Fantastic experience: I always buy my flowers gifts here. The owner is great to work with.

Negative experience: Recently ordered bridal bouquet and adult boutonniere and child boutonniere. Ordered on a Friday night as wedding was on Sunday. Asked if they could get it done by Saturday and the man on phone said yes. My sister picked up the flowers either a bunch of yellow flowers in a vase. I have bought bridal bouquet before from them and they did wonderful job. This time the guy did Not listen to me. Went back on Monday for refund and gave back flowers. The office manager said yes she could do it just needed original credit card. Went back with original credit card. Office manager said no refund the owner refused to do it. What a waste of time. They had my phone number and never once called me

Fantastic experience: Wow. I called on a Tuesday for flowers to be delivered on Thursday and they offered next day delivery. This was an amazing arrangement and was so appreciated especially in a busy Valentine’s season. Thanking the florist/designer for their amazing work.

Negative experience: This review applies to deliveries from online orders. Look, if delivery isn’t something you’re able to do to your standards (you seem like a nice florist shop), then don’t do them. I ordered an arrangement to be sent to my mother and paid for the highest upgrade (it totaled $175 or so with the delivery). I specifically looked for a shop local to her area to order directly from you. It looks like a child made it. Somehow, it’s an absurdly small vase for what it is and you’ve skipped on greenery? It’s a poor effort at best, and you’ve made me sorry I took a risk on an online order after bad experiences in the past. I wish I’d just sent her cash and told her to buy her own flowers.

Positive experience: Bigger than it looks from the outside.

Negative experience: I ordered the large flower arrangement on line ($100) and platte floral delivered a small arrangement (the one that was advertised as ($60). Very disappointing and deceptive.

Fantastic experience: We recently had a wedding in Manitou Springs, Colorado. Our group is from San Antonio, TX. I looked up reviews on google and Reddit and found Platte Floral in Colorado Springs to do the florals for the wedding. I was very pleased, Emily and I worked via text and phone and had the most beautiful arrangements made. She gave me some very good advice on flower choices and some great suggestions I had not considered. The bouquets were exactly what the bride wanted and we were all so pleased with Emily’s talent! I wish I could post pictures!

Fantastic experience: I love this place its always a great experience. Greeted when I come in and asked how I can be helped. I have bought plants and flowers here. Even was assisted with a last minute request during graduation season. And they are very reasonable on pricing.

Fantastic experience: I called several florists listed in Colorado Springs only to find out that I was talking with a call center overseas. Platte Floral is a local shop. I was calling from New Mexico so I was so happy to hear Ruth greet me and assist me in everything that I needed.

Positive experience: My family and I have been buying from this place for years. Walked into a super grouchy person who did not want to help me, but then came Caroline! Boy.. did that change everything.. Caroline amazing! She knew her stuff she got me in and out in a jiffy even walked my flowers to the car. I’ll tell you what if you want for Caroline and the beautiful things inside. I probably would’ve walked out after my greeting, but my gosh, it was worth it! Thank you, Caroline! Fantastic experience: If I could give Platte Floral 10 stars, I would. I called them on the Wednesday before my daughter's Saturday wedding, after I found out there were no flowers ordered for her wedding. I ordered her bouquet, corsages, table centerpieces, and boutonnieres. Platte Floral had them ready early that Saturday morning. The flower selection was subject to their availability, and they made the most gorgeous arrangements of roses and orchids. Thank you, thank you Platte Floral!

Positive experience: Staff is very courteous and there is a large selection of plants and items to choose from. A bit pricey but there's also things that are affordable for those who are looking for something unique to purchase for another.

Negative experience: Minimal effort on the bouquet. Very poorly assembled. It was nothing like it looked like on the pictures, and didn’t receive the chocolates I ordered with it. The note card also looks like someone scribbled the writing on there and used a random note card they found. The lack of attention to detail and care for the product is not only disappointing, but a complete waste of money.

Fantastic experience: Friendly professional staff and easy to get along with. Thank you for such great customer service.

