Negative experience: RUN far away from Bokay Florist. If I could give them NO stars, I would! I received both my bridal bouquet and the bridesmaid bouquets, and they were absolutely horrible. Starting with my bouquet it looked nothing like my inspiration photo(first picture) . My distinctive flower was supposed to be the anemone, yet when I received my bouquet it was so sparse that we had to add silk flowers ourselves just to make it look full (the flowers circled are the fake anemones added). That alone was unacceptable. The bridesmaid bouquets were just as bad—poorly designed and honestly ugly. I called on Saturday to see if my bouquet could be remade quickly, considering this was for my wedding, and no one was available to help. Colleen finally returned my call on Tuesday, and she was extremely rude. The lack of empathy, accountability, or care was shocking. These are memories I can never get back, and the way this situation was handled was incredibly disheartening. For a wedding vendor—where moments matter—this experience was beyond disappointing.

The bridal bouquet was bigger and better than anything I could have imagined...I had an idea in my head of what it would look like but I literally GASPED when I saw it in real life. We hired them to create the arrangements for our intimate ceremony and reception, and from the very first call, Carly knew exactly how to bring our vision to life. She asked all the right questions to truly understand what we wanted—bright summer colors, wildflowers, and sunflowers (my favorite). What Bokay delivered on the morning of our wedding absolutely exceeded my expectations. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the arrangements, and my bridal bouquet was so vibrant and full that it became the moment everything felt real—“OMG, I’m getting married!” Their flowers filled our day with color, joy, and warmth. Carly was punctual, handled setup flawlessly, and was incredibly kind and supportive during the wedding morning chaos. Bokay made everything feel easier and more magical. Negative experience: I am deeply disappointed. I wanted to support a small business but this is what I got. I ordered these flowers several days ago for my grandmother’s birthday tomorrow. I paid way too much money for how poor quality these flowers are. They’re already dried out and dying at the end of the flower. Next time, I’ll just go to Costco to spend less for better quality.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! Carly is so sweet and great to work with. Wedding florals are a big expense for a wedding and she worked with our budget and helped us figure out areas to cut costs. We went back and forth on creative ideas to bring our vision to life! She provided pictures and options which was greatly appreciated. Our wedding reception was at Laurel Hall, where we went with vibrant, pink/sunset florals throughout. They nailed our vision for the sweetheart table and the florals at all of the tables looked great. The colorful boutonniere's were a hit! I ended up preserving my florals because of how great they looked.

Negative experience: Birthday flowers ordered but anniversary flowers sent. Called and was told the anniversary flowers were such a much higher value to just keep them?!!! What kind of business does this? Who got the birthday flowers?

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers from Texas for a friend in Indiana, and Bokay Florist made the whole process effortless. They were kind, quick to respond, and the flower were absolutely beautiful! Whenever we need flowers for friends or family in Indiana, Bokay Florist will be our go-to!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using their services for a few years now and have been very satisfied. The flowers delivered are not always as shown but they still use beautiful, fresh flowers of equal value. I’ve had other florists replace them with carnations or other filler flowers. My last bouquet was absolutely gorgeous. It was for my daughter’s birthday and she loved them. They really do a great job and their prices are very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: We used Bokay for our wedding florals and they were so beautiful and perfect! I was able to send them what I was envisioning and they did an amazing job creating my vision for our bouquets and table pieces. They were even able to include pieces of my mom's and grandma's wedding dresses in my bouquet which made it even more special. They made the process so easy and set up all the florals for us, they made the space beautiful and we never had to worry about a thing! Would highly recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Bokay and their partnership for my wedding last year. Going in to wedding, I didn’t have flowers as my main priority and Zach + team listened to what I liked/didn’t like, created various options itemized so we could play around with budget, and listened to me so well with back and forth on inspo photos. It all ended up with gorgeous florals for my March wedding that brought so much life to my photos and space. I was seriously blown away when they were delivered and here I was thinking I wasn’t a big flower girl! My bouquet lasted all day and then some and was the perfect accessory all day. Negative experience: Ordered for a funeral. Flowers were mostly dead. I guess the happy occasions get the live flowers. We called your shop on Monday. The person who answered the phone simply said, “Okay, we’ll refund the person who sent them.” How about, “I’m so sorry!” There was no sympathy there. Very sad.

