Fantastic experience: I recently received a bouquet from Bloom Bar & Co after losing my baby in the second trimester. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully arranged. I keep them on my nightstand so I can see them when I wake up and before I go to sleep. Their gentle fragrance and the care put into the display have truly brought me comfort during this incredibly difficult time. I’m so grateful for such a meaningful and healing gesture from bloom bar & co and my bestie Rachel

Fantastic experience: I trust a florist to put together a nice bouquet based on what's available seasonally. The buying power of your spend is way better if you operate this way. I spent $150 on some flowers for my dad — my ask was the color red and anything weird or local, and was very pleased with the result. Florist was very communicative, and did a great job, and my dad loved it.

Fantastic experience: I'm very impressed with my purchase and delivery! I ordered the Teeny Treats basket for my employee for her Birthday and it came out so good, better than expected. They had great communication and tracking and it was delivered on time and in great condition. I wish they had locations all over the US. P.S She loved the gift!

Amazing local shop with staff that were organized, helpful, and on it. She has not stopped talking about the flowers. Our marriage shall last another fruitful year. Negative experience: The photo on the left is what I paid $100 for and the photo on the right is what they gave me. I even paid an extra $20 for the "premium upgrade." I've paid $18 for Costco bouquets that have looked better, are of better quality, are a fifth of the price, and didn't require a special trip or effort. The $35 Safeway bouquet we ended up getting for my Mom's 65th birthday far surpassed anything that Bloom Bar was able to do. A huge disappointment and I would highly discourage anyone from putting their faith in this place for their special occasions.

Negative experience: Can you can tell which is from Safeway and which is from Bloom Bar & Co? Hint - the Bloom Bar & Co was more than double the price.

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous arrangement! It's my first time ordering and definitely will order again. I love that I received a photo of the arrangement and later a text when it was out for delivery. Also love that they carry cards from Ladyfingers Letterpress!! didn't buy one this time, but love that it's an option. Thanks again for the gorgeous work!

Negative experience: Horrible service, ordered an arrangement, balloon, and tea package the night prior for delivery next day It was confirmed and they sent me the arrangement picture, but it was never delivered or contacted as to why it was not delivered today. Incredibly disappointed as the recipient's birthday is today and will now be late because of this incompetent company. Don't recommend. Negative experience: I’m writing this review after trying to resolve an issue directly with the company, but unfortunately, I never received a response. For my anniversary this year, I told my husband that all I wanted were flowers, and he chose this company thinking it would be the best choice. When the flowers arrived, they were pretty, but the card message felt very generic. However, my husband was incredibly disappointed when he saw that the flowers delivered were nowhere near what he had ordered. To make matters worse, the message on the card wasn’t what he had written, even though the confirmation email showed the correct text. I reached out in hopes that the company would acknowledge the situation and offer a solution, but sadly, I never heard back. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. I won’t be ordering from this company again, and I’ll be advising others to be cautious when considering their services.

Negative experience: My flowers were not delivered on Valentines day. Disappointing to say the least. Its important for a husband to show his wife that they thinking of her and make her feel special. Bloom Bar ruined that for me. At 4 PM I went to the florist shop in Rockrimmon and my flowers were still there! They said they were busy. No duh... you shoulda been prepared. There was another lady there who never got her flowers delivered to her from her husband. She wanted a refund, and bought time I left she was still there waiting. Its only the busiest day of the year for a florist. You would think they knew this of would been prepared but they were not. I took the flowers home with me and here it is just 4 days later and they are half dead. Don't bother with this place.

Fantastic experience: My son ordered flowers for my birthday from Bloombar & Co. They arrived on the evening of my birthday. They were beautiful! Sadly, the next morning, many had just wilted. I stewed a bit and them decided to call. Stephanie was wonderful! She apologized and promised to make it right. They arrived in beautiful condition and are still even more beautiful. It is an anomaly that they wilted before. I don’t know why they did. But thank you Stephanie, for the beautiful bouquet! It’s stunning! Yes, we will be back!

Positive experience: My order was delivered at 6:15,well past 5:00 closing time. The driver had to retrieve my bouquet from another address where she left it Unfortunately the 3 roses were already open and didn’t last till Saturday also the hydrangea. I will recut stems and hopefully try to get 5-7 days out of a pricey bouquet. I’m sorry my out of town relatives paid for this.

Fantastic experience: I just want to say how delightful Stephanie and her team are. They go above and beyond to make special moments extra special with ease of communication, fair pricing and very fast turnaround time. I requested a bouquet and boutonniere for our courthouse wedding. Stephanie was going to come in on her day off, when the store is closed, so I could pick them up in time. Then, when my aunt surprised us by coming down with her own flowers, Stephanie let me cancel the order without charge. I don't want Stephanie to loose any business, so I will be using her for some thank you arrangements and all future orders based in Colorado Springs... but I just wanted to give her and this store a shoutout for being so wonderful.