Negative experience: My review below was a couple years ago. I want to add to it. I had flowers delivered to my office yesterday from a colleague. They came from Platte Floral. They look like they’re over a week old. The roses are full opened and browning on the edges and the Lilly is starting to shrivel. I attached pictures below. This is after one day! What happened to this place?!? So sad. This place has been around forever and has been my "go to place" for flowers and gifts. They disappointed me today. I ordered a delivery online, and my receipt said it would be delivered today. When I called to request that it be their last delivery of the day, they didn't even have it scheduled until tomorrow. This delivery was for sympathy, for a death, and Platte Floral had zero interest in helping with the situation at all. Very sad. I cancelled my order, at which time they told me I have to call the online company to get my money back. The customer service there has declined. Neither person I talked to there had any concern for any of this. They must have too much business to care anymore.

Negative experience: I'm absolutely grateful for the last minute corsage on May 3rd, 2025, but disappointed it fell apart. $30 for it to only last for pictures.

Negative experience: Got in there and asked for my order For One one of the ladies was incredibly disrespectful Two they didn’t have my order and we called a week ahead Three when they made my order It was not what I ordered, and it was thrown together very quickly and did not look good. I love supporting local businesses, but I would not recommend going here

Fantastic experience: Flowers looked exactly like the picture of the bouquet I ordered online, no small feat- if you've ever ordered flowers online you know what I'm talking about. A little nerve wracking as I ordered 5 days in advance and had no communication with the company, but they got it delivered and the driver was nice. Thanks!

Negative experience: The worst customer service I have ever received. I live in Florida and was trying to send my niece flowers for her birthday. Unbeknownst to me , until I called the shop and spoke to, I believe her name is Rose, the order was canceled. She was rude and not at all helpful.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers on Valentine’s Day, they called me a few days before and tried to cancel my order. 1800flowers is a better option.

Fantastic experience: They made up a casket spray for us based upon some pics from their books with a fall theme. It was great and they delivered to the funeral home w/o issue. Reasonably priced and very friendly and helpful !

Fantastic experience: Best flowers in the Springs! The biology lab needed a specific variety of flowers for an experiment and not only were they able to get the exact thing we needed but went above and beyond to help us out. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Negative experience: Do not get flowers here!!! Bad quality! My husband sent me flowers and spent over a hundred dollars! Not worth it. Bad flower quality. Flowers were dying when they came in and It has not been a week and flowers are death. Do not shop here. Flowers from Walmart are better.

Fantastic experience: Best geraniums ever! I stopped by Platte Floral in May 2024 and visited the greenhouse. I bought the most beautiful geraniums that I've ever had for my patio pots. The prices were as good or better than other nurseries that I frequent in Denver and Colorado Springs, and the quality was far better than the Big Box Stores. I'll check it out again in 2025. My family has shopped at Platte Floral for decades and I always try to visit when I am in Colo Springs. Their table linens and table wares are always beautiful and unique. You will find wonderful gift items, too. Please visit them during the Holidays because their decorations and Christmas trees are magical!

Negative experience: Very mean phone operator. She pretended like it was my fault that the order SHE accepted was out of delivery range. Would rather order dead flowers from a grocery store before this place. The flowers I ordered came three days too late. Would like to see them close before I order again.

Fantastic experience: The greenhouse here is amazing! Great prices and selection of indoor plants. The lady working in the greenhouse (didn’t get her name) was very helpful and sweet. I will be back and recommend!

Negative experience: My daughter sent me some flowers for my Birthday and the white blooms were wrinkled and the edges were brown. They looked sad. Also, the note card was included along with ANOTHER one meant for someone else from her boyfriend expressing his apology and some other heartfelt sentiments. I hope Platte Floral caught this error and fixed it.

Negative experience: Caught on dashcam, the company van traveling on Academy Blvd in Colorado Springs, speeding through the construction zone, swerving around cars, tailgating and switching lanes on an intersection. What a way to promote the business. Dashcam footage will definitely be sent to the company.

