Positive experience: I ordered flowers and a birthday balloon the same day as I needed it delivered. It got delivered a lot quicker than I expected, within a couple hours, which is awesome. The flowers were beautiful but the balloon was completely flat and deflated. It almost looked like it was blown up a month ago and deflated or was never even blown up.

Fantastic experience: Last Saturday morning I picked up the flower arrangements I ordered for the baby shower I hosted for my son and DIL. The arrangement I brought home for myself afterwards still looks just as great as the morning I picked them up -- 5 days later!

Positive experience: The roses were beautiful! I have to give a 3 because we were celebrating our 35 year anniversary and I had ordered 3 dozen red roses per the item I selected on the website. When my husband received them and sent the pic, I noticed there were only 24. I called and they offered to deliver the last dozen l, however for me that took away the whole experience of being surprised with 36. Customer service was excellent but I was just so disappointed in the overall surprise being ruined. I also received the credit for the missed dozen.

Negative experience: I know Feb 14 is probably the highest volume day of the year, and the focus is red roses, but my (favorite) white roses didn’t even make it through the night. The arrangement was beautiful, but it was short-lived. Probably best to surprise with flowers on any other day of the year.

Fantastic experience: I was a ball of stress when we went into Cactus Flower for a consultation with Corrina for our wedding floral arrangements. I believe my exact words to her were "I have no idea what I'm doing." She did a phenomenal job walking us through different options and creating arrangements that suited our style and needs for our wedding. She even made measurements to estimate the size of the bouquet so that it would look proportional with the design of my dress. On the day of, they arrived on time, set everything up, and it looked gorgeous. I absolutely loved the arrangements, especially my bouquet. It was a pleasure working with them.

Negative experience: My husband and I visited Cactus Flower to buy a bouquet for a friend. We’re visiting from out of the country, and I was excited to show him my childhood florist, but unfortunately, the experience was a real disappointment. The woman who helped us was noticeably rude and unenthusiastic from the start. We asked for a custom bouquet with a $100 budget, and while we selected the flowers, we were met with impatient looks. After she wrapped the bouquet, I asked if we could please have a vase. She then cut the stems short and placed the arrangement in a large vase, leaving it completely disproportionate. When I asked for a smaller vase (since the stems were already cut so short), it felt like an inconvenience to her. The final arrangement was poorly done, lacked any professional touch, and honestly looked like something we could have purchased across the street at the grocery store for a fraction of the price. It was such an unfortunate experience, especially given the sentimental reason behind our visit. We left feeling disappointed and ripped off.

Fantastic experience: Just like the song is titled - “Beautifully and Wonderfully Made.” I can’t think of a better way to describe every single touch of florals and greenery that @cactusflowerflorists brought to my wedding. Out of all the wedding planning elements, I found the floral arrangements to be the most intimidating, as I don’t consider myself particularly creative in that area, and I really didn’t have a lot to contribute to the conversation. The only thing I knew I wanted when it came to flowers was for there to be a lot of texture; almost a “messy” look. But I wasn’t sure if I was conveying that thought in the best way. However, Cactus Flower Florists made the process seamless and (as is a trend with the vendors I chose for my wedding) they far exceeded anything I pictured in my head. All I had to do was send Corrina and Dani the mood board created by my wedding planner, and they took it from there, transforming my ideas into a breathtaking reality. Every detail was executed perfectly, and the florals and greenery were absolutely stunning. When the staff got onsite, they were a well-oiled machine. The bud vases dispersed throughout the reception area were the simplest, yet perfect touch. The pocket boutonnières for the groomsmen and fathers were perfect, and the corsages for the mothers were flawless. They even added some special personal touches that meant a lot to me - including making the wristlets out of pearls; a nod to my late grandmother. I was so in love with my bouquet that when I sent it off to be pressed and preserved, I felt a little heartbroken to part with such a beautiful piece. Cactus Flower Florists truly captured the essence of my vision and exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a florist who can bring your dream wedding look to life, or even any event you have - I highly recommend Cactus Flower Florists. ☀️

Fantastic experience: I promised my Fiance that I would order him Mom flowers for her Birthday, and I totally forgot until the day of!!! I also didn't know she wasn't home, and I didn't put a special note to let them know they could leave them at the front door...so I called the shop and talked to Jonathan he stated they already made an attempt and would try again for tomorrow morning. Well...that really put me in a bad situation because I promised my Fiance they would be there today. I asked Jonathan if there was any way they could try again today, he spoke to the Delivery Manager and Bless Jonathan he is going to make sure they will be delivered today!!! Negative experience: My recent experience with Cactus Flowers for Mother's Day was incredibly disappointing. I am a longstanding customer of their Scottsdale store, I had high expectations for their service, but unfortunately, they fell short in every aspect. Despite placing my order directly with the store and providing clear instructions for the arrangement and delivery, the delivery attempts took two days and were unsuccessful. What was worse is that no effort was made to communicate the delivery issues and the staff was unapologetic and actually rude! A simple "i'm so sorry, how can we fix this" would have done the trick. It was only after massive efforts with someone at the shop finally helped. However, this came far too late, and the damage had already been done. To make this worse, the flower arrangement was disappointingly basic and unattractive, falling far below the standard I have come to expect from Cactus Flowers. Perhaps this was a hiccup b/c they are usually really very good but the level of frustration and disappointment that I experienced needed to be noted.

