Fantastic experience: Excellent service! I had never used this florist before. They delivered on time and my family really enjoyed the bouquet they received! I will use them again.

Negative experience: Dear William I am writing to share feedback regarding at your establishment when I arrived two employee were engage in conversation. I was not greeted upon entry and the discussion continued for some time before I was acknowledged. As a afro-latina I am particularly sensitive to the equality a service provided to people of color. In many communities, prompts and respectful customer service is not just a business requirement it is a sign of fundamental respect being ignored in favor of a private conversation felt dismissive and unwelcome I am sharing this because I believe professionalist standards should ensure that every person feels seen and valued from the moment they walk through the door.

Negative experience: If I could rate a 0 stars I would. I ordered an arrangement for a close friend whose circumstances I will not elaborate on. I paid for the expedited delivery before 5pm. It’s well after that and nothing has been delivered or communicated with. Nobody will answer the phone or emails to rectify this and it’s shocking how a company designed to bring a sense of happiness or thoughtfulness is so careless about their patrons. Will absolutely NEVER use this company again or recommend the to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: A dear friend had just put her sweet old dog down and was really grieving. I looked online for a florist and William Paul Floral Design clearly stood out from the others. Their website was incredibly easy to navigate and featured an abundance of beautiful arrangements that could be ordered in varying sizes and price points (very competitive prices btw) all displayed so you could see the differences. While I could’ve easily ordered online, I had a few questions and called – on a Sunday, no less. They’re actually open then for a half day. I talked with the nicest, most knowledgeable person who answered my questions, confirmed all details, and took my order. My friend told me she received a call the next day with a heads-up that a floral delivery was on its way (such a great idea) and flowers arrived shortly thereafter. Besides WPFD providing A+++ order and delivery service, the arrangement could not have been more beautiful – the photo doesn’t do it justice. I give William Paul my highest recommendation and will be a return customer in the future.

Negative experience: I have given up on trying to get someone to help me with a sub-par experience with this company. I purchased a peace lily plant to be delivered with a rush delivery fee and a sympathy card with a custom (30% tip for my special request) on 8/29. After a few days of not hearing from the recipient, I reached out to inquire about the plant. They stated they plant was delivered to their neighbor, without a card. The neighbor was aware of the death in the family, so they knew who the plant was most likely for. I have been reaching out since September 3rd to request a partial refund for the sympathy card not received, and the rush delivery not being properly executed. I have emailed and left messages. I really hate leaving negative reviews, but in this case, it is reasonable to communicate the customer service here is horrible. I don't recommend this company.

Negative experience: Unfortunately this floral shop is……... I wanted to send my wife some flowers as a surprise and the arrangement, vase, and customer service are awful. First off, uber (whom which they choose to use for their deliveries) ended up calling my wife to tell her that her flowers were taking too long and that she should cancel, when it was supposed to be a surprise. I tried calling multiple times, left a voicemail and not one person answered or called me back to inform me why Uber was calling my wife. The arrangement is somewhat as the picture showed but the vase is way cheap in comparison to the one in the picture, more like a cheap dollar store vase. I unfortunately do not recommend using this floral place and really regret not reading other reviews before purchasing from them.

Negative experience: Ordered a bouquet - paid over $100 dollars - and this is what I received. You can literally zoom in and see the browning flowers. Quite frankly, it looks like a bundle of weeds. Compared to what was pictured... not a great experience. I emailed them asking for a partial refund because they did deliver in a timely manner. They offered to send another arrangement, but these flowers went to a grieving family, and sending them another bouquet was not the right thing to do. Now they have ghosted me over email. Would never order from here again.

Negative experience: Ordered what was to be a beautiful arrangement for my best friend, but instead received what looked like a mass produced, grocery store item. The customer service teams’ response was generic, much like their arrangement. Highly dissatisfied. Do NOT recommend. BEFORE considering this company, read the reviews as it appears I’m far from being the only dissatisfied customer. Absolutely disgraceful!!!!!

Negative experience: Do Not order flowers from here! $150 gone! Ordered flowers for a Friends birthday. Paid $18 extra for guaranteed delivery & even tipped $12. Received notification that flowers were delivered. Friend never received them, nor was there notes about delivery or a photo showing delivery. Rebecca took my initial call who seemed helpful, going on 10 days of daily calls & emails to resolve this matter. Team has been dodging my willingness to work with them to get my friend her flowers. When I call from the number I placed the order with I get voicemail. When I call from a different number I get through first ring. Running out of numbers to call from to try and resolve this problem. Only thing I could think of is to hopefully help someone else from wasting their $$$ here too. $150 gone. No flowers. No help.