Negative experience: Terrible Service and did not deliver on promised date. I ordered a couple days before Valentines Day and was promised delivery on that date. The delivery did not happen and they attempted to refuse a refund because they attempted to deliver after the business was closed. I called that day to confirm it would be delivered and they said they dont know and have no way of knowing. Terrible service and company. Made excuses when I called. Use another company and this is not the first time I had a bad experience with them.

Negative experience: Paid $130 for flowers to be delivered to my wife at work for Valentine’s Day and they never showed up. I called around 12pm to see what the status was and a woman picks up frustrated like I annoyed her saying “I don’t know, we have many deliveries going today it’s probably getting delivered now” Well here we are now it’s 6pm and my wife never received anything and I never been notified of anything of what happened with the flowers. Thanks Platte Floral!

Fantastic experience: THIS is why you shop local!!! I had to say goodbye to my little beagle after 15 years and my friend in New Jersey sent me flowers from Platte Floral. She had accidentally picked a bouquet with lilies. When I came home to the flowers on my doorstep, I thought I would have to give them to someone else since I have 3 house cats and every part of a lily is highly toxic to cats. I called Platte Floral and they were able to exchange the beautiful bouquet for one that was equally gorgeous but safe for me to bring inside in case the felines get to chewing on them. I was so grateful to have a local place to go and to be able to exchange the lovely flowers. From the phone call to my arrival, they were kind and professional. Thank you so very much, Platte Floral. The bright, beautiful flowers are bringing some sunshine into these difficult sad days for me.

Fantastic experience: Such a beautiful place, great for organic decor. They have dishes, interesting vases, wall art, and all kinds of gifts. Unusual Christmas ornaments and decorations at the right time of year. I even found African violets, which have been very hard to find.

Fantastic experience: Just ordered a beautiful arrangement and had it delivered same day. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about certain flowers in season, and offered great price points. They were very friendly and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Ordered and paid for flowers online to be delivered the next day. I get a call from the florist stating that I need to pay more money to have it delivered because the website is wrong. Oh and by the way they don't have the flowers I ordered. I understand the frustration as a business when things like this happen, however - it isn't the consumers fault. I tried discussing this with the lady I was speaking with, who continued to tell me I needed to pay more money to have my flowers delivered. I then asked to speak to the manager, was put on hold and then was told she would call me back. I am still waiting for a call and the shop is now closed...for the flowers I already paid for and needed delivered tomorrow. Very disappointing and terrible customer service.

Fantastic experience: Great selection of hanging plants.

Negative experience: Beware! I stopped by here today, as a plant lover. Shopping in the green house, was strange there was no one in site. No customers no employees checked in nothing. Cameras everywhere. Open til 530- approximately 430 I went to exit and purchase a plant and the door was LOCKED. I was inside! No other exit points except a locked garage door and the locked walk through door. Multiple calls to their business because I WAS STUCK IN THEIR GREENHOUSE. Finally someone answers the phone and comes and unlocks the door lets me out and says she can’t believe “she” as in another employee didn’t check for anyone before locking it. I have never ever been so terrified or in full blown panic as I was being literally LOCKED in this business’ GREENHOUSE. Not sure where in the world it is legally or “acceptable” to accidentally or intentionally LOCK a human being inside of a garage type greenhouse. What?!?!

Fantastic experience: The gals at platte floral made a boutonniere for my step daughters home coming date last minute. They were friendly, fast and affordable!

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous arrangements! I always order from here for special occasions. My husband orders from here for deliveries to my work and I always receive compliments from my coworkers on the size of the blooms. Love shopping local and the customer service is top notch.

Negative experience: Avoid this place. Their 800 number is a fake that is connected to a phishing scam for med supplies. They don't monitor their emails. Their 719 number has no voicemail- you can only contact them during their business hours. Their FB page is inactive but still sends out auto-replies when you message them, making it look like it's active. Customer service is terrible. They all pass the buck and deny responsibility, and lie. Wouldn't correct their error. Such a headache to deal with them.