Fantastic experience: We recently used Cactus Flower Florists for our wedding in March and WOW, I cannot sing their praises enough!!! Corrina was exceptional to work with and not only helped me brainstorm ideas to make the most of our budget, but went above and beyond to be sure everything we hoped for was taken care of on our big day! From the bridal bouquet, arch flowers, centerpieces, and wristlets (SO cute with a pearl band)...everything was perfect!! Cannot recommend them enough! And a HUGE thank you to Corrina for all her help along the way!! :)

Fantastic experience: Been here before and looking here again for another order to a loved one and am back because the impression was so great and another person commented that this place is family owned and operated, established in 1972, well so, if true, means we were both born on the same year, we'll be both 52 this year and that's got to say something.

Negative experience: Use them all the time for flowers and the prices keep going up and the quality of flowers keeps going down. Just spent $155.00 for roses and they look like they have been sitting outside. The roses are all opened and look terrible.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Cactus Flower, Corrina Chavez and the Design Staff- I met with Corrina a few months prior to my wedding at Desert Foothills Events with a few ideas but she really helped me clarify and design my dream day! Corrina was cognizant of my budget, was extremely detail oriented and followed up consistently (admittedly keeping me on schedule too!). Cactus Flower transformed my barn venue into a gorgeous, timeless masterpiece! Thanks, Cactus Flower!

Fantastic experience: Stop ordering flowers from Costco and 800flowers or whatever! You will never get your money’s worth like you will from Cactus Flower!! They have the best service and the quality of their arrangements is far better than the run of the mill online giants. I have used them for years, including my wedding 19 years ago, and any time I need a thank you arrangement, birthday or sympathy arrangement. The flowers last SO long and are beautiful. Delivery is reliable and communicative. I cannot recommend them enough. Store is very cute too and they are so helpful in there if you want to grab and go with a sweet gift in hand. Cactus Flower is the best!!

Negative experience: I ordered a plant today for my daughter and it literally was delivered in a red plastic container that you would get from Home Depot. I could have gone to Home Depot, bought a plant, delivered it to her and saved myself $75.00! I often order flowers and I’ve never been so disappointed and embarrassed when the recipient got them than I was today. I will be looking for another florist in Scottsdale.

Negative experience: My daughter, an RN, who I have not seen for a long time, sent me me a bouquet for Mother’s Day. She contacted Cactus Flower based on its positive reviews. Cactus Flower charged her $100.00 for an 11 inch bouquet of three over the hill roses and two hydrangea. When I sent her the photo she was so sad and I was shocked that she was charged $100 for $10.00 worth of flowers, a $1.50 vase and maybe 10 minutes of time. My daughter works three hours to earn $100. Cactus Flower spoiled Mother’s Day for my daughter. I appreciated her gift but am so angry at the exploitation. Shame on you Cactus Flower. Follow up. My daughter contacted Cactus Flowers and spoke to Lisa. Lisa apologized, asked for a photo of the tiny bouquet and offered to refund the $100.00.

Negative experience: I looked up where to get a corsage, found this place, saw they did online ordering AND had a pretty white corsage with 4 roses in it. Paid 30$ (not cheap) and got the saddest most underwhelming thing I've ever seen. 4 tiny little roses for 30$. Now I have to buy a new one because what kind of man would I be giving my date this abomination of a corsage. Thank you for ruining prom :(

Negative experience: I ordered the Premium Classic Every Day bouquet.(2nd choice: as similar as possible) It showed bold bright colors in a glass vase. What was received was a pale pastel bouquet arranged in a green flower box. It was truly disappointing to see the huge difference in the bouquet shown on the website vs. what was received. I order flowers at least twice a week for different areas. The price for this bouquet is very high for what was received. I would not recommend this florist.

Fantastic experience: I ordered same day delivery for flowers to send my partner’s family due to the loss of their family dog. I ordered the flowers around 11:00am, and they were prepared and delivered by 2:00pm same day. They have a lot of arrangements to choose from, and they are so efficient. I’ll be using them in the future!
