He Loves Me! Flowers

Negative experience: Disappointed… I received anniversary flowers yesterday, and by today a couple are already wilting. The balloon was flat before even making it 10 mins home, and the way the “Te amo” balloon was tied to the side of another balloon made the arrangement look poorly done and unprofessional. When the balloon wouldn’t stay afloat, my partner was told it was due to the added weight of the lettering on the aluminum balloon… but it was clear there was a small hole causing it to deflate. I understand it’s only a $6 balloon, but the overall experience was disappointing, especially given the occasion. I am sad.

Price was perfect for the amount of flowers and kinds of flowers, and even had an option to add a ribbon with a sweet saying and card. I had them create the bouquet based off of my budget and wanting it all white and green and it turned out stunning. Really grateful to them for handing delivery to the funeral home and going above and beyond for an occasion that’s hard. Thank you Emily!

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for my best friend and her husband for being reunited after his army deployment. I found out last minute that his return date was pushed back almost a week. He Loves Me Flowers had already made the bouquet to be delivered but due to the situation they sold that bouquet in the store and delivered fresh flowers when he returned from deployment. I really appreciated everything HLM Flowers did for our active military soldier. I highly recommend HLM Flowers not only for their beautiful flowers but for how they treat their customers too!

Fantastic experience: My first attempt with this business and they made an excellent first impression. I ordered from their website so I did not get to interact with their staff. I had select flowers delivered and they arrived with haste. The arrangement was beautiful and the same appearance as advertised. The health of the flowers looked great.

Negative experience: I stopped at this floral shop to buy flowers for my 7 year old daughter, and mentioned that I will be coming back next day for flowers for my wife. Unfortunately, the lady who was there made inappropriate comment implying the flowers were for a mistress which was completely uncalled for. Then when I paid with cash , she made another remark about closing her drawer, in a way that implied that I might be there to rob her .That comment made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I came in simply to support my a local business and do something kind for my family , but left feeling judge and disrespected. I hope management reminds staff that every customer deserves to be treated with respect, professionalism and basic courtesy- regardless of assumptions.

Fantastic experience: Can not say enough about He Loves Me! Flowers. Tammy went above and beyond to fulfill my request on an arrangement for my best friend. I live out of state and needed flowers delivered. Told her a couple things I wanted and she absolutely delivered, literally. After nailing it beautifully, she actually delivered the arrangement to her, herself, being down a delivery driver that day. And so personable. We need more people and businesses like He Loves Me! and Tammy. The world would run a little better. So thank you deeply, you put a smile on her face and mine. Will definitely be using you in the future.

Fantastic experience: I needed an arrangement for my husband's urn. I showed them a picture to give them an idea of what I wanted and was so pleased with the beautiful arrangement they made. It was so much better than anything I would have imagined. Also, I mentioned that I thought certain flowers didn't smell good (i.e. lillies), so they not only left out "smelly" flowers, but they included lovely fragrant roses. I could tell they put thought and great care in making the arrangement for me. It was so appreciated, especially during such a difficult time.

Negative experience: I’m extremely pissed off that I paid 80$ for this arrangement! All of these simple flowers I could have found at the grocery store and made it look the exact same or better. Insanely ridiculous how much everyone overcharges these days! If you need flowers done right! Pay me and I’ll make it better than this! Move on to another company or take the time and do it yourself which would have more heartfelt satisfaction!

Fantastic experience: Had a last minute request and desperately called He Loves Me Flowers and she was able to put something together for me within a few minutes and arrange for it to be delivered right away, so thankful I called!

Fantastic experience: So I was able to order the Valentine’s Day 2- Dozen roses with lilies a little over a week in advance which was super helpful. The ladies there were so helpful and even removed the parts of the lilies that are toxic to my wife’s cat! They even delivered them right to my door! The price was great. The flowers look and smell incredibly fresh! They have plenty of arrangements that you can just grab and go for those random “just because” flower surprises. This will be my Go-to flower place from now on.

They even went out of their way to deliver it in an area they usually don't deliver to. I will be using this company. Negative experience: Hours on the door don't match what's on Google. Fridge broken is a legit excuse for an early close, but there's no excuse for incorrect business hours being advertised. You can Google how to update your business hours.

Negative experience: Stuff was friendly, but the quality of the flowers were really bad. For the money I spent they gave way less, and it wasn’t even good.

Fantastic experience: Amazing floral presentation for every occasion

Negative experience: Let me start by saying the flower arrangement was perfect, however I ordered the arrangement to be sent on a specific day due to my best friend only teaches on certain days at the school. They delivered it on the incorrect day and she had to go to the school to retrieve it. When I called to question the delivery the lady acted like nothing was wrong and said she couldn't do anything about it. Wonderful arrangement but poor customer service. It was not fair that I had to pay delivery fees and my friend had to go pick up her own arrangement because of their mistake. The right thing to do would have been to refund that portion of the $129.00 order. They have alot to learn about organization and running a business.

Positive experience: I wanted to support this local small business instead of going through 1800 flowers, and I was so excited about their selection. My mom has texted me multiple times disappointed with her bouquet. The hydrangeas and smaller flowers didn’t last 12 hours, the roses started to die the next day before they opened up, Normally when I send a bouquet they last at least a few days. The presentation was beautiful but for 100$ they didn’t last more than 24 hours unfortunately.

Fantastic experience: We needed a corsage last minute. After calling nearly every florist in town, He Loves Me Flowers was the only one able/ willing to make it. It was a Saturday, and it didn’t even occur to me that they would close early. They actually waited for us to pick up the corsage 40 minutes after they closed! They definitely went above and beyond! And the corsage was beautiful!!

Negative experience: I had been using this store for awhile now and was happy with the service. Then, I had a last minute request for a same day delivery to a hospital. Hospital orders are hard to always know ahead of time because I was waiting to see if the patient was staying. This company said they couldn’t accommodate me as they stop taking same day orders at 10 Am. I called at noon. So, I found another florist who did it immediately, the flowers were nice and they have now won my business. Bad move “he loves me flowers” Sorry. Should have made an effort for a good customer. Didn’t even try. My new florist asked if it could be something they put together and not a custom. I said that would fine due to the last minute request. They delivered in less than two hours. Not the first time “he loves me flowers” disappointed. I had called once before on a Saturday and got the voice mail. Actually, an outgoing voice mail asking for a pin so I couldn’t even leave a message. I gave them another chance and waited to place my order that following Monday. But no More chances. .

Fantastic experience: We stopped in March 23 and the lady working the counter was so incredibly talented and knowledgeable about what she does, she showed us creations with succulents that absolutely blew our minds. The store was beautiful and she was so friendly, this is the best flower shop in the springs for sure

Fantastic experience: Called and spoke to Josh, he said they don’t have pink tulips bc theyre out of season but he’ll go to his wholesaler down the street RIGHT NOW to check if they have any. I explained that I liked yellow and just needed something to look forward to. Not only did they incorporate the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen, they included a small card to let me know they were thinking of me. This small gesture meant more to me than they maybe thought it would, and because of this extra thought into the delivery I know I will not order flowers from anywhere else. I can not recommend them enough.
