anyone could have grabbed it. Second I sent a picture to my friend and thanked her for the beautiful flowers when she saw the picture she was very upset because what she ordered is not what they sent me she called them, told them the issue they refused to refund her money. Her only options were we give you 30% back or will send you another order. They assured her that they will deliver the next vase of flowers today which is June 10. The order never came now they’re saying tomorrow . This is bad business first off false advertisement or they were trying to scam as as far as I’m concerned because what she paid for is not what they sent out how many other people do you think they’ve done this to.

Fantastic experience: The service is great! Our friend had surgery in San Antonio. He ended up in the ICU, where patients cannot have flowers. Then, he was transferred to Uvalde. When they were unable to deliver the boquet, Nieves followed up with me and made sure it got to Uvalde. We were very appreciative of this great service!

Fantastic experience: I don't usually send flowers, but needed to honor a loved one for a funeral service. I shopped around several websites for pricing and product pictures before deciding on the Flower Bucket. I did my complete order online without speaking with anyone and it was very easy to do. When I arrived at the service, I was very pleased to see the floral spray looked exactly as it had been presented online and the "sympathy banner" was just as I had requested. The spray was delivered on time and I even got an email notification advising me that my flowers had been delivered. Overall, this truly was a 5 star experience and I would recommend and use this flower shop again. Great job Flower Bucket!

Negative experience: ZERO -- I was charged an additional fee 3 days after my order was placed - without approval or explanation. No one answers the 800 number and NO ONE will return my messages or emails

Fantastic experience: I ordered an orchid plant and was very pleased. I had looked at a least 3 other sites to find one. My sister was in the hospital and my friend ordered fresh cut flowers from someone else. Her flowers were never received and the other florist couldn't find them. I was so happy, as mine were delivered directly to her room (even though I didn't have a room number), she sent me a picture and they were just beautiful. They went above and beyond. Thank you!

The driver called me to let me know they were at my door and I asked them to leave it there for me since I wasn’t home and they politely obliged. This last time, Valentine's Day, my girlfriend said they were so beautiful they made her want to cry and that she had to take them home, she couldn't keep them at work because all she wanted to do was stare at them and wasn't getting any work done. Negative experience: The flower arrangement that was delivered looked lovely but the recipients did not realize that they had a delivery, so the flowers were out overnight in near freezing weather until the next morning. The red roses only lasted another day. The recipients were home so, apparently the delivery person did not knock or ring the doorbell. The recipients have dogs so they would have known if someone came to the door. This is a follow-up to my initial review. The Flower Bucket did reach out and offered to have the flowers redelivered. I took them up on their offer. The redelivery did not happen. After 10 days, I called again. The Flower Bucket representative said they would reach out to the local florist again. Still no redelivery after 10 days. I will be using a different local florist in the future.