Negative experience: If any military service member is deployed or away from home during a holiday and wants to surprise their loved ones with flowers, Do not order from this place. I was let down and Wasted my money. Ordered flowers for delivery for Mother’s Day and they were delivered a day late. I called to find out why and no answer. I emailed and no reply. They didn’t even try to make things right. Also the flower arrangement….see the photos (what I ordered versus what I got). The “standard, deluxe, and premium” options is just a scam. I ordered “deluxe” for extra flowers and got extra green filler instead. They’ll give you less than standard. Just look at my photos. Never again.

Fantastic experience: I have received two arrangements from them over the past couple of years. Each time they were beautifully and orignally arranged and the flower selection was unique. I highly recommend this small company for your floral arrangements.

Negative experience: Ordered on May 4, 2024 for May 11, 2024 delivery for my Mother. No delivery. Reached out to the florist on May 12, 2024, no answer and no response. Reached out twice on May 13, 2024, no answer, no response. Asked for refund via voicemail, no response. Never again.

Negative experience: Honestly very disappointed with this business. I came buy on Tuesday, got fresh flowers , brand new vase. 70 bucks cool. I have the flowers in water and etc. The greenery is already almost dead, flowers are already drastically dying. This was an absolute waste. It has been three days.

Negative experience: This was once a solid reliable florist, but my recent experience suggests otherwise. Perhaps due to changes in management or staffing? (I'm not sure if that is the case) Our Valentine's order was thoroughly mishandled, and trying to straighten it out was not a pleasant experience. They seem highly unorganized now and I would advise seeking floral arrangements elsewhere.

Negative experience: I placed an order well in advance for Valentine's Day. I paid extra for a guaranteed delivery time. Well, Valentine's Day came and passed, no flowers. The florist could not be reached, I left messages and emails which were never returned. The flowers showed up the next day with a note saying sorry for being late. I was still charged for my guaranteed delivery and still haven't heard from the florist. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Ordered flowers for my MIL for Valentine's Day, I wasn't sure what design to pick so I went with the "Florist's Choice Standard" and left a description that they were for my MIL and thought maybe pink would be nice. She said she loved it and it smells heavenly. Also wanted to mention the delivery lady got in touch with me and asked for a safe place to put the flowers due to MIL not being home and how windy it was that day. Thanks so much for everything and helping make my MIL's day be a bit brighter.

Negative experience: I'm so sad! They never delivered flowers to my wife on Valentines day. I have an email receipt and everything and they said "sorry the order dropped" and seemed to care less when I called the store to inquire why they weren't delivered. They said we can always deliver them tomorrow. But tomorrow is not Valentines day! The one day you have to get it right. They wouldn't even refund. They said the best they could do is deliver tomorrow. I'm completely disgusted. As you can imagine I will never use them again.

Fantastic experience: I have used Bloom bar for the last 3 years to send my grandma birthday flowers. Every year, the flowers have been fresh and lasted a long time. The "You are my sweet sunshine" bouquet has been the prettiest one so far (according to my grandma). I live several states away so was nervous at first to order online flowers but my experience will Bloom Bar has been amazing and I plan on using them for many more years!

Fantastic experience: So it was my girlfriend’s birthday and I couldn’t come up with a good present. I was driving down Rockrimmon and spotted Bloom Bar and co so I quickly turned in. The staff was awesome and helped me pick out a beautiful arrangement. They made me what they call “The Pink Diamond”. My girlfriend broke down in tears when she saw it. Flowers are a girls (or boys) best friend. The price was good and the arrangement lasted healthy for 10 days. Thank you Bloom Bar and Co and all the staff.

Negative experience: DONT DO IT! BEWARE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER RESPOND OR DELIVER! I placed an order for birthday flowers for my daughter. They still haven't shown up! I have left four voice messages and two emails. No one will respond. They say contact at the number listed but no one picks up. I even "tipped my florist" when checking out. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!

Negative experience: I received birthday flowers on Friday evening. The roses looked a little wilted. The next day the roses were dead. On Monday all the flowers were dead. All I had left was greenery. So disappointed because I know my daughter in law spent a lot of money. I will let her know NOT to use them anymore. Pitiful.

Fantastic experience: I would simply like to comment on the level of customer service by Bloom Bar & Co, and specifically their delivery driver, Tim. I ordered a peace lily to be delivered to a friend. When the arrangement was complete, I received an email showing me the arrangement. When the arrangement was out for the delivery, I was notified. When no one was home, Tim texted me asking if I knew when my friend would be home as he didn't want to leave the arrangement on the front porch in the hot conditions. This level of customer service is exemplary. I would highly recommend Bloom Bar & Co. to others. I am so pleased with the level of service I received and the product itself is gorgeous! THANK YOU!