Negative experience: The flowers I ordered for my sister looked nothing like the picture on their website. I called, emailed pictures and their resolution was to have my sister bring back the flowers to their shop for them to re-do them. Why would my sister go out of her way to bring the flowers back to your floral shop that YOU didn't do correctly?! Save your money and find a different florist! Melissa I.

Fantastic experience: It had been years since I visited the shop. My daughter and I loved it. Ideal gifts for your lady friends. Amazing selection of outdoor flower baskets and houseplants in the greenhouse in the back. We will definitely be going back.

Negative experience: I ordered an arrangement on their website for delivery for my mother. After placing the order, I didn't receive any kind of email confirmation or receipt. This led to me wondering if the order even went through. I called to confirm the order and the woman I spoke to couldn't even confirm for me because they use multiple third party sites for delivery. She just said to wait until the end of the business day and they should be delivered. My mom finally texts and says they arrived. But it would have been nice to receive some kind of receipt detailing what I bought and when it would be delivered. I don't think I'll be a returning customer after this experience...

Fantastic experience: Someone had an absolutely stunning bouquet delivered to me. The roses themselves exquisite in color: purple with darker tips along the edges, orange with also darker tips. They also continued to bloom beautifully. The purple not as well as the orange though. The bouquet itself was full, and arranged lovely. The case was nice, simple. Very happy with my "surprise". Definitely recommend! I'm sure whomever receives flowers from Platte floral will be equally impressed! (Also the delivery seemed to be on time according to who ordered them, they also mentioned the staff was friendly and helpful in helping him select a great bouquet)

Negative experience: Incredibly disrespectful customer service. The woman who I spoke to on Tuesday I believe was the same woman I just spoke to, when calling about why the flowers I ordered that were set for delivery yesterday, were not delivered. She tells me I was left a voicemail which I was not. I specifically put in my delivery notes to call me if there are issues. I am out of state so I’m less in control of seeing that what I spent good money makes it’s destination. Everyone is dealing with a lot, but it is absolutely unnecessary to be nasty to a paying customer when I’m asking questions about a product I purchased from your establishment. Get it together! Never ordering from y’all again.

Negative experience: My brother ordered a rose bouquet from this shop for my birthday. He paid over $100 for 18 roses. 13 roses were delivered. When he called to notify them, they said I can bring in my floral arrangement and they'll give me additional roses. They are located 8 miles away...why should I be inconvenienced for their obvious scam? Guess this is how they are dealing with inflation. Buyer beware.

Negative experience: Purchased an online order to be delivered to a loved one who lives in the Springs due to me living out of state. Not only did I not receive an email confirmation but they never confirmed that the order was delivered. My order was delivered however their driver delivered it to the wrong house. Long story short I was thankfully refunded. If you are doing an online order I do not recommend this place.

Negative experience: Ordered flowers yesterday to be delivered today. Over $100. No order confirmation email - no flowers delivered. I can't get any information about my order. I have a browser tab in my history entitled "Order confirmation" but it just takes me to their home page. Thanks for nothing. If I'd known the order didn't go through (I'm still not sure if it DID go through or not), I'd have ordered from somewhere else. Now I have to spend more money to get flowers to my mother while I figure out where my $100+ went at Platte Floral. AVOID.

Fantastic experience: Platte Floral is a fabulous place not only for gorgeous live plants but for unique gifts as well! Their Christmas Shoppe is the perfect place for "one of a kind" ornaments, beautiful linens for your table and the nicest assortment of decor for your home! I have lived in Colorado Springs for 9 years and only discovered this "treasure" this Christmas season. My new favorite place! Love it!

Negative experience: Lady called me backside they could not find the suite. I put the name of the company (on the door) and location. She became nasty and said I have two minutes to get her the suite. Then the delivery guy walked in, placed it in the closest table to the entrance and left. Did not deliver it to my Girlfriend on our anniversary. Now I looked and saw how bad the reviews are. Just sad and should shut down.