Mostly yellow and orange and then there were 2 hot pink carnations stuck in that looked like an afterthought. I chose it because the photo looked a bit more like a wildflower theme. I know it says the arrangement may look different based on what’s available, but this was a bit disappointing.

Negative experience: I’m not sure I would even give one star at this point! I ordered flowers and a box of truffles for my friend for her birthday. She has been fighting cancer for the past year, so I wanted this to be special. The flowers were delivered, but no chocolates. I called and they “forgot” the chocolates but agreed to deliver them the following day. When my friend got her chocolates, they were not the truffles as advertised on their website. They were a box of generic chocolates, no seal on the box, more than half were missing and one had a bite taken out of it! I called to complain and they refunded the $ for the choc., but this ruined my surprise for my friend and I was disgusted that this is their quality of service. I would expect the refund for the choc. and at least a refund of the delivery fee, but apparently their customer service isn’t any better than the box of chocolates! Don’t waste your time and $, give your business to a different florist!

I had some trouble placing my order on line after business hours but Christian called me Monday morning to help me complete my order. Now that's service! Negative experience: Very disappointed. Google searches said they specialized in funeral arrangements and could delivery to Fort Logan. The initial customer service person I spoke with was very helpful but told me to call Fort Logan and confirm delivery. When I did, Fort Logan gave me slightly different directions so I called William Paul back and the customer service person I received next was less than helpful, actually, quite rude. He would not let me finish what I had been told before he interrupted me and said "you can't expect us to wonder around a cemetery, looking for the service" among several other curt comments. Once he stopped interrupting I explained what Fort Logan has told me and where to have it delivered and what time. He updated the order and said they would be able to accommodate. The flowers were not at the funeral. Later on, I showed a missed call from them but no message. They never called or communicated back. The family never received the flowers and Fort Logan said they had not received them. I understand it can be confusing at such large cemeteries but not even leaving a message as to what happened is not acceptable. $250 wasted and not even the courtesy of a call from the florist. I would recommend Bonnie Brae over this florist.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about William Paul floral Design! I had to fly in to Denver for my Dad's memorial service at Fort Logan. It was a military service and I needed something fitting for the occasion. WOW! When I walked in and saw this arrangement on the counter it took my breath away! So beautiful! It held up overnight and I took it the service the following day, it was just stunning. Got so many compliments on it. I thank you William Paul Floral Design for the beautiful arrangement.

Negative experience: Do not order from here. I had an issue, the wrong floral arrangement was delivered. The owner was very rude and went off about how much he hates Door Dash and that it wasn't his problem. He said his system doesn't integrate well with Door Dash. He instructed me to contact Door Dash to get a refund to resubmit the order. I asked how we could be sure the same thing didn't happen since it was a system issue. This was apparently too much. He told me I had a tone and hung up on me. I tried to call back and he blocked my number?! Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: I mistakenly ordered flowers on line for same day delivery thinking I was ordering from a local florist in Denver, NC. Not until I received the invoice and noted a $29.95 delivery charge did I realize the florist was in Denver, CO. The response email noted that the flowers would be delivered by 8PM that day and suggested that someone be there to accept the flowers due to the heat. I texted my niece and alerted her to my request to be there. Once I realized my mistake in thinking the florist was in NC and not CO I emailed the florist. After several email exchanges and a request to cancel the order I've been told that this is a frequent occurrence and it is impossible to cancel the order once it's been sent. Between the taxes, wire charges, delivery charges and a request for a tip for the driver (that I declined due to the delivery charge) a $50 bouquet is now $100. I have no idea what will be delivered, who the local NC florist is, when it will be delivered (even though they confirmed same day delivery for yesterday). Customer service is severely lacking. Having been a business owner in the past if I saw a customer making a request for delivery to Denver, SC from my shop in Denver, CO I would have contacted the customer before fulfilling the order......especially since I was confirming same day delivery which was impossible!! As of this moment the flowers have still not arrived and I have no idea when they will or what they will look like. The mark of a good business is the attention they pay to detail and how they handle a problem. William Paul Floral Design has failed miserably on both issues.

Positive experience: I ordered an arrangement and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were delivered and how long the flowers have lasted, especially given some of the other reviews. Aside from color, the arrangement doesn’t resemble what I ordered and while I understand they are subject to what’s available it’s still a bit disappointing. That being said, the recipient was happy with the bouquet.
