Positive experience: The first floral arrangement my husband bought from here did not include the peonies it had advertised. We called and spoke with someone and he said that he would resolve the problem and call us back. We never received a call back. This Valentine’s Day my husband ordered another rose arrangement and the flowers are not the best quality. Both arrangements did not last long even with following the care instructions. Spending $300 on arrangements should be a better experience.

I had these delivered to her work (a hospital) and we all know how that delivery can go but the did an excellent job getting the to the correct floor and location. Fantastic experience: Stellar. I live out of state and needed an arrangement that would impress on its own in the absence of a bottle of wine or additional gift. I found NovaPetal on Reddit, ordered at 2:21, and they had them there by 6:30. My only regret is not ordering the XXL instead of the XL. Recipient shared how one of her friends sent a picture of the arrangement to their boyfriend and said “step it up please”. NovaPetal is the standard all flower shops should aspire to reach. Also, bonus points for their Instagram reels being hilarious.

Every single time I’ve ordered flowers in the past, what you see online and what is actually delivered are two completely different things. What is delivered is always lacking. With Nova Petal, what you see online is actually what you get! A stunning arrangement! My only suggestion would be to showcase the arrangements in all their sizes. Whether you’re ordering the small medium or large or extra large arrangement, all the photos look the same. It would be nice if there were a photos of each size, the small and medium and larger arrangements so that you know exactly what the smaller arrangements will look like too. That would be very helpful when you’re trying to make a decision on size.

The only inappropriate thing was the receipt got printed and delivered with the flowers, letting my mom know the price. It’s not a big deal but just like you buy someone a gift and you don’t keep the original receipt in the bag. I already had it through email when I ordered, so this made me a bit disappointed and surprised because I ordered my mom a flower every year and it is the first time the receipt comes together.

Negative experience: I ordered online and it looks like they only included half the amount of the flowers that were pictured online. Maybe clearly label the sizes of each arrangement online so it's clear what we can expect to receive. For the record, I paid $200 for the arrangement.