Negative experience: Nice selection of items if you don’t mind the rude staff. Went holiday shopping on Black Friday and found some BREAKABLE items I wanted to purchase;. I asked the cashier to hold them at the counter and she informed me with a condescending attitude that I’d have to put them in a shopping-carry basket. I overlooked it and continued shopping while carrying the items in my hands. I found other items and went to checkout. I waited for 15 minutes and didn’t see a single staff member so I put the items back and left disappointed. I believe in supporting local businesses and I was making a large $$ purchase. Sad to say I won’t be shopping there again.

Fantastic experience: I am from Mama Bears flowers i had the opportunity to stop by i called in advance for white roses no one else has them .the lady that helped me was so nice and frendly i recommend them all the time great place stop by..

Negative experience: Really disappointed was expecting a phone call from my wife about her flowers that got delivered well no phone call so I called Platte floral and was told they were just going to call me about a question with the address yes she said they wrote it down can we deliver tomorrow no her birthday is today so I can go pick up I do and expect to get my money back but nope since they tried and wrote the address down it was gas wasted is what I was told.

Fantastic experience: My sister sent a birthday arrangement to me from New Jersey. It is beautiful. The flower variety is wonderful and fresh. I love the ranunculas. So pretty. The delivery man was very thoughtful and left the flowers in a safe spot where we could see from our security cam since I wasn't home to accept the delivery.

Negative experience: Very unhappy with the sorry looking flowers they delivered to my my wife for a anniversary. I paid extra for the top tier option they had for this set of flowers and it looks like a child made it. I’ve used plenty other floral shops in the springs that always deliver amazing bouquets especially when you pay for the top option for size. This was $108. I could of got a nicer bouquet of flowers at the grocery store for $25. I will not be using this place ever again. I wish I would of seen the reviews of how poor of a job this place has done for so many people. Now I see why. If you are thinking of using this place for flowers please go elsewhere. Way over priced and the quality of work they do sad. $108 for this?? What a joke!!

Negative experience: Sent a deluxe bouquet to my sister to be delivered without seeing them as I live in Texas. Spent $100 for half of the flowers to be either dead or not even close to blooming yet. Upset that I paid the extra money for "better quality flowers" when that was far from the case. The main flowers were not even close to blooming and the greenery that was thrown in was covered with a bunch of dead leaves. I have ordered a $7 bouquet from Kroger that looked better than this. Very disappointed in quality and quantity.

Fantastic experience: I just love this place! They have so much more than you would expect! I love that they have floral arrangements for special occasions and lots of houseplants. Mark in the greenhouse is super helpful and knows his stuff!

Negative experience: I would use someone else. I ordered an arrangement for a family member's memorial service, since I live out of town and would not be able to attend. The arrangement is horrible and I'm a bit embarrassed! It looks like it is in an Easter basket straight out of the eighties! Whoever did the arrangement had no skills what so ever. Please use someone else and save yourself the heartache of spending good money on getting something awful!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service went in for a question about my plant got I repotted for free. Lady working the green house is amazing she will answer any questions. Coming back in the future.

Negative experience: Wow! So disappointed. I ordered the " Beautiful in blue " bouquet. No blue vase. No blue hydragena. Not nearly as full as the picture. I'm half embarrassed by what my sick friend received. No confirmation of order and no confirmation of delivery. Definitely won't do business with them in the future.

Negative experience: They charged $125 +$15 delivery for this "designer choice premium" arrangement. I have a problem with the quantity and quality of the flowers they used, and this is one of the worst arrangement I have seen, "designer" or not.

Negative experience: Bought their corsage for daughters first prom. Flowers were nice (nothing spectacular - better ones at King Soopers) and then the corsage repeatedly fell apart before we even arrived at prom. The ugly metal clasp they used failed. I called. Noone answers and no voicemail. I sent an email and four days later still no response. Even though they are in our neighborhood I will never use them again and suggest you don't either- unless you don't mind poor product, lousy customer service, and disappointment!

