Negative experience: Maybe bouquet arrangements aren’t their strong suit . But for $107 this is beyond disappointing for a sweet 16th birthday . Kroger bouquets have presented better . I also requested no greenery. It just really shouldn’t have been that expensive for something to look so cheap . Sometimes you don’t get what you’ve paid for . I’m out of state otherwise this wouldn’t have been a thing but time constraints limited me to florists . My god this was so disappointing in presentation.

Fantastic experience: I sent flowers to the hospital. Between the time of my order and the time of delivery, she had been moved to a different room. Jessie, the delivery person, was told that she had been discharged. He didn’t just take that info and leave. He called me and I got a new room number from her daughter. He attempted to deliver again to the new room but the name on the flowers was different from the patient name so, again, Jessie did not give up and he called me again. I learned that I never knew her legal name so I called for the info and the flowers were delivered. Jessie went above and beyond!!

Having lived on 52nd street for several years, Posh Petals was a top contender for our florist. From the hand drawn drafts of my bouquet, hair piece, and centerpieces the floral designer was able to get to the heart of our wedding aesthetic. We drew inspiration from pussy willows and aster-- both of which were out of season-- yet faithfully, Posh Petals carried out our vision. Christian and Meredith were easy to work with and incredibly kind. We appreciated their help with delivery and set up at not one but two locations. We will definitely work with Posh Petals again.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding customer service. I called two days before mother's day, desperate for some orchids. Christian told me they didn't have any, but were expecting a delivery before noon. He called me back within 30 minutes, and I was able to pick up the orchids in less than 10. During the busiest time of their year, they found the time to call me back and make sure I had something for Mother's Day. 10/10 will shop with them exclusively.

Negative experience: We hired posh for our wedding and they were extremely unprofessional and rude. Were the flowers pretty, yes. Can you find pretty flowers and a nice staff to work with elsewhere? Absolutely. For the price you pay for their service you’d expect some professionalism and kindness on what should be nothing but a happy day.