Fantastic experience: Bokay created florals that absolutely blew us away. They made our vision not only come to life but exceeded all expectations. They truly made my wedding look better than I could have imagined in my wildest dreams. There were so many guests that frequently told us that these were the best florals they had seen in a wedding. The florals were gorgeous and held up all night. (and even today, 4 days later as they look beautiful on my kitchen counter for display) Personally, I preferred a wildflower vibe with mixed florals, cacti, and greenery with heavy candles. They managed to create this in the most incredible way from my wedding backdrop, to the entry way, to my gorgeous dining table center pieces, to even tiny details all around each event room. Specifically, I had the privilege of working with Zack a majority of the time and he was fantastic. He looked at my pinterest boards, heard my vision during our meeting, and knew exactly what I wanted. There were multiple adjustments I made with things last minute due to seating/tables and they were extremely attentive and accommodating. I cannot recommend Bokay enough for their hard work and spectacular florals. I am so grateful for Bokay and all they did to create my perfect wedding.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful flowers. Second (or third time) ordering from Bokay. They never disappoint. The arrangement is beautiful.

Negative experience: Met with someone to discuss possible options for our wedding. Was never told there was a rush or that we needed to pay to hold our date, they couldn’t even get the quote to us for “2-3 weeks”. They send us a very informal, cookie cutter email 4 days later saying they were now booked on that date. Lack of transparency and communication can leave you out to dry.

Fantastic experience: We were extremely pleased with our service from Bokay Florist for our wedding during the total solar eclipse! Our experience with Bokay was nothing but positive, and made for easy and genuinely enjoyable planning from start to finish. We shopped around quite a bit for florists in the Indianapolis area, but it was Bokay that stood out to us due to their excellent service, impressive knowledge, and willingness to listen and work with us on our budget. After our initial video consultation, we met with Zach in person and set up a first draft of the proposal. Zach himself was a delight to work with throughout and helped us figure out exactly what to use to create the wedding of our dreams. The deposit was very reasonable and a second meeting was scheduled to fine-tune the details closer to our date. We had a much better idea of what we wanted by the time of that second conference, and Bokay helped us easily adjust from our initial estimates to our final plans. They were even willing to make a few last-minute additions in the week leading up to our wedding. On the day of our event Bokay showed up exactly 2 hours early as planned and delivered/setup our incredible arrangements. Seeing those astounding flowers and greenery being integrated into our venue was breathtaking and made us overjoyed with our decision to go with them as our florist! Our guests were as amazed as we were and we received many compliments on our flowers both during and after the wedding. We can't recommend Bokay Florst enough! Thank you to Zach and everyone at Bokay for creating the beautiful scenery on the best day of our lives!!!

Negative experience: Over priced bouquet my husband got me ruined my summer. I am a teacher and for teacher appreciation week in May he ordered me flowers from Bokay. I have my degree in horticulture and entomology and believe their products to be overpriced for what you actually get, (I did not choose them for my wedding) but my husband insists upon buying from this shop. This recent bouquet brought some friends into my house with it. So much for appreciation, I’ve spent my whole summer off fighting fruit flies that started showing up day two of having this arrangement sitting on my table. My husband WILL be letting me arrange my own damn flowers from here on out. Thanks for ruining my break from 100 bratty kids, Bokay! Also; your top tier bouquet was no match to your low tier bouquet, which I’ve preferred many times. Your advertisements are false and your small and large lily arrangements actually suck beyond belief for the price- again coming from someone who went to a top school in the industry… y’all should be ashamed.