Negative experience: Feeling pretty disappointed with the experience. My fiance and I picked and paid for our flowers on June 8th for our wedding on June 30th. The flowers were what I was most excited about! I was so excited when they said that they could create a cascading bouquet. We discussed what our vision was and I sent inspiration pictures... Due to the wedding being early and in the mountains, I emailed with Stephanie to pick up the wedding flowers the day before. I was assured that picking them up on Thursday after 3 pm would be fine. We come around 315 pm and there is absolutely nothing ready. Correction. They didn't even know about our wedding flowers. The woman working the front counter at this time calls the owner, Stephanie, and tells her "she (referring to me) has it in her head that the flowers were supposed to be done today". After some conversation, they assured us that we would get our flowers that night and did offer to drop them off. 5 pm comes around and we've heard nothing. Seeing as on Google it says they close at 5 pm and their voice-mail says they close at 5 pm...but then their store front and Facebook said they closed at 6 pm...we got nervous about about the possibility of not having the wedding flowers for the following day. We called several times at 5 pm to see if there was any progress. No one answered, so we started driving in the direction of the store. After calling a fifth time, someone answered and told us that they were out getting something that was necessary because certain items came in late...So we suspect, but cannot confirm, that everything that was needed for our wedding flowers that was supposed to be picked up 3 pm was not there... By 630 pm, we finally got our flowers...and they were not what I had expected The groom boutonnière did not have any gold like we had discussed and the bouquet that I looked forward to did not cascade. The flowers looked stressed from the moment we picked them up and quickly fell apart (the corsages and boutonniere. I'm giving two stars instead of one because despite the product not being what we desired and not ready at the time that was discussed, the staff did get the flowers done within a few hours when they realized their mistake.

Negative experience: My last two orders from Bloom Bar & Co were not delivered. I placed an order for flowers today for my wife for our anniversary, and after their closing hours (I also tried to call to check on the order, no answer), the flowers have not arrived. This is the same experience I had with my last order in December 2021. No flowers by ~5:30pm, so I emailed the store about how unacceptable not fulfilling an order was and requesting a refund. They arrived at around 7:30pm that evening... I would have rather had the refund I requested. Shame on me for giving them another try.

I couldn't be happier! The woman who answered the phone was super helpful and the flowers were delivered the next day. Fantastic experience: Website is easy to use, delivered on time, and the bouquets have been beautiful/look exactly as pictured every time. They are absolutely my go to for flowers of any occasion.

Negative experience: Delivery didn’t show up until almost 8pm on my daughters birthday and less than 24 hours later, all the roses are dead / dying. For $80, pretty disappointed. She got another bouquet from our local supermarket and they’re all alive and beautiful, for $14.99…

Positive experience: Something has gone wrong and I hope they get it figured out. They seemed unaware it was Valentine's Day. What roses they had were poor quality, dropped petals the next day and did not even attempt to open up. The accompanying foliage was suboptimal and went brown the next day. The lovely recipient simply said, "Try the grocery store next time". So, I did. Silly me...going to a flower shop for flowers.

Negative experience: I’ve tried reaching out over the course of the past week regarding a delivery issue. I’ve tried reaching out several times via Facebook messenger, emailing and also calling (the voicemail is full and unable to accept new messages). I did wait a couple days in between my attempts to give time for a response. Not sure how else to contact your company to resolve.

Fantastic experience: I live in Atlanta and placed an online order (Mai Tai bouquet) for my sister-in-law’s birthday. They went above and beyond with their service. Delivered at the requested time and added beautiful flowers with the deluxe package. She loved it! Bouquet was stunning in person. Highly recommend this florist if you’re in the area!

Fantastic experience: I currently live in Ecuador and my mother lives in Rockrimmon. It was super quick and easy to order these flowers online, and they were delivered the next day! I ordered the Carmel apple martini arrangement and my mom said it was her favorite arrangement yet. It’s great supporting this local business and they do a great job. I’ve used their services for years and will continue to do so.

Negative experience: My sister ordered flowers via FTD for my family for Thanksgiving. Never received them. When I tried to call Bloom Bar no one answered and their mailbox was full. They finally canceled the order since they deemed us too far away to deliver to. I can appreciate that Thanksgiving is a crazy time but I would have appreciated some direct communication regarding the flowers. I would have come picked them up had in been given that option.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers, they charged my credit card and never filled the order. They never answer their phone and you can't leave a message because their mailbox is always full. They do not respond to messages, essentially you have no way to get your money back. I will be reporting them to the BBB and the State Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Division. I suggest you do the same.

Fantastic experience: My friends loved their bouquet! It was prettier than the picture online! An added bonus was that they knew the young man who delivered it to them! Made their day and mine too!!

Fantastic experience: We were ordering flowers for mom in Colorado, from Kansas, after her surgery. We went with designer's choice. This shop did an amazing with the flowers. And our recipient had not received them as of 5pm day of delivery. I called the shop and they were very helpful and they informed me that even though the shop closes at 5pm they still do deliveries after. She received them around 6pm that night and they were perfect!

Fantastic experience: I live out of state and called very last minute to have some flowers sent to my sister in the hospital after surgery. They were so accommodating and were able to get them to her same day. I loved receiving the picture of the arrangement before it was sent- it was beautiful and almost identical to what I had picked online. I would absolutely order from Bloom & Bar Co again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a florist!

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I came in today to get a custom bouquet, needless to say it was beautiful! We chose the wrap option instead of a vase, and the bouquet came wrapped in paper and tied with a big satin bow. The staff at Bloom Bar are always amazing and friendly, prices are very reasonable and the flowers are high quality (no more grocery store flowers!) Highly recommend!