Negative experience: I called for a bouquet of solid Purple flowers for my Daughter's birthday. She received a mix bouquet of yellows, pinks (which she hates) and a tiny bit of lavender fill. Furious! And the only way to correct this was for my daughter to RETURN THE FLOWERS so they can throw them away and make her feel so special. And wait another day for the right ones!! The woman was soooo rude and uncaring! This place deserves no business!!!

Fantastic experience: Platte Floral has their own Greenhouse out back full of houseplants and a wide variety of Succulents and Cacti. Make sure you check it out!

Negative experience: Terrible experience with the order and product: 1. I received no email upon placing an order 2. I had no updates during the day of the requested delivery of the status (had to call in the afternoon to see if they even got my order) 3. The card on the flowers was handwritten, almost impossible to read. 4. Flowers were delivered and again, no updates from driver. 5. Bouquet is a mess, I ordered cheaper ones from other shops and were way more clean and elegant. There are alternatives..try other places. These guys don't know what they are doing.

Positive experience: A nice little greenhouse with a great selection. The greenhouse staff are usually polite and helpful, but the antique and flower staff have been crabby everytime I've gone.

Negative experience: My deployed husband se t flowers for vday. I wasn’t home and when I called at noon, they said I could come get them or wait until tomorrow LOL. There was 15 dollar delivery fee and really?! So I asked they they just leave them out front. Get another call and note to arrange for a different time. Call them they answer “platte flower” miserably. No thanks for calling, how may I help? We support our local businesses but not ones who don’t appreciate the business. thank you for ruining something that should have been special! Way to go.

Positive experience: Always have the perfect flowers for every occasion. Their prices are reasonable. My patronage is about supporting local businesses.

Negative experience: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My family and I have loved this store for years(40+ years), every year my family looks forward to picking out ornaments for our ornament exchange. Never have I ever be treated so poorly in an establishment. We were ignored by staff, treated like criminals despite the growing handful of items we were going to purchase. We were wrongfully profiled by the rude lady at the counter and unfortunately we will never return. I have literally recommended this flower shop to thousands of people over the years and sadly I will NEVER do that again.

Fantastic experience: Platte Floral provided the flowers for our wedding and wedding cake. They not only took on our wedding on short notice but the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Our wedding cake was exactly how I pictured it would be.

Negative experience: My sweet husband sent this $100 bouquet for our fifth wedding anniversary while he’s overseas. This is a sad excuse for such a chunk of money. We are much deserving of a full refund during this hard and lonely time. Why was there no effort?

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, that's what they would get! I walked in and no one greeted or acknowledged me. I walked around, so people making arrangements, a lady saw me and kept doing what she was doing. I was on there 10 mins and no one communicated with me at all. I left and came to He Loves Me Flowers and I had a fresh custom made arrangements! I will never do business with Platte Floral ever again!

Negative experience: Tried to order flowers for my mother’s birthday from another state and paid for them to be delivered same day to the school where she works. To ensure they arrived before her school got out, I called in the morning immediately after placing my order and was rudely told by Vicky that if it’s a school it would get there in time. So, I thanked her and I waited, during which time I get another call that they were out of the main flower in the arrangement I’d ordered, but I decided that it was no big deal and told them to go ahead and substitute another flower for it. Finally, 3:15 p.m. rolls around and I call back to ensure the flowers were delivered as I had not heard anything. I was hung up on once, and then when I called back, Vicky was incredibly rude to me and informed me that the truck was out for delivery and she had no clue if the flowers would be delivered in time. I reminded her we’d spoke in the morning to ensure they’d arrive at the school, and she essentially dismissed me with no apology and no amends or explanation other than their truck “makes 20 deliveries a day.” She also said “if they aren’t delivered today they’ll get there tomorrow,” even though it was a delivery for my mother’s birthday TODAY and I paid EXTRA for same day delivery. If you need quality, timely, friendly service - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Oh, I also spent almost $100 on the bouquet that I ordered that was late and missing flowers. Poor and sad.

