I've only had two issues over the 10 years (1 an incorrect arrangement delivered, 2nd the flower count was off by 2). Cherrie and her team responded quickly and resolve the issue immediately. They go above and beyond to make things right. I'm very happy with the quality of flowers, the creativity of the arrangements, the delivery service and the stellar customer service. Negative experience: Stopped by yesterday and probably won’t be back. I understand that people are tired and there’s a lot to do during the holidays but they need to work on their customer service here. Not the same anymore.

Negative experience: Been to this florist many times over the years. Always had a wonderful selection and was always treated great. But not today. I was waiting to get a bouquet together. The cashier asked me what I was looking for, before uttering a word, she was helping another gentleman who arrived several minutes after I did. She continued to assist the other customer completely forgetting about me. I figured my business wasnt needed or wanted and just walked out. Ive deleted my previous review and will no longer be utilizing this business. Shame.

Negative experience: Walked in and was greeted by a large doberman pinscher dog at the door which shocked me, though the dog was friendly I didn’t expect that nonetheless. I went in to see if they had any species of Venus fly traps, the elderly lady sitting at the desk (I think she’s an owner or manager, the women working there in the back cutting flowers or something were pleasant towards me and I was speaking to them and not the woman at the desk anyway) states to me “that’s a supermarket thing”.. I said no I’ve bought them from Lowe’s and Home Depot and she states “well go buy them from there”. I was going to look around and shop there but was quickly deterred by the Rude little women with a little store and left. The store looks more like a flea market than a floral store. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this “establishment”

Fantastic experience: Thoroughly impressed with this flower shop. I stopped in looking for some flowers for my wife for our anniversary, and didn’t see any pre-made bouquets that quite fit her. After talking with the staff about my wife’s flower preferences, they asked me to stop by in a half hour for a custom bouquet. When I returned, I was presented with an absolutely perfect arrangement. Positive experience: I’ve used the shop multiple times, and I’m generally very satisfied. 4 stars because of the quality of the arrangements, but one star off on delivery. (my first time using the service). My order didn’t even leave the shop until 24 hours after it was placed. In fairness to the establishment, I should have read the details regarding delivery service and its limitations (which are well noted on the website). So word to the wise, this would not be good if you’re waiting for flowers on the day of your wedding anniversary and were hoping to do other things.

Negative experience: An absolute nightmare... No more than a Nightmare. Stepping into this establishment was an experience no customer should have to deal with. I came in asking if they sold any other types of orchids than Phalaenopsis but was rudely cut off and denied by seemingly the owner of the place, an older woman by the name “Sherry” or “Cherry” I couldn’t quite tell. I looked for other plants to buy as a gift but was disturbed by a putrid smell. Many plants were overwatered and beginning to rot from the base, especially the succulents and African violets. I was in a hurry, so I took the best looking tillandsia I could find out of the other ones yet it still had many dead leaves at the base. When the owner was ringing it up for me, I tried to be polite with small talk but was spoken rudely to in return. She then turned to two employees and rudely shut them down as they were trying to ask her a question. Saying “how much her feet hurt and that they were making it worse.” When I came home, the tillandsia I had just purchased simply fell apart from inside rot. Rude and condescending owner, pricey but poorly taken care of plants, awful customer service from the owner, and employees didn’t seem to be treated well either. Money wasted. This was all from a visit a few months ago.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed the Wreath of beautiful flowers that was made for the Celebration Service, the owner took special care, and the Wreath stayed fresh for several days. The service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. I was very satisfied.

Fantastic experience: We bought a spray from Cherry Blossoms for my grandmother’s funeral and the arrangement was beautiful. Working with Cherry Blossoms was a wonderful experience. She was responsive and reached out to ask questions about anything that came up to make sure that I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this local business!

Fantastic experience: I've used Cherry Blossoms Florist twice now, and they will be my go-to florist for the Westminster/Broomfield area! The bouquets are unique, and best of all, the flowers last a long time. The delivery service was perfect, and the gentleman who delivered the flowers to my senior parents was very patient and kind. I had a bouquet delivered to my mom for Mother's Day, and she told me that it was the most beautiful she had ever seen, which says a lot coming from a 79-year-old!

Fantastic experience: I recently discovered Cherry Blossoms Florist after living nearby for a long time. Upon entering the shop I immediately knew I had come to the right place! It was filled with beautiful arrangements and flowers in all kinds of configurations. I am flower illiterate and I knew Cherrie was the perfect person to help me. I felt comfortable and confident immediately as she guided me and my son through the process of selecting the perfect arrangement for my mother’s services as well as the perfect boutonnières for the occasion. It was absolutely gorgeous and we received many compliments. It was an arrangement that was worthy of the wonderful mother and grandmother it was intended for! I am so happy and grateful to have found her and her shop! (I wish I could have included a photo of the arrangement but I was unable to for some unknown reason.)