Fantastic experience: I loved working with Bokay for my June wedding! Zach was very kind during my planning meetings and took time to understand my vision for the day and florals. Peonies are my favorite flower and the reason I got married in June was so they would still be in season. So I was thrilled that the muted pink roses/white peonies/sage of my inspiration board came together beautifully! They also made a stunning display for the hanging ladder above the head table and for the wooden cross at the ceremony. They delivered the florals early and quickly and I received many comments during my wedding that guests couldn’t believe they were real with how lush and fresh everything was! Would trust them again for any floral needs <3

Positive experience: The flowers were beautiful and really made my venue decorations pop. our only complaint is that we reported an allergy to roses. We understand that our preferred flower, tulips, were not yet in full bloom this year, but some tulips in our decorations (specifically the boutonnieres) were replaced with roses despite the allergy. It did not end up impacting our celebration, and the bouquets were truly beautiful, and even larger than expected, but we do wish they were able to cater to our allergy. Overall, we do absolutely recommend Bokay Florist

Negative experience: I don’t usually do this but I think it might help for future brides. I admired the level of professionalism of this place. They heard my vision and ideas for the wedding. It is important to point that this place requires exclusivity, which I was okay with. However, I tried to talked with them to understand what is included in the exclusivity agreement to understand what can I do and what I can’t do. I’m not originally from the US, so I am not used to how somethings work in this country. I reached out to them and talked by phone, just to have an idea of their agreement and how should I follow it. I wanted to know if their exclusivity was only for flowers or other types of decorations like candles, to better have an idea of what we should decide. However, their response was we either do the wedding or no, and my questions were not answered. I wanted to understand more because I was considering to work with them. However, when I called them, their response was: it seems we are not the florist for you so bye take care. As a costumer, I just wanted to know more about their work and how can adjust to their requests, but I was immediately shut down and said it’s better for me not to work with them. I am really sad because I did wanted to work with them, they were awesome at listening to me during the consultations. However, they were not great at answering questions that will help me understand how their work and how I can adhere to their guidelines.

Fantastic experience: As an event planner, I always love working with Bokay because they are so talented & kind. Now I can say that they are wonderful to work with as a bride, too! I got married this past July and had all of my personal flowers, cake flowers, and detail flowers through Bokay. Zach brought my vision to life and created beautiful bouquets for a very reasonable price! Everything was perfect!

Positive experience: The reason for the 3 star review has nothing to do with the breathtaking flowers provided by bokay but the lack of communication on the most important day of my life. The communication, attentiveness, and professionalism was phenomenal up until the BIG day. Bokay was on the schedule to arrive at 12pm. At 1:30pm unbeknownst to me (the bride) my Wedding Planner had called without response over 30 times. She eventually had someone show up at the shop to see what was going on. They acknowledged that they were running late at that point but never made a single effort to reach out to us to let us know they were over 2 hours behind (as the venue was 50 min away)! All of my bridesmaids, wedding planner and my mother were in shambles as they tried to think of a “back up” alternative. We were told that their phone system was down but with the access we have to email, text message, cellphones there is absolutely no reason why we were not contacted prior to the expected arrival time. Because of the extreme delay and lack of communication, parts of my wedding video are flowerless. We had the videographer and photographer ready to take shots and clips well before the guests arrived expecting the florals to be in place. They were still working on getting everything up in the background while we were taking pictures. I will say, the flowers could not have been more beautiful and everything I wanted but the lack of communication on my wedding day made for a VERY anxious bride. The first thing I said to my husband after our first look was “the florist didn’t show”. It definitely made for a roller coaster of emotions on an already emotional day. Again, the only complaint here is communication. Other than that, the flowers were up and installed before the ceremony and they were incredible. Thanks!

Negative experience: Awful! I received a half dead sunflower and carnation…why would you let something that looks that dreadful leave your business and leave your name on it? Made an already sad time even more depressing by receiving dead flowers. Shameful.
