Negative experience: I got a corsage and boutonniere last weekend for prom, and as soon as we took the corsage out of the box, the flowers immediately fell off. Do not recommend.

I literally ordered flowers for her around 10PM online and the flowers were delivered the next morning! And to me, the most important thing is that the flowers looked EXACTLY like what I ordered! I asked for something similar to a photo on yelp, pinks, whites and green and they turned out even better. They smell amazing too. Negative experience: Disappointed with their customer service skills. I have only used their services once before, but never will in the future. I walked in around March inquiring about 3 bouquets to be done in May for my wedding. All 3 white roses with eucalyptus and baby's-breath. I was immediately shot down for my request once they heard me ask. Not even by the person I was talking to, just by the person behind them working on a bouquet. She gave the reason of "No, we will have too many orders for Mother's Day and good luck trying to find a place to accomodate me that close to mothers day" Yes, my wedding was the day before Mother's day. But I was inquiring 3 months ahead and was only asking for 3 bouquets of roses which really would of been the equivalent to what you'd gift your mother, very simple. I've been pondering this for months and finally thought it was time for a review. A simple "No, unfortunately we can't accommodate wedding bouquets around that time" would of sufficed. Too bad they were rude. I had a good experience with them a few years prior but oh well.

The staff is friendly, skilled, and extraordinarily accommodating. Considering the quality, quantity, and variety of flowers; they are very reasonably priced too. This order was made online and they also took note of request to deliver after 11 am. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is my first Google review. Tatum flowers has been delivering flowers to me from last five years. Flowers are always exceptionally good and arrangements look so pretty. Yesterday I called the shop as Flowers from one of my arrangements were not doing well. The owner Carol insisted to send me a bouquet of new flowers. The bouquet arrived today and it’s beautiful! From owner to florist to drivers this is a beautiful place as they are spreading kindness and joy to customers.

The flowers arrived the day after I ordered - right on time and delivered just as I had scheduled! The flowers are beautiful and my friend was so happy! She sent photos showing the beautiful colors and variety in the arrangement. The Tropicana Roses and Gerber Daisies are so pretty!