Fantastic experience: Needed a last minute bouquet of some very specific colors and I was not disappointed! From the moment I walked in, the women working there listened to my needs, gave me lots of options and advice when I needed it, and all at a VERY reasonable price. Even one of the owners(?) was there and said she travels all over central and South America to the farms growing the flowers so she knows exactly what she’s getting, and the effort shows. Everything in their shop was bright and beautiful. I am not usually in this area, but in the future I know I’ll be making special trips to this perfect little shop for all my flower needs!

Fantastic experience: I'm writing this wonderful review of Cherry Blossoms Florist for my mom, Flo Hess, as she isn't as familiar with how to do this! She is the one that called this order in last week for a family funeral that was to be on Friday. She talked to the owner, who she said was extremely courteous and eager to please. She went out of her way to make sure the exact color plant she wanted was available! The plants were absolutely GORGEOUS, (she ordered one from me as well) and she really appreciated that they called her Friday morning, letting her know that they were delivered to the funeral home already! It took all the worry from my mom! This is the kind of experience you can expect from this local, family owned business! Thank you, Cherry Blossoms Florist, for making this so easy in such a hard time. We will definitely be using you for all of our needs in the future!

Negative experience: Customer service is non-existent. The owner was condescending and rude. I was in the middle of talking, and she just walked away from me. That's not how you treat paying customers. Listen, if you don't have a friendly dog, maybe don't have it in a public flower shop. I will not be returning. I will gladly spend $500 on another small business flower shop that values and appreciates their customers.

Fantastic experience: I've been shopping at Cherry Blossoms for over a decade. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The flowers last for weeks and weeks when well kept. There is not a better shop in the area. As long as it's not the day of or day before a holiday you can usually go and pick your own stems for a personal bouquet but they have gorgeous arrangements ready to go also. Highly recommend!!

Negative experience: Customer service is non existent. I just paid over $150 on a Mother’s Day bouquet and the staff was condescending and rude. They had no pick and go bouquets (slim pickings) and prioritized orders. I have been coming to this establishment for many years and sadly the poor customer service is consistent. They act like the flowers are gold and treat the customer like garbage. they act like they are doing you a favor, and even though the bouquets are beautiful, I will not be returning. I will gladly spend 150 at another small business that values and appreciates their customers.

We have been using Cherry Blossoms for at least 25 years. They have never disappointed and have always gone over and beyond. Everyone at the funeral commented on the arrangements and wanted to know where I had gotten the flowers. You will never be disappointed with any arrangement that they do.

Negative experience: UPDATE: I am editing my previous 5 star review after having such a recent terrible experience with this florist. I returned to this florist for my mother’s memorial flowers and their customer service was beyond awful. When we visited the store to inquire about memorial arrangements, not only was there a lack of compassion and sympathy, the owner was downright rude. She insulted my sister, telling her now is not the time to break down and she needed to pull it together. We took our business elsewhere and let the incident go. However, when people from out of town sent flowers through this company, we had to deal with the same passive aggressive and disrespectful behavior. They did not know it was the same family and were well aware they were delivering memorial flowers so one would expect some human decency. Having to deal with such disdain is unacceptable. The service is absolutely appalling and we will never be using this florist again! May 2022: I last minute decided to order flowers for Mother’s Day. I looked at various local florists and liked Cherry Blossoms the best. But the website clearly stated they could not be delivered until Monday. I decided a day late was ok because I liked their arrangements so much better. To my surprise, they were delivered on Mother’s Day without me even asking. Great delivery service and a gorgeous arrangement that my mom loved!

Fantastic experience: Ordered 3 dozen long stem roses for my girlfriend’s birthday. Absolutely beautiful. They lasted two weeks, with changing the water every day, before they even started to wilt. And even at the first sign of them wilting they still look good.

We chose her to do our wedding flowers and she not only created absolutely STUNNING arrangements, she visited the venues we were using multiple times to make sure she got it right. The result was absolutely legendary, so much so that a family member who has been planning corporate events for almost 40 years said she has never seen more beautiful arrangements at any event ever! I had a few special requests that they filled to perfection and even took the time to send me photo texts before delivering. Their website was easy to navigate. The best part is that my sister can't stop sending me pictures and videos. She said the flowers are super-fresh and smell wonderful! Fantastic experience: Ordered arrangement for my sister-in-law's birthday - Butterfly Garden Arrangement - it was spectacular!! Ordered it first thing in the morning and it was delivered early afternoon. It was absolutely gorgeous and the birthday Lady LOVED it. Fantastic experience: I received a bouquet from Cherry Blossom Florist as a gift and I couldn't be happier with it! The delivery person was so nice and the bouquet was gorgeous. Perfect mix of flowers that have already bloomed, as well as some buds that I can look forward to watching them bloom.