Negative experience: I’m 71 and have lived in Colorado Springs all my life. I have used Platte Floral from the time I first began buying flowers. Today I stopped in to get flowers for my wife as we are celebrating our 42nd anniversary. I was the only customer in the store. The elderly lady that has been there obviously too long started to help me when all of a sudden a lady comes through the front door and the elderly lady says let me help so and so (she calls out her by name), she turns around and leaves me standing there while she starts helping the lady that just walked in. I couldn’t believe it - so I just walked out. I will never step foot in Platte Floral again.

Negative experience: Buying from this place was not worth it. I ordered a $65 bouquet online to be delivered the day before Mother's Day. The flowers showed up the day after, and they didn't call or email me about my order being late. When they arrived, they looked okay for the first 2-3 days, but after barely a week, a majority of the flowers were dry and wilting. This is sad coming from a florist shop, since before this, I recieved a grocery store bouquet that lasted 3 weeks. I understand that Mother's day is a busy time for plant stores, but a bouquet at this price should at least last longer than flowers from the grocery store. Overall, this was not worth the money.

Negative experience: Very over priced! The bouquet they sent looked nothing like the photo! I could have gone to soopers bought some flowers and thrown it in a vase too! And saved $ in the process. I mean they didn’t even put a ribbon around it or anything! Come on! Just because you’re busy doesn’t mean you can skip on quality of product! Never using them again!

Negative experience: Why isn't anyone at Platte Floral listening to the complaints and one star reviews? My sister who lives out of town, sent me an arrangement for my birthday. In four days the flowers are crisp and dry. The roses never opened. When I called, I got the very rude lady that apparently is giving horrible service to the other customers who have commented. Anyone listening? When I asked her if they guaranteed the freshness of their flowers, she responded by telling me that there's no way to tell how long the flowers have been there. I told her that I've had cut flowers from a grocery store last me well over a week and her response to me was "well then you must have a very green thumb if you can make flowers last that long". Really? Sooo rude. It's so incredibly sad that an establishment that has been around as long as Platte Floral doesn't want to do more to maintain a decent reputation. Apparently they don't care about poor reviews and customer satisfaction. Don't waste your time and money here.

Negative experience: I came home to a broken vase at my door and the flowers do not look like they will make it. Terrible delivery service ruined a very thoughtful gift.

Negative experience: I understand if the flowers are a little different than what is pictured online, but the basket was completely different. Pictured was a really pretty dark rectangular decorative wicker basket. What my mom got was an ugly dollar tree Easter basket with a handle and all (didn't send flowers for Easter - sent because she just lost her 98 year old aunt who she cared for until death). I can't believe how much money I spent for that. Do not order from this company - I promise you'll regret it. *update* I called the store and not only did she have a nasty attitude but she refusd to do anything for me, even with falsely advertising the basket. She said "I don't know what you want me to do but we don't give refunds" and had the audacity to blame it on the company Teleflora which is who their website is powered through...? Teleflora can't even find my order. So disappointing that a local company who I've had no problems with in the past is now scamming people. Way to take advantage of people going through grief. Also, to add one more piece of info - I put in my order at 8 am Colorado time so it was supposed to be delivered before noon, it wasn't delivered until 2 pm. Absolutely terrible company and ridiculous costumer service.

Fantastic experience: This business has been here longer than me very nice owner. Low prices last minute purchase for my Dad in hospital very bad way but plate floral helped make Easter sunday beautiful.

Negative experience: Did not receive the flower arrangement that was paid for, HORRIBLE customer service. Very rude employee. I kept being redirecting to contact their corporate (Teleflora) service provider when the quality of flowers and the quality of the bouquet that was delivered fell into their hands. $65 bouquet looks like a $30 bouquet with no greenery added.
